The hot tub was amazing! We loved the convenience of having a kitchen and being able to cook and not have to eat out all the time. Tge underground parking was marvellous.

Parking was safe and secure. Hot tub was clean and lovely. Our condo had broken drinking glasses in it as well as a broken hide a bed. The bedding had some rips and the pillows were few and flat.

I have stayed at Copperstone many times and have always enjoyed my stay. A highlight of the stay is always the spacious hot tub with the beautiful view. This time the hot tub was closed for repairs but has been for some time now. When I booked I read that the due date for completion was prior to our booking date and that is why I still choose to book there. I am very disappointed that it was not complete and that there has been no contact about compensation for this loss. Also the interior of the suit could have been cleaner and better stocked. The cupboards, dishware and dining chairs were also damaged. Overall a great space when maintained but needing a little TLC

the property is nice. the suite i rented was nice. as for facilities, the only facility i am aware of was an outdoor hottub, and it was closed for the two weeks i was there. oh ya, nice little sitting area outside as well, but looks like that is meant to serve dozens of suites. as for staff, well i met the guy at the front desk when i checked in,and saw some cleaning staff in the parkade two or three times, but in my 15 nights, no visit to my room to change linens or towels or take out garbage. so, nice place to stay, but only if you're self sufficient or simply need a night or two, it worked well for me as i was in the area to work, but calling it a Resort seems a bit of a stretch.

Hot tub was great, very hot and relaxing. The room could have been updated and cleaned more recently. Had bugs on ceilings, some cobwebs and one of the blinds was not working, we had to hang a towel over the window. we reported it twice, but no one ever responded. But a decent stay overall.

Cozy 2 bedroom condo with all amenities needed. Wish the outdoor hot tub was bigger for the size of the complex or had 2 hot tubs. Only 1 parking stall underground and had to pay $15/night for extra parking. No free parking at all available.

I booked this spot for myself and 6 other friends to stay after a backpacking trip in the mountains for the hottub. We get checked in and were informed that the hottub is out of order. Just happened to be unfortunate timing on that regard, the management was very nice about that situation. In the unit itself, the microwave was broken, the TV didn’t work properly (couldn’t connect the wifi to the tv to watch a movie together) and the showers didn’t have any shampoo or body wash in the despensers… just conditioner was filled. The bedding was clean, bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was nice though, lots of seating area and space for 7 of us with all of our backpacking gear. Honestly I’ve stayed in this resort more than once, and have loved it in the past and this time it was only okay. I will still consider to stay here again

Great, quiet location. Quickly felt like home. Loved having underground parking and punch in codes for entry. Bed was comfortable and apartment was clean with extra towels, coffee and laundry detergent.

The room we stayed in looked like it had been trashed, there were gashes taken out of the wall the roof was unfinished, and our dishes were dirty and we found used tissues in our bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, and soaps were all from previous guests, which to me is very gross and unhygienic. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the duvets were so thin. The hot tub also closed at 9:15 pm which was disappointing. The living room area was cute and spacious and the staff working that night was very kind and helpful, however for over $600.00 a night we were very disappointed.

No toilet paper-like none! Bath tub was dirty. No sheets on the second bed. One pillow case had obviously been used by a previous guest and not changed. Dirty towels in the room. Roll up blind on door did not roll up. Bed side lamp broken. We thought it was some kind of prank.

The property is really nice, and in a good location. It’s just not maintained very well. The unit we were in had so much mold on the shower curtain, that it was stuck together on the bottom. Dishes were also all dirty. Lots of scuffs, dents, and scrapes on the doors and walls. The public spaces were nice. Underground parking, games room, and courtyard areas are all great

First of all i had to clean all the dishes, dishes, utensils etc before use. It was gross. I lifted up the plate yo use and whoever used it just put it like that in the cupboard and housekeeping dosent check any kitchen items for cleanliness. The kitchen garbage was not changed. No garbage bags provided and no extra papee towels too. It had garbage from previous guest in there. The single bed in the 2nd bedroom you can tell the bed was not made and bedding waz not changed. We dint had to use it so I left it like that. The cleaning cloth was left on the bedroom dresser I threw it in the garbage. The amount we pay in these room and than we have to come clean the dishes ourselves is terrible. We pay for houesekeeping. It was the most terrible experience for me.

Our room was wonderful, it was so nice to have a big kitchen so we could make breakfast before skiing, and we even decided to do dinner in one night. The location is convenient to drive into Canmore for anything you need (less than 10 minute drive) and it wasn't too bad of a drive for us to ski at Lake Louise and Sunshine. Not much to walk to, but nice for a quiet escape which is what we needed! READ THIS PART -- the hot tub was wonderful, but has a max of 10 people. For camparison, the elevator which is half the size at least, has a max of 15 people. I understand there are capacity restrictions, but it was so unfortunate that people were continually kicked out of the hot tub by staff (not the staff's fault either of course, just doing their job). We found that during the day when people are out skiing/hiking, and later in the evening (7:30 and after) are quieter so you can go in and stay in without getting kicked out. But during prime time right after the ski day has ended you'll definitely be getting bumped. Again, we really did love our stay but the hot tub situation is unfortunate.

This was a very cute condo unit. The unit was well outfitted with a seperate bedroom and a kitchen. Our big issue was on this nice property with views of the mountains, we had the one unit with a view of a garbage dumpster. Why they would put the dumpster in the front of the property right in front of one of one of the unit windows is beyond me. Not only did it block out half the view but it was also noisy as the dumpster was cleared multiple times. Definitely made it not worth the money for us.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location was further from Canmore than I had thought. Jets did not work on hot tub. Our unit needed some upgrading. Dining chairs had peeling/ripped seats. Kitchen was not well equipped. Can opener did not work, no spatula, skillet was broken.

