The property was very run down. windows to busy road are very noisy. The flat needs to be fully refurbished. The photo is a different apartment and is very misleading. No British tv just Yemeni tv. Car parking mentioned at booking has been withdrawn and parking is very very difficult.

Very good! The only bad point is that there is plenty of space for parking, but it's not available / allowed unfortunately and that's the only bad point. All the rest is perfect!

Sehr gute Lage, Appartement (mit 2 Schlafzimmer) war vollständig eingerichtet, Haartrockner hat gefehlt, wurde nachgereicht. Nachteil: Rezeption erst ab 10 uhr besetzt, wenn man in die City will und auschecken muss, müsste man warten (wenn man das Gepäck verstaut haben möchte) Alles gut, würde wieder buchen.

Incredible find - best of both worlds. Run like a hotel with concierge, guest service, and housekeeping - but space and amenities like a residential BnB. Walking distance to Tube and Rail, close to shops and mall, even the Thames.

Due to renovations being done, the was no parking and they where not helpful on other parking locations. We found a parking building near by with reasonable pricing using google. Other than that no other issues, nice and roomy 2 bedroom apartment in a great location and great restaurants close by and train station. Will stay again.

They have a car park on site but say that "due to ongoing work, this is unavailable". I saw no sign of any work but you only get this message after you have booked and the only option is non-refundable. It was a big part of why I picked this place. The apartments themselves are OK, but a bit tired now. My TV had no power cable attached nor was there one in any of the drawers either. The beds feel quite lumpy and uncomfortable. Not sure how old the mattresses are but they feel like a change is due. The priced I paid is reasonably reflective of the current position and it wasn\'t a terrible stay, but there is little to make me want to return.

Apartment is nice, clean, comfortable. Unfortunately the positives end there. Check in is strictly 3pm to 8pm. We were working on an event and this was difficult. Sent someone to check in and they areived at 7:25 to a locked reception... called and messaged frantically for almost an hour. To then receive a call saying they had "gone to the shop"!!! The deposit is extortionate! And do make sure you hound them to get it back. Despite the fact it says parking is available. Its not and you have to park a 10minute walk away and pay £36 for the privilage. Its a shame as if this was managed properly would be a great place. But stay somewhere else becasue its not worth the hassle for the cheap price.

Great accommodation. Plenty of room in the studio. Very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location; less than 5 mins walk to the tube. Next to a Tesco Express and Battersea Dogs & Cats Home (with a little cafe!).

Bottenvåning med full insyn i alla rum så man var tvungen att ha alla gardiner neddragna konstant. Störande trafikljud från den närliggande gatan. En av toaletterna läckte såväl toavatten som lukt. Läget bra nära Battersea Power station.

Look, this was a great deal and location but that's all. We only needed a base for this trip so it served it's purpose but not without some annoying issues. The ground floor apartment was not very clean and they clearly a drain venting problem because intitally the smell was stong untlil we just left all the bathroom extract fans on. The kettle didnt work and we had to forks. The dryer funtion on the washing machine didnt work and noone ever come to look at it. We put the heat on one of the AC units to dry clothes while out. Staff service was ok when they are there. Had to take really fast showers as the hot water did not last very long for five adults. In general, this apartment complex just needs maintainence and an update. It is on a busy junction so if you dont want any outside noise, dont stay here. It didnt bother us. I would probably give this place another shot because the location was peffect. 5 min walk to the underground made it easy to get in to city.

Die Unterkunft ist gut zu erreichen. Sie liegt direkt zwischen 2 Bahnverbindungen. Daher ist es auch in der Nacht sehr laut, auch die Hauptstraße tut ihr übriges dazu. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt ist gut. In den Betten konnte man gut schlafen. Von den Verdunklungsjalousetten war die Hälfte defekt, man konnte die Zimmer also nicht optimal verdunkeln. Abenteuerlich mutete der Holzklotz an, der das Wand-WC stützte. Ich habe mir für den Preis mehr von der Unterkunft erhofft. Trotzdem ist es ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum.

This hotel was fantastic! Very spacious and gave us many necessities in the kitchen. Beds were extremely comfortable and enjoyable. My daughter thought that the view was extremely nice and that we should go again. However, I would suggest adding a meal service. Overall, loved the place, very comfortable.

one bed apartment, clean but a bit tatty when you look closely, silcone sealant, weak/loose floor boards. Hotel is on busy junction, it has double glazing but this does not stop the noise from outside. Bed was comfortable and communication and staff good. Greta location for Battersea park.

