Very easy stay at the holiday inn express. The room is basic but with a nice bathroom. TV unfortunately wasn’t working very well. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. Rooms are quite and hotel is conveniently located. No gym or other facilities which is a shame. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall an ok stay and not bad for the money.

I have stayed for a month and found that one of the 3 elevators is almost out of service every morning. Since we were staying on the lower floor, it made us difficult to go downstairs for the other 2 elevators easily got fully loaded from upper levels.

This was my second stay here. Very professional and courteous staff. Rooms were spotlessly clean. They have a drinking water dispenser on every floor which makes life easy for guests who donot have to rush out to buy water. Very close to Kwun Tong Mtr and APM mall. Lots of dining options around. I even got a good indian dine in restaurant in the area.

フロントの対応が神過ぎた。素晴らしかったです。空港からのアクセスがバス1本で行けました。44HKD片道。クレジットカードで乗れました。香港は公道がガタガタなところが多いですがまあ許せる道のりでした。ランドリールームはありましたが、2台で1台壊れていた。カンの水が3本置いていました。シャワールームはカーテンがないタイプで気を使った。やはり冬場は暖房がないのでエアコンは切った方がいいと思った。

Friendly and helpful staff, especially house keeping staff was very considerate. Whenever we called to reception for help/questions, they had solutions. Great breakfast buffet. Good security measures. Only wish there were one more laundry machine so we don't have to wait for it to be available to use. Glad there is some common use areas such as the Great Room and the Sky Lounge. It would be good if the soap was unscented for allergy reasons. We would stay here again next time!

Very nice environment. Very nice staff. Self-service laundry was useful. The room was in reasonable size which bigger than I thought. Having a glass bathroom wall and door is a bit inconvenient while we have guest visiting. Otherwise, everything was great. The free breakfast there is above average. Highly recommend when you need a basic hotel.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The size of the room is good compared to other hotel in Hong Kong. Very close to restaurants and public transportation. The only bad side is the hotel not offer early check in option. If they add that option my stay would be excellent.

Staff were helpfull considering language barriers. The room upon entering was underpar... a large wet stain on the carpet and the small debris all over the floor set the tone for a poor experience. The stain being wet did not allow us to remove our footwear. We attempted to make staff aware but we were not successful. Also, no hand soap in the wash room.

疫情前住過, 非常滿意. 疫情後再來, 房間的清潔度比較草率, 淋浴室墻壁上及浴室用的防滑地墊有霉點. 早餐的品類單調, 味道一般, 連現磨咖啡都沒有, 有點失望.

Room size is very spacious consider how crowded Hong Kong is. You still get plenty of space for your luggages with two single beds. Bathroom / washroom is also roomy but the bathroom door is a bit awkward (you can either close the door of the bathroom or the washroom, but not both). Cleanliness is good, the staff that attended our floor did a very good job in housekeeping. Free breakfast is also very nice, saved at least $100 a day for two people if eating outside and the quality is not bad.

We stayed for three days while visiting Hong Kong and the service was excellent. We ask for a little softer pad to put on our bed and they took care of it right away . When left to go on our cruise we left some valuables in the safe and didn’t realize it until we were on the ship. We called them and they said they would bring it to us. They were life savers. The staff were helpful, gave good directions and advice. The first room had a very musky smell, I think because the windows don't open. They changed me to another room with no hesitation. It was a lot better. When we first arrived, we were very overwhelmed with the busyness and noise, reminded me of New York City, but much bigger. The buildings around are huge and by the way they look on the outside ,you would never know that walking through this small opening leads to an escalator that leads you up to a beautiful 6 stories mall. You can go through the mall to the train station which is a five minute walk away. Pretty much seemed like every train station is connected to a beautiful shopping mall. I ended up loving this location, so easy to get around. Just use your google map and it will tell you how to get every where

Front desk and cafeteria staff are not friendly. Only the housekeeping ladies and luggage guy are nice and say hi. The breakfast did not have variety of foods on different days and the reception guy is rude, they did not bring out fresh food after 9:30 when they said the breakfast time is end at 10:30, they are discouraging you to have breakfast there. Very bad service.

This property was really nice, however the front desk is sometimes rude. My mom asked to break $100 hong kong money and the guy said they couldn’t. We then asked the lady that was near them working at the front and she did it no problem. Other than that, the property and amenities made the stay easy.

Glad there is some common use areas such as the Great Room and the Sky Lounge. It would be good if the soap was unscented for allergy reasons. We would stay here again next time!

This hotel was walking distance from the KwanTung station. The room was clean, it’s a bit compact but we didn’t come to stay in the hotel. There is a mall next door and several restaurants . The breakfast was good as well, they offered free breakfast.

Great location close to everything you'd want - bus links, MTR and obviously Taxi's close by. Staff were good, I wouldn't say the best but they were efficient. Rooms were small but manageable. The clothes storage was quite bad. We had to live out of suitcases for the 9 days for 2 people! One tiny wardrobe and 3 drawers and nothing in the bathroom. Handy mini fridge to store your stuff and a kettle/tea provided but buy your own milk! Cleaners were great however but even they found it hard with our stuff all over the limited surfaces. Negative is the breakfast. Quite limited in my opinion for the price point and literally the same everyday. Staff a little on the rude side but not unexpected for the food service industry in HK. Use of tickets is old school in my opinion and LONG lines at peak time. I'd say we got bored with the food after day 3 and skipped it a few times. Overall decent but I would only go back if breakfast was an option to cancel to make it cheaper.

The buffet is smaller than the other hotels we stayed in, which is surprising as the hotel has 31 floors. The tables alongside the buffet create congestion. The breakfast cereal selection could include low-fat milk, oats and almonds and walnuts. There is only one fruit per day; other hotels we stayed in had a variety of fruits. The hot meat items should be separate from the non-meat items to accommodate vegetarians. The 'hot' foods were often barely warm or even cold.

The breakfast is the most terrible area in this hotel! Everyday the foods are the same and the foods are not tasty at all. I had been staying in this hotel for 18 days but I only taken the breakfast in the first few days, I rather go to the nearby fast food for breakfast! If they don’t want to improve, I think that most of the customers will not come back.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have always had a good experience with the staff. The staff are friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate. However, this stay was not as good as my previous visits. I noticed some water marks on the carpet next to the bathroom, and there was also a slight smell in the room. Unfortunately, the bed was also not very comfortable this time, and I did not sleep as well as I usually do. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to the room condition and replace or improve the bed if necessary. I still appreciate the good service from the staff and hope my next stay will be better.
