Pros: Rooms and lobby were very clean and updated. Walkable to Avenue de Champagne. Nice bar in the lobby. Small continental breakfast was delicious. Nice stay. Cons: concierge was not very friendly. Difficult to find parking. ParkingOn street only.

The only problem was the car parking which was in the Central Car Park which was underground. It cost a staggering €68 for 30 hours parking!!! The Hotel was fine!!

Heel goed hotel, op wandelafstand van het centrum van Epernay, met een ondergrondse parking op 2 minuten stappen. Kamers zijn goed, sommige badkamers wat verouderd maar ze zijn duidelijk stapgewijze aan het renoveren. Ontbijt is prima. Voor comfort heb ik minder sterren gegeven omdat er geen warm water was. Iedereen kloeg erover, er was een probleem met de waterdruk maar twee nachten zonder warm water in de ochtend is toch erover.

Heel goed hotel, op wandelafstand van het centrum van Epernay, met een ondergrondse parking op 2 minuten stappen. Ett standard hotell med trevlig personal. Läget är fantastiskt med gångavstånd till allt i Épernay. Vi var tvungna att köra kl 6:00 på söndagsmorgon. Då ställde de fram frukosten 05:30. En service som uppskattades väldigt mycket.

Zimmer sind recht klein, aber für einen Business Trip vollkommen ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, dass sehr bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Service wird hier groß geschrieben. Die Lage ist sehr gut und in der Umgebung alles wunderbar zu Fuss erreichbar.

Det mesta var under förväntan. Det enda som var bra är läget. Dålig service på gränsen till otrevlig. Frukosten katastrof, för lite & väldigt utplockat när vi kom, några små torra ostbitar kvar o de fyllde inte på. Vi köpte öl av hotellet som hade utgånget datum. Men värst av allt så fick vi betala 1700kr för 3 dagars parkering som hotellet rekommenderade- när vi lyfte problemet med hotellet, att kostnaden var mkt dyrare än de sagt, ryckte de bara på axlarna och sa i stort sätt vi bryr oss inte, inte vår parkering, i stället för att försöka ringa parkeringsbolaget o hjälpa oss.

We had a wonderful stay - booked a Junior Suite and appreciated the larger room size with a sitting area for socializing with our friends that had booked a standard room. Staff were so helpful, great at answering questions about the area, and directions to the nearby paid parking. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning (cost was an additional 14 euros per person).

Staff were so helpful, great at answering questions about the area, and directions to the nearby paid parking. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning (cost was an additional 14 euros per person).

Nice location close to Epernay city center and avenue de champagne. 5 min walk to public car park garage was ok (centre ville souterrain), 16 Euro cost for two full days. Small but good breakfast.

Good location, 3min walk from Monet&Chandon and Rue de Champagne. Friendly staff. Hotel is quite outdated and rooms small. You can hear almost everything from adjacent rooms and hallway. Breakfast ok, nothing special but basics we're there. Ok for one night stay - kinda in and out.

Det mesta var under förväntan. Det enda som var bra är läget. Dålig service på gränsen till otrevlig. Frukosten katastrof, för lite & väldigt utplockat när vi kom, några små torra ostbitar kvar o de fyllde inte på. Vi köpte öl av hotellet som hade utgånget datum. Men värst av allt så fick vi betala 1700kr för 3 dagars parkering som hotellet rekommenderade- när vi lyfte problemet med hotellet, att kostnaden var mkt dyrare än de sagt, ryckte de bara på axlarna och sa i stort sätt vi bryr oss inte, inte vår parkering, i stället för att försöka ringa parkeringsbolaget o hjälpa oss.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful including easily switching to English when I didn't understand or wasn't able to explain myself well in French. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was large & comfortable. The room darkening blinds worked very well blocking all outdoor light. The rooms were quiet with the exception of slamming doors due to the weight of the doors and other guests choosing not to close them quietly. The shower stall was a bit awkward and the shower head did not stay positioned for the duration of a shower. At check in, there was a sulfur-like odor in the room that either faded as the room aired out.
