Very nice, clean, quiet hotel convenient to Clemson University. No fitness facility. They have a few items for grab and go for breakfast. There is a coffee shop right next door and a breakfast/lunch place 2 doors down with a great breakfast menu!

Best hotel is the Clemson area. Clean, newer and wonderful hospitality—complementary delicious muffins in the morning and they gave us a complimentary umbrella for the rainstorm. Definitely will be back.

Parking was easy and abundant. The hotel is located in a cute market square, with a pub, restaurant, pharmacy, and cryo iv center all within a block. The staff were very friendly, and happy to assist with our needs. Our only problem was the lack of microwave in room, and the limited choices in their snack area. There is a cafe attached to the hotel. The staff were friendly, but it did not offer simple black tea, everything was herbal organic, and their hours were very limited.

Parking was easy and abundant. The hotel is located in a cute market square, with a pub, restaurant, pharmacy, and cryo iv center all within a block. The staff were very friendly, and happy to assist with our needs. Our only problem was the lack of microwave in room, and the limited choices in their snack area. There is a cafe attached to the hotel. The staff were friendly, but it did not offer simple black tea, everything was herbal organic, and their hours were very limited.

Initially impressed, but quickly reconsidered. Great check-in experience, especially considering that I arrived at 3:15am. However, the next day apparently they ran out of coffee for the rooms and the solution offered by the front desk clerk (who I had to search out, and was sitting in a back room watching something on her phone) was that I could go buy coffee or wait until the following day when they put out carafes at 6am. Also, there is NOT a fitness center of any sort at this facility, and they no longer partner with a local gym, so that was very disappointing too. In fact, a different employee told me that they are regularly asked by sports teams who are visiting Clemson why there isn't a fitness center. You have a ballroom and an ice cream shop onsite, but no fitness center? Really?

Convenient to CU. The coffee shop closed and was converted to ice cream, which was disappointing. Our bathroom had a shower curtain (verses a glass door which we had the prior 3 times we had stayed here). The in-room self-serve coffee service was not replenished daily. The elevator floor was dirty the entire stay.

I have now stayed at Inn @ PS 3x. I like this property for the location as well as comfortable rooms & good rate. This visit was fine, but the carpeting was not vacuumed prior to my checking in. I noted a lot of debris on the carpet. Other than that, the room was clean and quiet.

The Inn on Patrick Square is very unique in its location and has a Colonial style presentation. Staff was very helpful and courteous from booking, to check in and check out. Vey quiet and very clean rooms.

I enjoy this property for the location and it is quiet. The rooms are comfortable. On this stay, I requested some drinking glasses and was informed you no longer provide them. Also, I needed another bar of soap for the shower. Lastly, the TV volume on my TV was at max and I still could not hear it well. Otherwise, everything was great.

It’s a cute property for sure, but we were in a room that has some mechanical equipment under it or something because our bed intensely vibrated when it turned on every night and drove me nuts.

We had a King suite with a pull out sofa for our son and the mattress was terrible - it was literally sleeping on a sheet with springs in your back - no cushioning whatsoever. Also, there was coffee available the first morning but not the second.

The front of the inn faces a cemetery. Bed hard as a rock. Got there a few hours before check in time and they didn’t have any rooms available. Clerk at front desk said that she would call me once something became available then she forgotten.

As usual it was wonderful. The TV didn't work when I arrived but was fixed later on that evening while I was out.. they accomidated me for the inconvenience . Have stayed there many times and will continue to.

Wonderful Hotel: beautiful and clean. Staff and service: POOR. Greeting was ok, but it didn’t seem like we welcome. Morning was even worst. First, house keeper started banging the door around 8:30am.I left a sign hanging from the night before “Privacy, please “. That did not matter. I answered the door and told that we are still in the room, and we won’t be needing service till 11am. 9:30am our doors were banged again! We went downstairs right before 10am, complimentary coffee urn was empty. We asked front desk person if we can have some coffee. She told us that they ran out and she wobble making more. How wonderful! Good morning to you all!

This was our second stay. The property is very clean and the staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious. We like the ale house nearby and also the breakfast restaurant. This time we discovered a nice walking path at the bottom of the attached neighborhood that alllowed us to walk for about an hour without dealing with cars, traffic, etc. I am pretty sure joggers would enjoy it too. Convenient to Clemson, just 7-8 minute drive.

Absolutely beautiful property. Out of the hustle and bustle of the university’s traffic, but very convenient to travel there.

Absolutely beautiful property. Out of the hustle and bustle of the university’s traffic, but very convenient to travel there.

Very nice, clean, quiet hotel convenient to Clemson University. No fitness facility. They have a few items for grab and go for breakfast. There is a coffee shop right next door and a breakfast/lunch place 2 doors down with a great breakfast menu!

This hotel is conveniently located close to Clemson. We were in the area for a family reunion. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was very clean and spacious with dual queen beds, a desk and love seat. The beds were firmer than I liked, but were neat and clean. A minimal breakfast (coffee, juice, muffins) was provided. We stayed multiple nights and had to check to see if linen service was provided because it had not occurred by mid-day. The front desk confirmed that they were short-staffed. While we enjoyed our stay, there are other hotels in the area that offer comparable comfort and a better breakfast selection at a lower price point.

Very nice hotel. Some small items were available for breakfast, unfortunately, the full service breakfast availability nearby was lacking. It did not open until 8 am (on a Friday).

Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff! The proximity to Kite Hill Brewery, Wine Bar and steak house was the best! Highly recommend this hotel! Park the car and just relax!

Parking was easy and abundant. The hotel is located in a cute market square, with a pub, restaurant, pharmacy, and cryo iv center all within a block. The staff were very friendly, and happy to assist with our needs. Our only problem was the lack of microwave in room, and the limited choices in their snack area. There is a cafe attached to the hotel. The staff were friendly, but it did not offer simple black tea, everything was herbal organic, and their hours were very limited.

Patrick Square is the perfect place to retreat at the end of the day. Kite Hill Brewery, Joe’s Pizza, and Sunnyside Cafe round out the allure of this great stay at the Inn.

Rarely does a hotel meet my level of cleanliness, but this perfect little inn exceeded my expectations. First impression was that the lobby was pretty fragrance free. Many boutique hotels pump a nasty perfume into the air and this inn's lobby only had a slight smell of coffee from the shop next door. Check-in and check-out was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't use the gym as it was a later check-in and early check-out. Room was charmingly decorated, clean, comfortable, and quiet - down to the little details. Quiet - no ice dispenser, but near the elevator was a little chest freezer with mini bags of ice, so didn't have to listen to people filling up their ice buckets at random times. Clean - no dust on the baseboards or dirt build up in the corners of the bathroom floor. The only hint of dirt was near the door knob on the inside of the bathroom door which is overlooked by most hotel housekeeping. Comfortable - beds were extremely confortable. Bedding and towels were not washed in fragranced detergent and the room didn't have a scent. Charming - classic southern charm feel and well maintained, quality furniture and modern appliances. Outlets/charging stations where needed and bonus - I didn't have to run around the room 5 times to figure out how to turn the lights off. Only got to stay one night, but I wish I had been able to stay longer as it was, by far, the best hotel on my trip. Would stay here again and again.

A wonderful property! We truly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that our room and bathroom were freshened up every day. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the workout room (actually couldn’t find it), so cannot rate that. Will definitely return.
