Customer service was WONDERFUL, everyone is very nice! Keurig was dusty and needed to be cleaned before using, ceiling peeling a bit, standing lamp in room didn't work. Mini fridge was off balance and that caused things to spill a couple times but we just said it had personality! Pool was a nice size for the kids but they didn't want to swim long because of bugs in the pool. Overall the stay was good for the price, convenience to locations, and the staff really was super amazing. The coffee and breakfast bar are a great start to the day as well!

When checking in, we were told that the pool doesn’t open until the middle of May. That was not listed on any booking site for this hotel and was the main reason we booked here. Close to the Zoo, Aviation Museum, shopping and restaurants. Our room was infested with ants, we had to throw our toothbrushes away as they were covered. We woke up this morning to at least 200 ants all over the bathroom counter for no apparent reason. The smell of weed throughout the 2nd floor and lobby was insane at night and kids all around having to breathe that in. Our refrigerator made a horrible noise all night long also.

Property was in need of much repair. Door to hotel did not close completely, sink was clogged even after staff came and "fixed" it, toilet paper roller was missing, air conditioner cover was broken and falling off, pool wasn't open (waiting for inspection), parking lot was full of utility trucks and trailers.

This place is in pretty bad shape. Our carpet felt damp underfoot and the bathroom had lots of water damage and mildew. I wouldn’t have wanted my kids to breathe that air for very long. The staff was very nice and helpful, though.

Property was dirty and the buildings not well-maintained. Parked in the rear to take luggage to room, there was a drug needle on the ground by our car. The rear door we entered was card key access only but was unlocked. There was trash strewn on the ground outside the door. The room was surprisingly small for 2 double beds. We killed a roach in our room before bedtime, which made it difficult to get a sound night's sleep. One of the hair dryers didn't work and the plastic was melted from apparently catching fire. The lid to the toilet was cracked in half. The room walls and ceilings had dry wall patches but had not been repainted. One of the lamps looked like the leaning tower of Pisa, ready to fall over. The desk cover on the desk chair was badly peeling; no, it barely had any cover left on it. Down the hall there was a dog barking for hours apparently due to a customer leaving it alone in their room. Not a good experience, would not return or recommend to anyone.

Not happy at all, drove up from Florida for a wedding. After being on the road for 9hrs. They check us into a dirty room with dirty wash rags hanging from the shower rod, a wet bathroom floor & an unmade bed. Then when my husband goes to ask for a different room, the lady tried to make it seem like it was his fault for checking into a dirty room. Disgusting.

All that needs to be said is there were bed bugs in our room! We did not stay and asked for a refund, which they said they would make but it is still up to Expedia to issue it. That has not happened yet. Don’t book through a third party if you can avoid it!

I was bitten by bed bugs. The manager/owner stated he was going to follow up with me in regards to his findings and compensation for my experience. I haven’t heard from him. I’m highly allergic to them which makes the experience unbearable.

Very good overall, and conveniently located near lots of commercial locations. My only gripe was the Wi-Fi was very spotty. Had to use my hotspot most of the time just to complete my work.

The staff was friendly, the bed was fairly comfortable and the food was ok. This is the only good thing I have to say. I had family from out of town and I was embarrassed. The locks were not working and my guest had to get a new key every time they left their rooms bc it would only work one time! The wall paper was peeling and the walls were crumbling. There were ants in one room and there was no exhaust to take the stream from the bathroom leaving the entire room smelling musty. The windows need better sound insulation as the street was very noisy all night. We had to switch rooms bc when we turned a light on it blew out all the electricity in the room.

I was rushing to get into my room to get online for a work meeting - but when I got to my room (201), I couldn't find a wifi password. I called the desk, they said there was no password. But I couldn't find the Wifi router. They suggested I go in the hall to get the signal. That is not acceptable for a business meeting. I went to the lobby, and could sign on, but then it disappeared back at my room. I went back down to the lobby AGAIn and they assigned me a different room. The wifi worked, but there was no way to turn off the cold AC. I had to clip the curtains in front of it to be comfortable. The bed was comfy, though.

This Comfort Inn was OK, but our room needed maintenance. Specifically: -> The TV remote stopped working (would not power on the TV. -> The water pressure at the bathroom sink was too low. -> The front door lock worked intermittently.