Bright light right outside bedroom window, blind cords not working so couldn’t block out the light, lots of road noise. Floor was awful, creaking and felt like you were going to fall through when walking around. Sofa was a bit low for us. Kitchen was good. Location was good for US Embassy

Great location. Easy to get around London and back using undergound Battersea Power Station. Well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds. Tesco express right across street for easy food and kitchen was full with cooking etc. Would have liked a socket to charge my phone near to the nightstand. Only real feedback.

This is a nice, bright apartment. The local tube station is a good one, with easy access to the city for going to shows etc. The local supermarket across the road and a great park just around the corner make the location a good one. The place was well equipped for us and our adult children, and the air-conditioners were appreciated for the week that we were there. The people at reception were helpful.

8pm curfew to check in! Absolutely useless tbh. Waste of money. Was unable to stay. Contacted hotel just before my flight after realising I wouldn't make it in time. Email received from them after I landed was asking for passport info, credit card details and a whopping £250 deposit. Lost trust after being unable to speak to someone by phone and didn't fancy providing all that info to a generic email address. Had to book somewhere else!

Our room was available late and despite being a no-smoking apartment, it stank of cigarettes when we eventually got in. I had a work function to make for 5o’clock so it was unfortunate. The reception staff swapped us to the penthouse and dealt with it well. The penthouse was roomy and light with a balcony and was available cheap on the day as it wasn’t booked. It would be worth it for the price on the day as a big living space, 2 generous bedrooms and bathrooms. The place is a bit tatty as other people have mentioned. Not sure we would stay here again but the location is brilliant. Easy distance to Battersea Park and power station which are great areas for kids with open spaces, playgrounds, a boating lake. The power station has lots of outdoor screens and sports activities for the Olympics. There is a big M&S football here and a tesco right opposite the apartments. Not a place to stay if you need quiet, under the flight path to Heathrow and close to trains and motorbikes. But if you want to be central that’s part of the deal. Thanks to the staff for organising our upgrade. Without that we would have left.

Did not go extra length to support guest whom are in dire need. Am an international traveller with a family of six, arrived a bit late (30-45 min) and end up not able to enter the apartment. Called the numbers given but nobody responded. Already paid full price for 2 nights. End up of having to stay at hotel.

The apartment was clean and modern. They also accommodated our request for a check in after 8pm (a key safe was made available after bank details and photo ID were provided). The only issue was that there was an unlocked external door onto a first floor balcony. No key was provided. I mentioned this in the morning (when reception reopened) and they did not seem to think this was a problem.

Stayed here with my teenage son and his 2 friends as it is a 2 minute walk from Battersea Power Station and in the opposite direction 2 minutes to Battersea Park. The penthouse is stunning. Much better than in the photos- it’s spacious, immaculate and has everything you need. The staff in reception were helpful and professional especially Faisal who was friendly and helpful from when I initially spoke to him on the phone (to ask if boys could bring a PlayStation) to when we left (suggesting I bring my car up to the gates to help with loading bags). Parking isn’t a problem as many neighbouring streets have pay and display which is free from 6pm onwards. Tesco Local store opposite which was very handy for snacks. Looking forward to staying here again soon

These are converted apartments at a reasonable price in a very central location but buyer beware. There were strange things from the start like emails saying they will close at 8 pm for checkins, a loud pumping noise anytime water was used and they didnt provide any laundry detergent. The main issues were our front door would not lock and we didn’t have hot water. The door went right out to the main parking lot so not having this security was a major issue. The front desk is only open a few hours a day and they won’t call you back. Hotels.com attempted to call the hotel for assistance or refund us so we could go to a different hotel and they ignored them as well so we were stuck. They finally replied to hotels.com two days later saying the cost is non-refundable and we didn’t complain while there - this is totally false as we left messages as did hotels.com.

Apartment is nice, clean, comfortable. Unfortunately the positives end there. Check in is strictly 3pm to 8pm. We were working on an event and this was difficult. Sent someone to check in and they areived at 7:25 to a locked reception... called and messaged frantically for almost an hour. To then receive a call saying they had "gone to the shop"!!! The deposit is extortionate! And do make sure you hound them to get it back. Despite the fact it says parking is available. Its not and you have to park a 10minute walk away and pay £36 for the privilage. Its a shame as if this was managed properly would be a great place. But stay somewhere else becasue its not worth the hassle for the cheap price.

