I booked the hotel because it had a kitchen, when I arrived there here was nothing in the kitchen, no pans, plates, cutterlty. I was told at reception that the room had a kitchen but that I had to purchase pans etc to cook with ..... terrible experience.

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, we weren’t asked for any ID, which felt unprofessional. Worse, the first two rooms we were assigned were already occupied, and it wasn’t until the third attempt that we got a vacant room. The rooms are spacious and come with a full fridge and a small stove, but despite a sign stating that kitchen utensils were available, there were absolutely none provided. The drawers didn’t close properly, which is a safety hazard, especially for families with small children. The noise level was unbearable—you could hear everything from neighboring rooms and hallways. Cleanliness was another major issue. The floors were sticky, the hotel had a serious roach problem, and the exterior was littered with trash, cigarette butts, and broken glass. While the location is convenient, the lack of upkeep and attention to detail ruined our stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Misrepresentation in images. Door was propped over around back probably because keys didn’t work all the time to open it. Had to get room key magnetized multiple times even when keeping in key sleeve. Sheets had stains and hairs when covers pulled back. The smell is the hallway is gag worthy. No curtain; only blinds- sun still comes in so don’t expect to sleep in. Don’t expect anything complimentary like mini shampoo or conditioners. Went out to my car in the morning to a beer bottle of urine right outside my car door. Utterly disgusting. Plus side, we didn’t encounter any bugs and the shower pressure was good! Definitely not worth the money spent. 1/10

Super convenient for our stay at a sports event .... The staff was courteous and beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a full size frig, stove and microwave though we only stayed one day . Down size was no coffee available only tea and the snack machine wasn't working. No ice maker on property which was fine because there was a gas station close by

The staff was incredible. The room was clean, but the rooms were very noisy from other rooms and from the hallway, the safety of the hotel was poor due to the doors had no locking system on two of them. The characters that were hanging out in the parking lot were very dodgy price and area were excellent. May stay there again, but never on a weekend.

It's not like the photo, the room was dirty, the sink faucet had a little water, the kitchen cabinets were dirty with spilled milk, there was a nail clipper and a sock that someone had left, the pillows and sheets had hair and a smell of sweat, in conclusion horrible, we leaved the hotel in one hour.

The room smelled like mildew. Not very clean where there was no detailing whatsoever. The television remote did not work. The linen smelled musty. There was a coffee machine in the lobby but they had no cups only lids.

The hotel needs some better upkeep. The curtain in my room had a hole so people could look inside. To much noise at 4 am when guests moved furniture above my room, waking me up. Not enough parking spots. I had to park more toward another hotel because parking is limited.

There’s the bare minimum of everything. Small bed (no way that’s a Queen), no ice machines. No extra pillows Anywhere. No hair dryer in the bathroom. No coffee maker. Nowhere to put your luggage. Odd that there were guests (or people) just hanging out inside their cars in the very small parking lot. Room was clean. Water pressure in shower was great.

It was to many noises during a whole night. The room it was clean and the front desk was very nice. But the people running in the hallway was crazy. But of course, it was not a hotel responsibility. The novices sounded as kids running. So, it means u responsable parents.

We checked into the room late after a long drive. The room had a terrible smell, and it was freezing, AC set on 64, no extra blankets and it took forever to warm up. There was urine in the toilet and on the seat when we hit to the room. The one queen bed did not have a top sheet so my son had to go downstairs and get one so he was not sleeping on the blanket we know was never washed. The bed was creaky and the room was loud with the noise from the highway right outside.

I really had high hopes for this place. We only stayed one night on our way down to the Keys. It was awful! We got no sleep. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. The people upstairs must've been playing fetch with a great dane until 3am. Everything smelled like dog pee even the elevators. We got little to no sleep.

Had issues checking in. There was no staff covering the front desk when I arrived, only a sign that said to ring a number for assistance. I tried for over 10 minutes until an employee happened to walk by and ask if I needed help. After opening up the computer system and assigning me a room, the first attempt at the door, the key cards did not work. The second attempt at the room, the key cards worked but the door was pad-locked from the inside and it was clear that I had been assigned a room that another guest was already staying in. After this, they re-assigned me to a different room which worked out. Just was an added 20 minutes to a long travel day when I was just trying to get into the room to sleep. Outside of that, the property was fine. Clean for the most part and what you'd expect for cheap business travel.

The front desk clerk was rude and when we complained about our issues, we were told to contact Expedia. When Expedia tried to reach out to the manager, she actively avoided the call and ducked into the office and his in there while we were ringing the bell to get their attention so they would talk to Expedia customer service.

