We love this property. We have stayed every year the last 3 years and will continue to come back. The staff is always great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, fitness center and bar/restaurant. It is close to highways and shopping. Can't ask for more!

To start it was a Beautiful hotel. My first issue I was given the wrong room. The front desk contacted me an hour into my stay stating they wanted to apologize but I was in the wrong room. Then to top that off two different people a woman from Housekeeping opened the door but apologized because she was nit aware someone was in the room. Then a man knocked on my door and was walking in saying he was from housekeeping and my door was open.

Room was clean but staff never replenished water bottles or coffee bar. Had to ask at front desk for coffee cups repeatedly. Staff never apologetic. Door locks changed during middle of stay with no notice. Had to go to front desk and was just told matter of factly that locks had been changed and was given key without apology. Several plugs in room didn’t work. TV had to be restarted numerous times during stay. Staff was aware of problem because I called the first time it happened and staff told me how to resolve the problem. Very annoying.

Common areas and room were nice. Bathroom was dirty and scummy. I think the property needs a deep clean. Elevators were dirty am beat up as well.
