The bed linens had stains on each level of the bedding. We asked to have the comforter replaced but dang I felt like all the linens needed to be replaced. The hot tub was closed which was one reason we picked this location. It was over priced for a dirty place. Would not recommend.

The swimming pool and hot tub were one of the primary reasons we chose this property and when we got there we found out they are closed and have been for months. Given the apparent lack of interest in fixing these features they should be pulled off the amenities list.

There was no mention of the pool and hot tub being down for maintenance, and when that is one of the main reasons why you book a hotel, then it’s very disappointing to show up and find that it’s not in commission.

As soon as I entered my room I was very disappointed. Really old and really dirty would describe it. The wall around the in room A/C unit had holes and dings where the drywall had never been repaired. The room was extremely cramped with large, bulky outdated, furniture. Dark yellow walls and a blue accent wall, dark blue curtains, old striped carpet of the same colors felt like a cave. The bed coverlet had something on it, right along the top where it would touch your neck. It looked like a blood streak, but not sure.. The bathroom sink and tubs were old and discolored. No plug for the bathtub and a large ring of stain and discolor all around the inside of the tub. Shower curtain was dirty too. I was on the second floor where the ice machine didn’t work. I would get my ice on the first floor, until it quit working too. Floor of the lobby level ice machine had hard water stains and gunk all over the floor around it. The drinking fountain next to the ice had hard water and a green oxide all over it and it didn’t work either. I started taking the stairs exclusively because one time coming down it felt like the elevator hit a cement floor when it stopped. It was hard enough it made a really loud bang and shook. Felt like a hard landing and then motor noise like it lifted back up a little. It seemed very unsafe. When I started taking the stairs there was a pile of dirt and gravel that sat there from Wednesday until Saturday morning when I checked out.

It's an older hotel, and reasonably clean, but in disrepair. I feel many hotels have cut back on laundry service in reality to save themselves money, while virtue-signaling they are "saving the planet", but this place took cutting guest services to save energy to the extreme. The small A/C in our (reserved) room was off when we arrived, and it took hours to get it down to a comfortable temperature. Most of the lights in the room were on timers that shutoff every half-hour. So no leaving the bathroom light on for a nightlight. Two of the three ice machines were "out of service". The hot tub whose pumps and heaters yes, are a big energy-hog was "Broken", as were the electric vent fans in the very hot glass-greenhouse-like pool room. When I complained, I was told to "wait until after dark". When we did go to the pool, another guest was cleaning it with the scoop-net herself, She said the skimmer was also "Broken". She couldn't get all the "floaties" out, so my Mrs. wouldn't get in it It just seemed like if it took lots of electricity to run, it was turned off or I couldn't use it. The hotel was pretty empty that night. Maybe they don't have enough income to fix things or pay the utility bills. Breakfast was minimal, but OK

Smell of vomit in hallway outside our door, carpet tack nails poking through carpet in room, bathroom had one tiny sink and no counter at all, not enough space next to sink to put a shaving bag. Entire room lights would automatically come on in middle of night if you got up to go to batheoom. Hottub was broken. We did not sign up for handicap room but were placed in one.

I don't generally ask for much in a hotel. I want a clean room, a hot shower, and a comfortable bed. This place has all of the that. The indoor pool is nice. Breakfast was average. The donut shop next has delicious pastries.

Frozen Omelette No Bacon, sausage to go with it. No one around to help with service. Bathroom floor was cleaned but no floor mat. Bedroom had all the basics the carpet was dirty and hanging closet was disgusting the front door security lock looked like it was ripped right out of the door frame. The Hot tub looked like it's been out or order for awhile and the pool was very dirty and unhealthy to swim in. THE PHOTO IS A FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

The entire hotel had a smell.. it was so overwhelming, I was nauseous most of the night

Definitely old and could have been cleaner. Stains and hole on the bedding but the sheets seemed clean. It was fine and one of the cheaper options just for one night so we survived.

Our two-bed room was in very poor repair and was not cleaned well. Part of the curtain was held on by grocery sacks, the top lock couldn’t be used, etc. The cleanliness was poor with the floor still dirty, the pillowcases where covered in black hairs, and the bathroom was covered in pubic hair. I will not be staying here again. Very poor experience. Room is overpriced.

This hotel was so run down and dirty. I’m really surprised Wyndham would attach their name to this place. The furniture was falling apart, peeling, and dirty. The bedspread was stained. Bathroom fixtures were falling apart. Overall the dust and dirt was unbelievable. The hotel smelled and was very dark. The staff was friendly and it was quiet because hardly anyone was there.

Dirty bedspread, lights out, carpet worn into the backing, very dim bathroom with visible dust on the vent cover. A wonky shelf right over the luggage rack which you bump your head on very easily. Really needs an update snd a good cleaning.

When we arrived I noticed 2 muddy footprints in the bathroom. One of the towels we were issued had a hole in it. The room was small with no closet for clothing.

There had obviously been a dog in my room; it smelled like pee, and it was not suppose to be a pet room. There was hair on the counter, unswept hair and dirt on the bathroom floor and the room smelled horrible. I got a different room and there was pee in the toilet! Weeds were all over the outside of the property. I was very disappointed considering the money I spent to stay there.

The room could use a little refresh. The room was tight with a king bed in it.

The TV in the room was very small and the hot tub was out of order. Also, the first room they put us in didn’t have any bedding so we had to be moved. The AC in the room kept flipping the breaker and there was no thermostat for the overall temperature. It was very warm trying to sleep. The man at the front desk was nice.

Pretty standard roadside hotel, suggest carpets in rooms need to be replaced with laminate flooring. TV in room was ceiling height. No plug for the microwave.

