Trevligt hotell som är bra beläget i Stockholm. Fint rum med skön säng. Frukost som var helt ok i en mycket trevlig miljö med bra service. Hissen strulade för oss gäster denna helg med lång väntan.

Mycket bra hotell men med brister. Personalen väldigt trevliga men vissa i personalen kan inte prata svenska. Fantastisk frukost i en trevlig lokal. Ventilation (ac) är under all kritik. Omöjligt att få lagom temperatur. Rummet är mycket varmt. En av hissarna är trasig blir köer.

Standard small luxury hotel. Comfortable and clean room. However, the staff was not particularly friendly at check-in. House keeping service was not as efficient as the other hotel we stayed during this trip. The breakfast was rather disappointing to be honest. We have had much better one in Oslo. Gym was small and standard.

Den var mycket bra det enda som inte är lyckat är att takbaren som hotellet framhåller var fullsatt redan på eftermiddagen, enligt en vän en populär AW-bar. Vår uppfattning är att det verkar konstigt att det inte finns plats för hotellets gäster istället fylls det av besökare från närliggande kontor? Borde vara en begränsning av gäster som inte bor på hotellet och istället vara tillgängligt för hotellgäster till en viss bestämd omfattning.

The hotel was extremely well positioned, allowing us to walk each direction to all points of interest. Very close to many dining option which we loved including the rooftop bar. Room was a little noisy. Overall great stay.

Great hotel but our room was a little noisy the first night due to it being located close to a club. We stayed on the second floor. Breakfast was great and included in the stay. Room was clean, aside from the sheets having a small hole and stain. Overall we were happy and you can’t beat the location. A couple bus stops away from the Vasa/Abba museums and the Skansen. Also, within walking distance to the royal palace and Gamla Stan. Staff was very friendly.

Very beautiful hotel, but two things brought the overall impression down: 1) Lipstick stains on drinking glass at bedside table, no tissues in room, hair in several locations in bathroom 2) Phone to reception didn't work which meant that I couldn't communicate with staff re early check-in, meaning that I had to walk to the hotel from my location and back unnecessarily. Staff was not helpful in finding solutions, nor did they offer compensation (even a symbolic one).

Fantastiskt hotell. All personal väldigt trevliga. Underbar frukost. Enda negativa är att det inte går att justera värmen i rummen på ett effektivt sätt. Klagade i receptionen och åtgärd var att de gjorde det möjligt att öppna fönstret. Mycket märkligt på ett så dyrt hotell. Skulle inte våga boka på sommaren risken stor för väldigt varmt rum

Stayed in the vault room which doesn’t have windows. But it was perfect for having a good sleep…quiet, gets completely dark while sleeping, good size, lovely bathroom. Just note that the shower area is separated by the bedroom only by see-through glass (in case you are staying with someone where that matters). Toilet was separate and with its own door. Overall I had a great stay and would stay here again.

Værelset var 25 grader varmt - selv efter 4-5 timer med ventilation, var det stadig 23 grader hele natten. Ikke godkendt for et 5 stjernet hotel. Ellers var der lækkert, spm man kam forvente.

Rummet var fantastisk, personalen var wow på alla sätt man kände sig så välkomnad! De enda som va irriterande var tv:n för den satts igång hela tiden ändå om man stängde av den med fjärren och knappen på tv:n! Kommer garanterat tillbaka igen😁

Bank hotel is a very good option. Rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast is very good as well. WiFi could be better and there is no proper place to hang towels at the bathroom. I definitely recommend.

Det var ljuvligt att bo på Bank Hotel,personalen var otroligt vänlig och tillmötesgående, rummet var mysigt och oklanderligt rent o snyggt, vi saknade dock krokar för handdukarna och hittade inget skohorn. Vi njöt av den fantastiska frukosten, bästa vi någonsin ätit på hotell. Servicen var makalöst bra och man kan ju inte klaga på själva restaurangen, otroligt smakfull och fint inredd. Perfekt ställe för låååång frukost i total harmoni. Hit kommer vi igen!