Wouldn’t want to stay here for multiple nights! The bed was nice and comfortable but the fitted sheets were cheap and wouldn’t stay on. And the AC, like seriously, loudest I’ve ever had to deal with. Woke me up multiple times in the night and then kept me a wake for several hours in the the early morning. The staff were super nice and accommodating. Just wish I would’ve gotten some good sleep since this was our pit stop for the night on the way home from TN.

The door knob was broken, tub kicked in and someone’s soap was left twice. The lady up front was super sweet and tried to get the housekeeping to do better but the second night she came and cleaned our bathroom herself. The soap was left both day and trash wasn’t taken after she put in for a full service. Otherwise she was helpful and hopefully the bathrooms will get cleaned better.

No where on the web site did it say you are charge an extra 100$ if you are local. My lights are out so needed a room for the night. Would have been nice to be forewarned about extra charge instead of being told after already paid and checking in.

Staff seemed more interested in personal phone conversations than helping me with check in. The bed was so uncomfortable, I decided to check out a day early and sleep elsewhere. Shower/tub leaks at base, carpet frayed. Bedding cover was shabby. Curtains had holes. Towels were nice

I liked that it was in the middle of everything you would need. Decently priced, very clean, staff was excellent, breakfast was good, my family enjoyed it and our dog was pleased as well. Nice stay for what it is!

Bed was very stiff. The breakfast has the usual waffles, sausage, eggs! I was going to eat some eggs they were watery. There sanitation grade is a 80, so I just ate cereal and some water.

Hotel was nice and clean. Parking was a bit tight, a lot of pickup trucks from guys working in the area so we had to park on the other side of the building-should have been the other way around. Room was comfy but was a bit outdated. removing of the wall paper and a fresh coat of paint would make this place better. Bathroom sink faucet didn't work -- dripped , but tell Mgr during check out. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly during chking in and out.

When I book a Hotel, one of the first thing I look, at is past reviews. Everyone looked pretty satisfied with this place,so we booked. Thankfully, only 1 night. The lobby seemed to have been updated, as well as the hallway carpeting. The room was dingy, in serious need of paint and a good cleaning. The sink stopper was stuck, so it wouldn't drain. They managed to pull it up about a 16th of an inch, so it drained...slowly. The base of the toilet was disgusting, needed some fresh calking. There was one grab bar OUTSIDE the shower and the tub was extremely slippery. So much so, that I went across the street to buy a tub mat. The faucet in the tub almost pulled out of the wall when we turned the shower on. Two very thin towels. The couch had stains all over it, 1 nightstand, plenty of phone jacks, but no phones and NO USB ports! The bed might have been the only saving grace...comfortable enough. I skipped their complementary breakfast because of there sanitation rating. Looked pretty awful anyway. I would not recommend this Comfort Inn to anyone.

The king bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The bathroom needed some repairs. The shower head was partially detached from the wall, hanging loose on one side. There was little or no water pressure in the sink faucet. The floor of the tub was slippery.

The whole point of this motel is the pool which was closed and the breakfast were they served watered down juice and I got food poisoning from breakfast from the eggs and sausage and all they could say was this ain't the Carrollton

Room 304 - Furniture was broken, tub would not drain, washcloths were discolored, room smelled of mold/mildew Room 206 - The shower curtain rod was falling off, bathroom door would not shut, room smelled of mold/mildew Room 314 - guests were so put off they did not stay the night, room was dirty, refrigerator was broken, room smelled of mold/mildew Room 214 - The bathroom floor was so dirty that when the guest got out of the shower, they left muddy footprints on the floor, TV remote would not work, hair dryer was melted, When the guest asked to have the room cleaned, she was told that there was no one available until the next day to clean the room Overall - The pool was dirty with trash and debris on the bottom, pool towels were not stocked, room safes had no keys, so there was no way to lock up valuables, there was a homeless camp at the edge of the parking lot, refrigerator in the breakfast area was broken so the cold things (cream, cream cheese, milk, yogurt, etc.) were sitting on the counter for the entire time that breakfast was served, waffle maker did not work (and supposedly it was brand new with the box still setting on the counter), group of boys were trying their key in every room (this continued throughout the night), one of the employees we spoke with said that they had worked there for several years and it had gone downhill so bad recently that they were embarrassed to work there, all of the employees we encountered were very polite and helpful though.

The WiFi was not a safe site. The Motel computer was not functioning. The continental breakfast was poor. No plain oatmeal cereal. Few food and fruit selections. Air conditioning for the room was very good. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