Last minute reservations- my car broke down and we had to be towed the next day. It was across the street from the mechanic. Perfect. Manager was SUPER accommodating. Bed was the the most comfy bed I’ve slept in. Breakfast was basic and appreciated. WiFi was great. No complaints at all. It was old and worn around the edges, but clean- a comfortable stay and appreciated.

Cramped room. Internet was out for an entire day of our three-day stay, and when it worked, it was 1990s-era slow. Toilet paper was the worst ever; we had to buy our own. But I really liked the pillows.

Property is definitely old, but clean. The front desk associate kindly checked us in and was helpful. The property had a resident transient which made the property feel unsafe. The room was extremely small, the bed was not comfortable, but we were grateful the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast had limited selection; would have appreciated more hot food options other than waffles.

This room served my purpose--a place to sleep each night. The room was very small, but for only one person, it was enought. I appreciated the desk clerk bringing me an extra blanket with a smile.

Hotel room was very small and cramped. Only 1 chair and the television didn't work. The guy came and rebooted the satelite box but it only worked for a few minutes.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful considering how late we checked Very nice people and very helpful

The toilet did flush. Went downstairs to tell management. They said they had nobody to fix it. They said to use the public restroom. After i said i wanted my money back and went to my room, they showed up with a plunger. I suggest if you stay at this place check to see if toilet flushes

Staff is Great. If you need anything at all you just have to ask. They work with you the best they can.

When we arrived we noticed a yellow caution sign in the pool area. Come to find out the hot tub was broken. We got our keys to our room and our door wouldn’t open, went back downstairs to tell them our door isn’t opening. Only to have the front desk person to tell me to pull the handle up, which I did. He got up from his desk to take me up to the room to show me how to open the door like I was dumb! I told him this isn’t right. He changed our rooms but our new room looked like it was for someone in a wheelchair. The sink was really low. Our room was dirty, lights didn’t work, outlets were broken, holes in the wall, bed wasn’t comfortable. On the second day we were there we came back only to find out our keys stopped working again!! At this point I was ready to get a full refund. Do better Days Inn!

I have to say, I was super stressed when we got to the Hotel. Our reservation got booked the wrong weekend (my fault) and I was in a complete panic. The young lady at the front desk was AWESOME! She immediately put me at ease, calmed me down with her kindness and made sure I was totally taken care of. Everyone from maintenance to the maid service and the front office staff were more then friendly and hospitable. We will definitely be staying there again when we return to Vernal. My husband and got placed in I believe use to be a smoking room, but I didn’t say a thing because the service we received was awesome. I didn’t mind at all!❤️❤️

Overall it was okay. There is a musk to the rooms and hallway. I saw the same lady at checkin around 1030 pm as i did at checkout around 9:00 am. Definitely understaffed. But it was also the cheapest hotel in the area. Worth the money, but the pictures do oversell it a little bit. The lobby was very well decorated and i loved it when i walked in. I had no complaints up until i got to the room.

The lady at the front desk was rude to engine in our group. We all checked in at different times and we all had a bad experience with her. The pillows were horrible, the toilet made a terrible noise when flushed, the faucet sprayed out of the side.

There was major confusion at check in. 11:45 pm I get there receive a key. Go walking into my room and there is someone sleeping in the bed! lol well they obviously had the key and room first so I go to get another room. #2 room locked with a do not disturb. Finally #3 room was unoccupied and the AC didn't work. They fixed the next day and stayed in room #3 the rest of the time.

When I got there, the manager was a total a**Then he told me they required a hundred dollar deposit for incidentals on top of what I paid with you guys and he held a hundred dollars out of my checking account which made a couple of my bills bounce so I would never stay there again

Close to what we were doing

This was a one night stopover, and for that it was perfectly fine. The room was small but clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is well back from the main road, so it was also very quiet. The included breakfast was okay, but not great. All in all, I'd have no problem staying here again.

Clean, quiet, in a convenient part of town. The smoke detector was missing and we just had some exposed wire hanging from the wall in the room so that was great. And no operational pool even though there was one advertised, but the great CS at Expedia helped us out when the property management was not so helpful.

This place was very clean. It was set back from the Hwy but on the finish hwy. Very convenient with restaurants, Smith's grocery store next door. High school track to walk after dinner.

My experience was economical, safe, comfortable and close to where I conducted my business. I will be staying again next week. Thank you.

Central location and right next to a grocery store. Walkable to several fast food outlets. Unfortunately, there had been some kind of medical incident in the hallway directly across from the room where they put us (inexplicably). The smell was terrible.

Great place to stay, easy to get to, easy to park truck and trailer, great staff and amenities

The room needs some updating but was acceptable. The breakfast could use a little more variety......like maybe bacon and eggs or an omelett or pancakes.

Overall this place is shabby. It’s badly in need of a remodeling. The ice machine on the second floor was broken. The call light on the elevator was broken. The proprietor was not particularly friendly. Worst of all the free breakfast makes McDonalds looks gourmet.

We could hear something running all night and it was not the air conditioner. Breakfast was disappointing. The orange juice was bad. There was no ketchup for what you might call an omelette.

The room was okay; certainly clean, although the bathroom was kinda funky. The breakfast was only okay. Orange and apple juice was bitter and should have been replaced. My wife got sick from drinking the orange juice.

This hotel is old and needs updating, but we only needed a place to sleep for the night. They need to be better at the breakfast. The only hot option was waffles, but they were out of batter. It would be nice if the pool was cleaned and opened early in the morning. There was only a short window to swim before checkout.