Was only there for 2 nights however the following happened: Very noisy room Was told I didn’t need to book either of the hotel bars and then when we turned up was told that none of them had availability and no tables were held for hotel guests Breakfast on the first morning came around 40 minutes after ordering after I chased and was cold Never received turndown service and when cleaning the room empty bottles were left and new water bottles not provided Overall a good looking property however very poor service

It was nice to arrive and finding staff waiting at the door. The ground level bar is excellent. The concierge service is not existing, which is very surprising for a 5 start hotel, the front office staff was unable to: properly book a barber and a hair saloon, and to ship back the costumes we rented for a party.

Lång väntan på incheckning. Tjejen i receptionen tog sig all tid i världen för paret innan mig. De småsnackade i lugn och ro om allt möjligt, julklappar och ditten och datten. Säkert trevligt för dom men inte ok när det blir på andra gästers bekostnad.

Great location, lovely furnishings, fantastic breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Quite noisy outside at night time which made it hard to sleep at times.

Nice hotel with a major caveat. Easy access to major attractions and public transportation but summer nights, at least during my stay, were impossibly noisy - especially if your room is on the back street. The front and back streets are deceptively quiet, charming during the day but at night the dance music from nearby venues blared past 1 AM. It's likely quieter in the winter when the partying moves indoors.

Det var ljuvligt att bo på Bank Hotel,personalen var otroligt vänlig och tillmötesgående, rummet var mysigt och oklanderligt rent o snyggt, vi saknade dock krokar för handdukarna och hittade inget skohorn. Vi njöt av den fantastiska frukosten, bästa vi någonsin ätit på hotell. Servicen var makalöst bra och man kan ju inte klaga på själva restaurangen, otroligt smakfull och fint inredd. Perfekt ställe för låååång frukost i total harmoni. Hit kommer vi igen!

Väldigt fint rum med hög klass på hela hotellet. Utan tvekan den bästa hotellfrukosten jag någonsin varit med om, lyxig kallbuffé tillsammans med en bred À la carte meny där du kan beställa in precis hur många olika rätter du vill utan extra kostnad, även allt på denna menyn var av högsta klass.

We stayed in the elegant classic. It’s a small room, but we managed, even with a large suitcase, 2 carry on roller bags and 2 backpacks. Rain shower heads were great. All of the essential packs in the bathroom were super helpful - shaving cream, razor, toothpaste, nail file, etc. the staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and polite. Breakfast was perfect - lots of juices, fruit, pastries, yogurt, meats, cheeses, plus omelettes and other dishes to order. Would 100% recommend.

Frukosten har stor förbättringspotential. Glutenfria brödet var under all kritik, men även det övriga brödet (inkl bakverk) var förvånansvärt... vanligt och torrt? Att få meny och beställa in var stort plus, men nivån även här var förvånansvärt låg. Hade förväntat en nivå till på buffen, att det inte fanns större utbud av flingor (glutenfritt tex). Mycket trevlig personal i övrigt, bra att låna paraply, fint att låna tidning, lilla lådan med badrumsatteraljer var stort plus, men konstigt att det inte fanns annat än fasta tvålar på rummet? Ingen pumptvål eller liknande. Sängen var skön, men knakade när man rörde på sig? Och rummen gick inte att temperera, vi fick i så fall öppna fönstret eller byta rum. Trots det är vi nöjda, men hade förväntat oss mer för priset.

The hotel was fine but didn't live up to the expectations set by the other reviews, hotel description or price. Even though I booked the Elegant Classic (bigger than the Vault and Essential levels), the room was tiny (even by European standards) and my husband and I were tripping over each other. The room was also very dark and the lighting awkward. The bathroom lighting was the worst - impossible to apply makeup in. Although the mirror had lights on it that looked like they would be good for makeup, they stayed very faint and the overhead light was also very dim and couldn't be adjusted. A separate tabletop makeup mirror was in the bathroom but it wasn't lighted - best I could do was take it to the bedroom window in hopes of seeing if I applied everything correctly. A special breakfast was also advertised but it was not up to what we have experienced at other 5-star hotels. To get to the rooftop bar, you had to leave the hotel and go to an elevator next door. Overall the hotel was adequate but I felt like I paid way too much for what I received. The young woman who checked us in was lovely and helpful and the brightest part of our stay.
