Excellent stay. Convenience of apartment style accommodation extremely useful. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Perfect site for Covent Garden and Aldwych/theatre land area.

Very good location, very good structure, nice staff. But there is no air conditioning, it's very hot inside the room. If you open the window it´'s very very noisy, impossible to sleep.

Disappointing stay despite a great location The highlights of this hotel are definitely its excellent location, the friendly staff, and a comfortable bed. However, the room itself fell short of expectations in several ways. The soundproofing is quite poor; I could hear every door closing and people walking in the hallway. Additionally, the door isn't well-sealed, allowing light from the corridor to leak in at night. The room felt a bit dated and wasn’t particularly fresh, lacking basic amenities like a full-length mirror and adequate lighting. Our experience was further dampened by technical issues. On the first night, there was no water pressure, which forced us to repack and move rooms the next day—a major inconvenience. Even after moving, the water was barely lukewarm. Since the central AC was set only to heat, the room stayed too warm, and we had to sleep with the window open facing a neglected inner courtyard. While the staff was nice, the constant functional issues made for a frustrating stay, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again

Staff great, structure great, location great. But, THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING, even if it’s cold, the room gets hot. If you open the window it’s very noisy. We had a few 7 bad nights.

Basement hallways carpets are gross, laundry room is open 24/7 and was across from me so heard ppl day and night. Cleaning staff was also screaming down the hallway each day at 8am as their service station was nearby. Which is ironic given I got zero cleaning for a 7 night stay. Otherwise, front desk staff was lovely and the room itself was fine. Overall is was ok at best. Avoid the basement. Price was right but not worth the discount. I’m sure the experience in the higher floor rooms would be better. You get what you pay for I suppose.