Great accommodation. Plenty of room in the studio. Very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location; less than 5 mins walk to the tube. Next to a Tesco Express and Battersea Dogs & Cats Home (with a little cafe!).

Appartement très spacieux, équipement complet (lave vaisselle, machine à laver, fer à repasser…), lits confortables. Station de métro BATTERSEA POWER STATION à moins de 5 minutes à pieds, TESCO EXPRESS a 20 mètres, emplacement top!

Great location. Easy to get around London and back using undergound Battersea Power Station. Well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds. Tesco express right across street for easy food and kitchen was full with cooking etc. Would have liked a socket to charge my phone near to the nightstand. Only real feedback.

Polite greeting & staff. The apartment was clean & well provided with cable tv & wifi. The location was excellent & only 5 min walk from the subway & 15 from the American Embassy. Supermarkets are close which is handy. All in all well recommended .

Un peu dépité à l’arrivé car l’immeuble est un peu décrépi, la réception sommaire, le couloir d’entrée ne paie pas de mine mais après avoir ouvert la porte de l’appartement, changement de decor. Très bel appartement, très lumineux et immense. Le quartier est très sympa et neuf. Un immense centre commercial construit dans l’ancienne usine électrique permet de se restaurer, de flâner, de faire du shopping. Le métro et les bus passent à une centaine de mètres. Garder à l’esprit qu’en cas de budget limité il faut verser une caution entre 250 et 500£ à l’arrivée. Cette caution est remboursée rapidement après le départ. Je recommande

El departamento de la planta baja es incómodo ya que no puedes abrir ventas y cortinas porque te verían todo el tiempo las personas que pasan por la calle y por la propiedad .. entonces te sientes encerrado y obscuro. Las camas muy bien, la ropa de cama muy bien. Las toallas de mala calidad. No hay limpieza durante la estancia. La ubicación es lo mejor .. a dos cuadras de underground para llegar a todas partes y del powerstation que tiene mall restaurantes y al lado del rio .. eso es lo meior

We booked a two bedroom apartment for a short family break to London. We were pleasantly surprised with this apartment. This is a great base, we really enjoyed our stay! We were pleased it was just 5 minutes walk from Battersea Power Tube Station, and thrilled that there is a small Tesco across the road. The apartment was clean and a decent size for a family of 5. We didn't realise there was tea, coffee and sugar until our last day by which time was too late as we had bought it from Tesco. The kitchen was great, and fully equipped, tea towels / Kitchen roll would be helpful if supplied. The concierge service was pleasant and helpful with email communication fast and response before and after our stay, my security deposit was returned immediately. Our only regret was not booking longer!

We travelled as a family of four. Our apartment was very spacious and the appliances were brand new. If you prefer, you can cook your meals easily as there are several groceries around and you have everything you need in the kitchen. Subway and the train station are only meters away and you can use public transportation easily. If you are planning a visit to London as a family and for a longer stay this is the place to stay.

This hotel was fantastic! Very spacious and gave us many necessities in the kitchen. Beds were extremely comfortable and enjoyable. My daughter thought that the view was extremely nice and that we should go again. However, I would suggest adding a meal service. Overall, loved the place, very comfortable.

Due to renovations being done, the was no parking and they where not helpful on other parking locations. We found a parking building near by with reasonable pricing using google. Other than that no other issues, nice and roomy 2 bedroom apartment in a great location and great restaurants close by and train station. Will stay again.

This property is in a great location to explore London and in particular the new development at Battersea power station. Check in was easy and they allowed us to store our bags for the day. The apartment was really spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Good facilities in the kitchen and clean throughout.

Our room was available late and despite being a no-smoking apartment, it stank of cigarettes when we eventually got in. I had a work function to make for 5o’clock so it was unfortunate. The reception staff swapped us to the penthouse and dealt with it well. The penthouse was roomy and light with a balcony and was available cheap on the day as it wasn’t booked. It would be worth it for the price on the day as a big living space, 2 generous bedrooms and bathrooms. The place is a bit tatty as other people have mentioned. Not sure we would stay here again but the location is brilliant. Easy distance to Battersea Park and power station which are great areas for kids with open spaces, playgrounds, a boating lake. The power station has lots of outdoor screens and sports activities for the Olympics. There is a big M&S football here and a tesco right opposite the apartments. Not a place to stay if you need quiet, under the flight path to Heathrow and close to trains and motorbikes. But if you want to be central that’s part of the deal. Thanks to the staff for organising our upgrade. Without that we would have left.