Do not stay here! This place is a dump, front desk is a bunch of people who seem to live there, some of the people staying have lived there for months, you get charged for extra towels, needing a coffee pot etc. I ended up leaving my room after 1 night of a 5 night stay. They refused to refund me any money, blamed it all on hotels.com. Not good for them because this is 1 out of 4 rooms I had for other coworkers. We all left no refund, rude customer service. I had 8 more coworkers coming and we would have had up to 2-3 months worth of a stay each. They lost out on a lot of money due to not refunding for a couple of nights. Do not waste your time!!

Smell of weed throughout the property. Front desk, person barely speaks when greeting you and is on their phone. Room had a few roaches. AC worked. I wasn’t sure which entrance to go into for the lobby because it’s not clearly marked. And felt very unsafe on property. Had it not been paid for by someone else I would’ve left

Smell of weed throughout the property. Front desk, person barely speaks when greeting you and is on their phone. Room had a few roaches. AC worked. I wasn’t sure which entrance to go into for the lobby because it’s not clearly marked. And felt very unsafe on property. Had it not been paid for by someone else I would’ve left

Great place, super nice front desk staff during check-in. Convenient off highway, with plenty of parking. Rather new property in great condition. Quiet and clean room.

The staff was incredible. The room was clean, but the rooms were very noisy from other rooms and from the hallway, the safety of the hotel was poor due to the doors had no locking system on two of them. The characters that were hanging out in the parking lot were very dodgy price and area were excellent. May stay there again, but never on a weekend.

Check-in at 3pm was quick. Rep was very nice. Hallways clean. Room was clean. Sheets washed, but about 5 small permanent orange stains (size of pencil eraser). May have to request iron/board and hangers. Good coffee in lobby, none in room. Surrounding area under interstate construction, but work doesn't start until about 10:00am (didn't wake me). Nearby Chilis, Waffle House, and Cracker Barrell.

Meets very basic needs of a hotel. No room cleaning unless you’re there for two WEEKS! Vending machines out of order and no breakfast. Differing from my last stay the room was cleaner and as always the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Super convenient for our stay at a sports event .... The staff was courteous and beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a full size frig, stove and microwave though we only stayed one day . Down size was no coffee available only tea and the snack machine wasn't working. No ice maker on property which was fine because there was a gas station close by

I didn’t like anything, this place is so bad, Elevator don't work, Vending machine don't work, I can’t even get extra towels…Online they said that Breakfast was included that was a lie. I had the worst time in my Life. Please ppl do not stay at tjis Hotel. Thank you

This is definitely a no frills hotel, it was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The lady at the front desk recommended somewhere to eat dinner when we asked and it was a great place. Since we were traveling and only interested in staying the night here, it worked out great.

There was no hair dryer. I’ve never stayed in a hotel anywhere that didn’t have a dryer. The woman at the front desk did not have a list of restaurants nearby, nor did she have suggestions. We did not have dinner as a result. I felt adding $50 (non returnable) was a steep fee to pay for a pet who did’t cause a single problem.

It was OK. The room was quiet and cozy. Had to buy kitchenwares but that was OK. Staff were great, location was perfect. If i have to work Naples and Marco again i will stay here.

The room smelled like mildew. Not very clean where there was no detailing whatsoever. The television remote did not work. The linen smelled musty. There was a coffee machine in the lobby but they had no cups only lids.

The room was not clean at all. The toilet paper roll was used and was just folded and stamped. The toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush. The shower curtain had mold in the bottom corners. The bathroom sink was not wiped down. The floors were very dirty. Very disappointed in this stay.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY EVER, blankets are dirty on 2 different rooms, bathroom drains clogged, noise on the upper room extremely high, windows contains do not cover sun lights or street lights, horrible.

Tanisha from the day shift and the young Hispanic guy with the curly hair from the night shift were great and helped us in every was possible ( please give them a raise) but everybody else did a terrible job. Upon arrival, the elevator was broke. We were not warned that the building was under construction on the 4th floor from a leak, which is probably gonna end up being a bad case of organic growth due to me & my husband getting sick on our 2nd day there. Also, we asked for 2 rooms to be side by side so our teenage kids could be next door to us. We were assured that this would be accommodated but after making a 21-hr drive from Texas to Naples we learned that we had to get a room on the 3rd floor and our kids had to have a room on the 4th floor, and our kids’ room only had 1 bed. Did I mention the A/C didn’t work in either room? Then they “tried” to accommodate us the next day by giving us 2 rooms on the first floor but the A/C wasn’t working too good in our kids’ room and it was a weird stench lingering around in our room. My husband works in the maintenance field back home and thinks it’s some mold forming somewhere in the building due to the leak on the 4th floor the front desk attendant mentioned to us. The short lady with the glasses that worked the morning shift was VERY unprofessional and rude and made us feel UN-welcomed. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anybody unless you are in DYING need of a quick room for the night.