Pillows not good and our bed was not comfortable. Springs were sticking out on the side of it. Hot tub under repair? Condo was spacious and well appointed however hot tub is a must when skiing and not having a comfortable bed was a nonstarter for us.

Front desk was very kind and informative! Unit was perfectly clean, quiet building, well-maintained, and comfortably spacious enough for two to stay in, nice kitchen, plus had underground parking. Downside is location, no close/walkable places to eat, very close to the highway (yet also can be a pro) and some of the technology/ furnishings could be slightly updated. Overall was a very nice stay.

Very poor service. We showed up at 9:40, and were provided poor instructions to access our room. When we finally got to our room, the access code was wrong, and no one was around to help us as front desk staff are only available until 10. We were locked out. We called security, and they showed up but let us know this property doesn't have any sort of master key. They called the owner to see if he could help but it turns out he never takes calls after hours. Security said this was normal for the copperstone, and they've had this exact same issue with other guests. We had to leave and find accomodations elsewhere.

Nice location with surrounding mountains. Very quiet and peaceful. Pretty inconvenient location. Looking back we should have stayed closer to Canmore but if you’re wanting a peaceful escape this is nice. The check in process was a bit annoying since the concierge scared us into thinking we didn’t have a reservation booked. We had to show him multiple confirmation emails and then he miraculously found our reservation - after almost giving us a heart attack. Not what you want after a long day of travel. Overall I probably wouldn’t come back here again but it was a nice experience.
Nice location with surrounding mountains. Very quiet and peaceful. Pretty inconvenient location. Looking back we should have stayed closer to Canmore but if you’re wanting a peaceful escape this is nice. The check in process was a bit annoying since the concierge scared us into thinking we didn’t have a reservation booked. Both staff members we spoke with were great. Pleasantly surprised with the room. The copperstone will be our accommodation of choice for future visits to the area.

Overall property is very clean and comfortable. However, front office is only available from 12pm to 10 pm so if you arrive early or late, you will need to do self check-in. Also, parking pass was never received despite of reminding them on call and also by email. If you need any toiletries or any other help, note your hours.

The unit was well equipped, clean, safe & quiet for a weekend stay. It's in a very quiet area, 7 minute drive from Canmore which is fine provided you're aware that it is not walkable into town. There were no USB ports in the unit and we forgot to take our plugs so weren't able to charge devices. There was no window covering over the back door which was uncomfortable since the hideabed was in plain view of the window. We requested extra blankets as there weren't any in the room. But would stay here again

A very clean and nice condo, a little drive away from Canmore in beautiful surroundings. Bbq, fire pit and hot tub are great. Parking service is terrible.

Underground parking was appreciated. Resort was close to main arteries and easy drive to Canmore. Clean, neat and quiet just what we wanted!

The underground parking is very convenient, although staying in Dead Man’s Flats is not the most convenient if everything you’re doing is in BNP or JNP. Room was clean although views were not that exciting (I.e. looking onto/into the other buildings) and luckily we didn’t spend much time in the unit as we wanted to see the spectacular views that the parks offer. There are really no dining options in DMF so it was great to have a full kitchen available.

Good space for 5 people, clean and well stocked. There was construction next door but we didn't get any noise. The town is not within walking distance and restaurants nearby were closed when we arrived and left in the morning. SPent only one night.

This place had everything that we needed. Kitchen had plates, cups, utensils and cookware. Bedrooms had comfortable beds and both bathrooms were clean. The only drawback with this property is the location. It is about 10 mins from Canmore and 30 mins from Banff Town. This property was also significantly less than comparable properties in Canmore. If you dont mind driving 10 mins to Canmore to get decent meals and like to save a lot of money on accommodations, then I would recommend this property.

Great alternative to staying directly in Canmore or Banff, with it being very close. The kitchen and spacious rooms were perfect for our specific needs and desire to cook meals. The supplies are okay in the kitchen, and we were able to manage. The coffee shop next door is excellent quality. It was a peaceful and private environment. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and the staff was very helpful.

Good experience. The place was large enough for our whole family and had all the kitchen amenities. The outside fire place was not functioning, which was a disappointment but over all a good stay. The location is right off the highway . Unfortunately, there are no grocery stores or restaurants close by ( except for the gas station around the corner ), so we had to drive to Canmore for food and supplies.

This was an excellant place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed in suite. The only resturant closes at 2pm and the food was very greecy. Sandwiches and drinks were way over priced if you wanted to buy from the store. Otherwise 5 minute drive to canmore.

Nice location. The units are nice and clean, well equipped, although a bit dated. We enjoyed our stay. Parking is easy. We did not utilize the facilities. There is a husky diner across the street with a diner restaurant.

Friday and Sunday over the labour day long weekend, last room over $1100 a night. Booked 10 days out, no other rooms nearby. Uncomfortable beds, Uncomfortable pillows, over stuffed head 90°to your body, lets put a lamp on a table by the coach that has no plug,and tell you to empty the all garbages and sort recycling before you leave. Don't forget to start the dishwasher too...surprised we weren't told to put the sheets and towels we used into the washer. Too much money, no resort vibe and too many chores.

The receptionist at check-in did not seem very welcoming or happy to see us. She came across as unfriendly and seemed annoyed when we arrived a bit early. At check-out, there was no one at the reception. The bathtub in the second bathroom did not drain properly, and we also had to take out the garbage ourselves. Overall, the experience could have been better, especially regarding the hospitality and a few maintenance issues.
