When we arrived at the room it was extremely hot. The AC had only recently been turned on. Texas gets really hot in the summer. The bed was hard, but we were tired. I received an email explaining the rules for having no pets. Come to find out they do allow pets with a fee. The website also conveyed the information as well. It was a quick trip so we dealt with the inconvenience. Also the commode was really short. My husband is 6’3.

Very resealable accommodation. Pet friendly for small fee. Coffee pot and hair dryer provided as well as mini fridge microwave combo. Hot water and water pressure definitely rank 5 star compared to some of the places I have previously stayed.

The facilities are aged and in need of an update. We have stayed here a lot over the years. The conditions of the beds have degraded. The last couple of stays we have had a double bed and one of them has been broken in different rooms. I have told the owner about it and there seems be little effort to correct the issue.

Recommend new weather stripping around door. Recommend improved drainage by front, repaint parking lines, fix card key to equal length of stay, provide additional coffee for more than one day stay. Overall, satisfactory room. Would stay there again.

Check in was a joke. The people barely speak discernible English. Key card access required assistance from the office and some finagling when we need it in the room. Room was ridiculously hot when we arrived and the air conditioner took almost 2 full hours to cool down the room to a reasonable temperature. Dingy yellow towels provided. Luckily we were able to go to the front office and exchange them for seemingly cleaner ones. Shower head at chest level for a average height male, so a bit awkward showering. Room parents and decor was something out of the 1970s Overall experience was not good at all, but it did provide us the bare minimum which was a place to sleep. Not a bad deal if you just need a place to sleep and don’t care about comfort or quality.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and didn’t have damage or anything. We extended our stay and enjoyed our time in Breckenridge near the lake.

Floors don’t look like they were ever vacuumed or shampooed. Coffee pot not working. Tv was crappy only had 5 channels. Turned on water in the shower and came out yellow and was disgusting. Overall not even worth the 88 dollars to stay. Went in lobby and employee sprawled out on couch with nasty feet with no shoes on not very professional at all

Small town inn. Can't be too picky with these but I had hair from about 4 people all over my bed. The front door doesn't relock when I leave and only when I rescan my room key does it relock. Overall not too bad if you can get over the cleanliness.

Room door was just “unlocked”, as were window. As a single woman that was unnerving. Need to put something on the floor under the beds legs so it doesn’t just move around the room. The room was clean which was nice. I didn’t understand why an envelope for tipping the housekeeper was in the room as the rules said to clean all dishes, empty refrigerator and throw away garbage in outside bin.

Carpeting was dirty. No chain or other extra security measure to prevent immediate access to room from outside. Door didn’t seal properly either; daylight around top and doorknob side. No smoke detector, only a hole in the ceiling. Air conditioner was broken, but did provide cool air. Asking for extra pillows & a towel was greeted with great irritation by the manager before being provided. Toilet seat was loose, tried tightening but it didn’t stay tight. After contacting Expedia about these conditions, and they contacted the manager, he came to our room very irritated and told us we had that one chance for a refund and to leave. Very strongly would not recommend staying there.

Carpeting was dirty. No chain or other extra security measure to prevent immediate access to room from outside. Door didn’t seal properly either; daylight around top and doorknob side. No smoke detector, only a hole in the ceiling. Air conditioner was broken, but did provide cool air. Asking for extra pillows & a towel was greeted with great irritation by the manager before being provided. Toilet seat was loose, tried tightening but it didn’t stay tight.
