Alles in Ordnung. Die Unterkunft war sauber und für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend.

Leider ist das Restaurant im Umbau. Wird sicher schön aber die Baudämpfe & Lärm kann störend sein.

Tolles Flughafenhotel mit super Service und sehr guten Restaurant!

Complained 8 times about the noise. Our room was situated at the end of the corridor next to the service door. The housekeepers parked 3 trollies outside our door. The noise was incessant and relentless from 0615 until 1030 (banging/slamming/chatting/laughing) during which I went out and asked them to stop 4 times. The noise continued until late afternoon. I called reception and asked to speak to the duty manager. I was told 'there isn't one. It's a weekend'. We have both travelled professionally for over 20 years. This was the most disrespectful, rude and obnoxious noise we've experienced in our careers. Eventually somebody with authority stopped the noise at about 1700. Do not stay in any room ending -01/02/03/04. Front desk staff member who checked is out at midnight was also arrogant and rude (arguing with us) but the rest of the staff we encountered were brilliant. Other than that the hotel is lovely and would highly recommend based on food and decor.
