The service was excellent the pool and hot tub was awsome they were great about me having my dogs there the only problem was we were put in a room with a full bed and not a queen like we paid for.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. Just be aware that if you book what is advertised as a room with multiple beds (a king and a queen) and two bedrooms you will get a room with a separate bedroom and a living room with a pullout couch. The pullout couch wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t a bed. Not what I was expecting for the price. Breakfast was decent. The pool and hot tub were nice.

The air conditioner was super loud and kept us awake most of the night. When we brought it to the attention of staff they said they would let maintenance know after our stay, didn’t offer to move us from the room when there were several rooms available. No fan in the bathroom and the entire room felt damp and wet. The picnic table out back broke while my husband was sitting on it and we let the front desk know, they must have went out and propped it up again and another guest told us as we were exiting the building not to sit on that picnic table because it fell over on him as well. The hot tub was scalding hot one day and freezing cold the next day. It was just not a pleasant stay and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was a pretty strong odor, not just in our room but throughout the hotel. No fan in the tiny bathroom where the toilet is located, or ours just didn't work. Someone else's clothes in the drawers still, room not fully cleaned.

Unfortunately what they charge for a Packers home game is complete gouging. This hotel is not even close to $475 a night…more $175. We had no other choice in the area due to last minute trip. Property was clean, newly remodeled and bed was comfortable. But that’s about it. Definitely a 2 star property. And reasons for that…linens/bed pillows feel old, shower pressure non existent, toilet ran every time it was flushed so we had to remove top each time to adjust, carpet in bedroom was wet. But locations was great to stadium…easy to get to. And I will say it is very quiet in the rooms. Jusr don’t expect much.

The help was friendly but short staffed. We had the 2 bedroom that’s what was advertised- in reality a Murphy bed was used in the living room. My back was so sore and this really was not a 2 bedroom as advertised. Disappointing

The room I reserved was advertised as a “2 bedroom suite,river view, sleeps 5”… the room was literally 2 bedrooms with very little room to even walk around the beds. It had no place for a fifth person to sleep. I was given a cot to sleep my fifth party. After figuring out how we were gonna possibly fit a cot and then squeezing it in a corner where a table was,that we had to put in front of the bed, we were crawling over the cot just to move around the bed. The ad stated “ premium cable” but all they had were about a 24 channels, half of which were in Spanish, and HBO. The beds were very uncomfortable and old. There was a chair in the one room but there was so little space that it was almost pressed against the fireplace. When we turned on the fireplace the chair got so hot we were afraid it may catch fire. It was most definitely a fire hazard. I do not recommended this hotel at all. I had never stayed in an AmericInn before and never will again.

Stayed here while going through the motions of a friend’s wedding that I was a part of. The room was adequate. The jet tub was pretty nice. The bed was amply comfortable. The decor and overall condition of the room was ok, a bit dated.

Well the staff was really nice, the room itself could use a little updating. The outlets barely worked/held a plug in them and one side of the bed had no outlets, which made conveniently charging your phone impossible. We stayed 2 nights and in between, room service never tidied the room or replenished the towels. Definitely just average and a little bit of a let down.

The front desk staff was overwhelmed with simple requests and did not communicate with management (replace a broken hair dryer, issue a refund for an early checkout which after two weeks we still haven't received). The room smelled so musty and mouldy, we had to leave the window open all day/night to get some fresh air and make breathing bearable. The spa and portions of the pool floor and walls looked stained and dirty. Very uninviting.

Broken toilet seat with no attempt to try to make right for full weekend of our stay. 4 adults in suite room including 2 seniors. Front desk suggested we use the toilet in the pool area…. Overnight! The Monday morning manager apologized profusely however she couldn’t promise compensation.

Every thing was great the only issue we had was my cousins tub in their room the jets didnt work and the pool machine ate two of our dollars. When my husband went and told the guy at the desk he said i know ive told them before didnt even offer to give him his two dollars back or put a sign on the pool table.

Would not accommodate us one day early, even though they had rooms available, because they "like to keep guests in the same room to make it easier for housekeeping" and our reserved room wasn't available. I offered to change rooms or to switch rooms after one day, but she said no. In what universe do you turn away business for that reason? We found another Wyndham family hotel nearby that accommodated us very well. Might never stay at the Americinn again due to that level of stupidity.

When we got into our room the toilet was not flushing correctly. I went down stairs to the front desk. The lady at the desk told me they had no more vacancies they had no maintenance people and here is a plunger. I was put out by the person. I thought it was poor customer service. The next day however the breakfast was good so it kind of redeemed themselves. I can not see me staying there again

Unfortunately what they charge for a Packers home game is complete gouging. This hotel is not even close to $475 a night…more $175. We had no other choice in the area due to last minute trip. Property was clean, newly remodeled and bed was comfortable. But that’s about it. Definitely a 2 star property. And reasons for that…linens/bed pillows feel old, shower pressure non existent, toilet ran every time it was flushed so we had to remove top each time to adjust, carpet in bedroom was wet. But locations was great to stadium…easy to get to. And I will say it is very quiet in the rooms. Jusr don’t expect much.

Lobby with huge fireplace is lovely. Free breakfast is adequate. Plumbing is loud throughout whole facility. Staff is mostly very helpful and nice.

Although the building is not much to look at, the staff were super friendly and all of the patrons were warm and polite. The breakfast bar could use a little help. The lady who worked it was very nice, but they could use some fresh fruit.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. Just be aware that if you book what is advertised as a room with multiple beds (a king and a queen) and two bedrooms you will get a room with a separate bedroom and a living room with a pullout couch. The pullout couch wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t a bed. Not what I was expecting for the price. Breakfast was decent. The pool and hot tub were nice.

Clean, well-run hotel with a very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds, convenient to Lambeau Field, with a limited but very tasty free hot breakfast. Very helpful to have a refrigerator and microwave in every room. Suites are spacious but limited in number. Unfortunately, this location is just average. There are some strengths and some opportunities for this location. Let me start with what was good. The location is very quiet to street noise. There was ample parking and the grounds were well kept and lit thoroughly at night. The hotel and our room were clean and well kept. Now for the not so good. I paid for a room with a queen sized bed and our room was clearly a double bed. While the dimensions are similar, my wife and I spent most of our first night struggling to find a comfortable sleep position. Next was the shower, shower head to be exact. While it was not technically broken, the head is best described as limp... You couldn't position it, it just would flop downward back towards my feet. For a guy who is 6'3" it was a struggle to shower under the water comfortably. Finally, and probably the most glaring was the breakfast on Friday morning. I got down to breakfast around 6:45a, it had been open since 6a. Only a few guests in area, but all of the hot food was completely out. No one was out checking on items and I resorted to having a donut that could have been used best as a beverage coaster. Stale, no flavor, probably a few days old... If a hotel advertises a hot breakfast, one looks forward to receiving a hot breakfast. Average marks all around for this location.
