Bar was awesome and staff. All good but breakfast eggs don't use commercially bought eggs as they we rubbery and cold. Otherwise, I will definitely recommend this hotel.

My dog and I stayed 5 nights here as we explored 5 different Wisconsin State Parks within an hour radius of the hotel. Enjoyed the salt water pool, hot breakfast daily, and being able to go to the Crazy Cow Saloon for dinner and not leave the hotel was really nice! Staff was friendly, and there is a Kwik Trip across the street for any additional needs one may have. We recommend this hotel!!

My dog and I stayed 5 nights here as we explored 5 different Wisconsin State Parks within an hour radius of the hotel. This hotel could use some updates. There is no elevator so be sure to request 1st floor if you cannot do stairs when making your reservation. The breakfast was good however not enough space to eat in the area so took it back to the room. The furniture in the room is very outdated and reminded me of the 70’s. The room was very roomy. We moved the couch to make it easier to watch TV and there was lots of crumbs under it. We moved the chair to be able to eat at the desk because the breakfast area does not have a lot of seating and there were lots of crumbs. The staff were kind and caring.

Nothing to be critical about. Beds were too firm for my liking, but others may prefer it. Thought it was odd there were only five tables for breakfast, so I had to eat back in my room. Nice hotel for a one-night stay.

Check in went well, however when we got to the room, you could tell it had been closed up since it was used last; stale hot air, (with current 90° outdoor temps), we cranked the air and left the room within minutes to go to the pool area. The pool fans need upkeep as there was a constant screetching from them, pool water was pretty cold. Luckily when we got back up to the room about an hour later it had finally cooled off. One bedspread had unknown stains. The rest of the nught went well, uneventful. Easy check out, okay breakfast.

Our room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. There was also crumbs left on the chair and desk. When we turned down the sheets on the bed, we found a clump of hair between the sheets. GROSS! We decided not to say anything because the girl working seemed to be swamped with other chores around the hotel. Luckily, we probably won’t have to stay at that particular Quality Inn again!

Convenient and affordable but a little dirty. Under the bed and behind nightstand was dusty and had stuff. Pieces of paper, cough drops ect... had to reset tv to get it on, reset heater. It all worked out but wasnt sure at first.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only issue was the direct tv was on the fritz. It was so choppy and pixelated it was basically unwatchable. We tolerated it for quite awhile after check in, drove quite a bit prior, just wanted to unwind, but the tv said after the picture dropped out a few times if it continues to let the front desk know. We did, the young lady was super kind and tried resetting it, but still didn't work the best. She moved us a couple doors down after making sure the tv worked in that room. Worked fine the rest the night. On our second night the tv started acting up a bit in that room, but no where near as bad as the previous night. We liked our stay, good value and worked for our needs. The tv issues were the only drawback for us after wanting to relax after being out all day.

Very pleasant stay. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast looked good- eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffles, pastry, cold cereal, juice. Coffee from a machine was fair. Gentleman at front desk was friendly. Property shows some wear, but would be easy to resolve/touch up in the off season. Gas station across the parking lot made it easy to fuel up and get going in the morning.

Overall it was a great stay but it didn't start that way. We first stopped in after a long trip at 1:30PM on Thursday 3/23/23. We had no intent to check in early. The desk person was extremely rude, condescending and ill mannered. After telling her we had no intention of checking in early, we left for a softball game. We came back at 4PM to check in and were greeted by one of the friendliest and helpful young ladies that we have ever encountered at a hotel. From that point on, it was a great stay! I got the names but after 4 games in two days, I don't remember. I spoke with representatives of management at checkout and they knew who I was talking about.

Did not refund for a booking that ended up going unused. Felt predatory the way they list themselves on the same hwy as the hotel I actually intended to book, then wouldnt refund when I showed up to the correct hotel, booked in person after being informed i dodnt have a reservation (luckily), and tried to explain the mix up of what happened. Correct hotel said that these mix ups happen all the time through every 3rd party site because of how its listed. Expedia did their best to help, but this hotel would not work towards a resolution.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. If I could give it no stars I would. We had to change rooms twice. Once because of the overwhelming cigarette smoke smell, and the second because of disgusting dirty bedsheets which obviously had not been changed. Plus non-existent wifi, the tv remote needed new batteries, and last but not least, we couldn’t figure out the shower (yes I know a shower is a shower, but this was something else). We asked the receptionist if she could comp our meal in lieu of the problems but she didn’t have the authority. The only good thing was it was quiet.

After 2 hours of investigating, waiting w/proof of conf# & payment, mysteriously a room became available from a cancellation. When we arrived, staff was very attentive, however, never received any discount and anything for the headache and issues with booking,

Enjoyed the salt water pool, hot breakfast daily, and being able to go to the Crazy Cow Saloon for dinner and not leave the hotel was really nice! Staff was friendly, and there is a Kwik Trip across the street for any additional needs one may have. We recommend this hotel!!

We felt incredibly safe at this property. It was well lit and had plenty of security cameras. We were greeted at the front desk by friendly staff and were made to feel very welcome. We didn’t hear another guest during our overnight stay.

For the price and being a last minute reservation, the hotel worked for us. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The young lady that checked us in at 8pm was very kind and cheerful. The "saloon" was a cute little bar on the main floor. The breakfast was not something to write home about, they had the basic cereal, yogurt, premade eggs etc. Overall if we were to come through this area again, we would stay there.

Bar was awesome and staff. All good but breakfast eggs don't use commercially bought eggs as they we rubbery and cold. Otherwise, I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Check in was great! Room was dirty. Breakfast had not 1 piece of fruit. I was excited for the bar however the food was all processed and fried. Bartender needs basic bar training. It felt like everyone was doing 2 jobs. Cleaning rooms and front desk. Bartending and cooking food. This place needs lots of love.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My daughter is celiac and they went out of their way to make sure her breakfast did not contain wheat. They even made some sausage for her which was not on the menu the day we were there.

Got a different room because the pet smell was very bad. The other room smelt the same. The room was not clean at all. Blood on one bed’s duvet, urine spots on the other duvet. Floors dirty.

It was okay. Not sure how it got a rating of 8.2. I wasn’t expecting much but vacuuming the room is non-negotiable. Several outlets didn’t work. The bedspread had lots of stains. We requested to be moved to another room. That room was better but several light bulbs were burnt out. The staff was nice and brought us new lightbulbs. The breakfast was typical (waffles, eggs, sausage, cold cereal, etc) but the strawberry kiwi enhanced water smelled like old mop water. Juice was fine. Didn’t have the coffee. And no elevator which I guess isn’t required when you only have 2 floors.

The “hot” breakfast (sausage and scrambled eggs) was warm, not hot, each morning. Juice machine was partially working only part of the time. Raisin Bran had Frosted Flakes mixed in with it. Ice machine wasn’t working the first day although the front desk person got some for us. Room air conditioner was very difficult to maintain at a comfortable temperature .Body wash container in the shower was empty. In summary, it was not worth the price we paid.
