NOTE: Hotels.com is making this right (and wasn't exactly their fault) I booked a stay at this hotel through Hotels.com back on September 22 for October 7–12. When my family arrived on October 7 to check in, the front desk clerk told us they didn't have a room for our entire stay. Instead of trying to fix their mistake, she acted like she was doing us a huge favor by giving us a room only through Saturday morning—cutting our stay two days short. She was rude, dismissive, and told me she’d check with her manager. I asked repeatedly to speak with a manager over the next three days and was never given the chance. Walking away from a confirmed five-night reservation and dumping the problem on the guest to figure out over a busy weekend is unacceptable customer service. We were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying guests with a confirmed booking. I will never stay at this property again, and this experience completely turned me off from the Fairfield brand.

The pool appeared to be unusable as it was green. I assume it was closed (no signage) because the door wouldn’t open, but you could see the green water through the window in the door. Breakfast was disappointing.we were there over holiday weekend and had been told the hotel was rather full. By 8 o’clock AM there was little food left, no coffee left, juice machine was empty or not functioning , and no staff attended to the breakfast area.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large variety of food. There was ample parking. The only issue I had with the stay was the my soon was interested in going to the pool and the pool water appeared to be green. Aside from that, the stay went well.
