Umaid Haveli-A Heritage Style Hotel & Resort

There was not enough staff within the building. Overall the property is small and the pictures online make it seem like a much fancier nice property. I would rate it a low 4 star hotel. It’s clean and the food was good. The dosas were excellent every morning. Their in room dining was also great. The towels were rough and old.

Room was good but the air inside the hotel was smoky. Staff could be more helpful and breakfast should offer more variety.

I was expecting a premium experience but Umaid Haveli did not meet my expectation sadly, however I gave 5 star for breakfast. The standard rooms were quite small and as well as the bathroom. The door of our room would not close unless pulled shut with force. Unfortunately I lost an expensive personal bag during my stay here, not sure if it was due the door left open in a rush. After 10pm the kitchen closes so if you are checking in late or hungry at night, don't expect room service to bring you any food. The towels were not great, we left the property with skin rashes, the toiletries were bare minimum and not a great quality. We ended up buying the toiletries from outside. I do feel I would’ve had a better experience at another hotel with a third of the price, but we picked Umaid Haveli for the interior vibe and previous reviews. The staff was friendly but short staffed at night.

Front desk management is not the best. Ignored every fix requested by customers, which are services should be provided
