The staff was friendly enough. No clothes hangers, no iron, the bathroom had steam drip marks on the walls that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. No room cleaning while we were there - 4 days. Had to ask for clean towels. Outside doors were beat up & peeling on all the rooms at the hotel. Pool area looked nice but there was no water in the pool. Recent repair?

This is a very good option for the price. It is always clean and there are not people loitering around the hotel. It is pet friendly and the pet fee is very affordable.

They tout a pool and it wasn't even in service! They offer a grab and go breakfast. Did not get the correct room i booked(2 double pet friendly smoking room). Was put in a NON-SMOKING 2 double pet friendly. There were also some weird people staying there. At check out, i had some random person ask me to take them somewhere. Not a good vibe here!

Nothing. It had a hole in box spring of mattress that my cat climbed into. Had to take bed apart to get him out. Also chose this hotel for the pool and wasn’t told at check in that it was closed for maintenance. The hotel refused to compensate me for this unavailable amenity and told me to take the problem to Expedia

Super 8 by Wyndham Ocala I-75 needs to be demolished. I didn't stay for the night. I left and they refused to give my money back! After complaining about the room, the second one offered has dead cockroaches, smells' terrible. Human hair every where. Leftover food around the bed. The floor was filthy, like it was never been clean. The door would not closet property, you could see the day light coming thought. Outrageous, they refused the return my money. I left to another hotel for my stay.

This property is extremely outdated. The room did not appear unclean but had stains and cracks due to age and lack of renovations. It also had a pungent smell upon entering. The a/c did work well. Upon turning the faucet on, the water came out brown and chunky. Went to check out the next morning and let the staff know about the issue, but there was no one at the desk.

Check in was very easy. Room was nicer than I expected. It looked like it had been remodeled with wood look tile floors, granite vanity and marble looking shower instead of a tub. There was a large screen wall mounted tv, microwave and refrigerator.

Parts of the room had been updated but the bathroom was completely missed. The sink and faucet looked original to the 1980s. The TV was huge and had great channel selection. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were thin and only 3 on a king. We called to ask for an additional pillow and was told it would be dropped by but it never happened. The breakfast was prewrapped powdered and plastic looking chocolate donuts. The had Jimmy dean biscuits but they were cold. Yogurt and nutrigrain bars were our choices. We chose this based on previous reviews but didn't seem like the same place. A group of people seemed to be living there or at least long time stays that stayed out in the court yard late partying on a Sunday night. See the pictures of the tub, we didn't use it because I would have felt dirtier after. The lamps had charging ports and the fridge and tiny microwave worked. It's an old school two story hotel and we were on the backside so we couldn't park in front of our room. It's right off the interstate and there are restaurants choices very close. It was inexpensive but it definitely wasn't worth anymore than we paid.

The room was non smoking, but I could still smell it through the vents. Walls were paper thin and in the morning I heard a man cough and I freaked because I thought he was in my room. Also, they had no conitioner for shower.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Be sure to request the non-pet section. First room had a barking dog and crying children next door. The staff was quick to move us to a quieter room. The television requires you to log in via your mobile device. Wasn't happy to have to do that.

It was right off the interstate. Very convenient. I did not like the fact that the floors were not clean, the light on the outside wall needed a new bulb. It flickered when you turned it on. You had to ask for an ice bucket and I was not told that when I checked in, so I had to call the office to find out and then go back up to get one. The ice machine only gave so much ice and then you had to get the office to reset if you needed more. The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly.

The hotel would not allow us the check in because my wife had lost her license card. I had 2 firms of ID, but that wasn’t enough for this hotel. Out family had to stay in a rest area for the evening. I suggest choosing another hotel rather than this one Expedia would not give a refund

The staff was outstanding. They were very welcoming. The room was aged but very clean and inviting. I was able to parking right in front of my room and felt very safe. The hotel is very conveniently right off highway 75, but was very quiet no highway noise.

The check in lady was truly a gem! However, when 2 men bluntly watch you get out of the car, watch you go up the stairs and turn to watch what room you are going to, that is a little strange. The check in lady was understanding and found another room. The hotel is full of workers as it’s right off I75. Breakfast included waffles wrapped in plastic, pop tarts and slices of bread in baggies. Luckily there is a Dennys across the street and Waffle House up the road.

Liked it alot clean breakfast was ok the only bad thing was the pool was closed for repairs and they didn't post that on the web site

Mattress unsupportive causing back pain. I booked this hotel in part because breakfast was included. Not sure I would qualify snacks & bread as breakfast.

Comfortable and clean rooms but place does need some upgrading. Staff were great. No breakfast, only coffee when I was there. Some traffic noise issues at times.

Room was dated but clean. Breakfast was limited and could have had bagels and waffles. Some staff were very pleasant and others were not. Area was a bit run down but ok. Was a bit too close to road and you heard a lot of traffic at night when trying to sleep.

Rooms are clean, the people who work there are all so nice and they put out a really nice breakfast. We stayed there twice and have another stay there coming up soon. Great prices

Checking in was a little misunderstanding, we had two rooms one wheelchair bound person they put on second floor with no elevators… the lady was able to find one room where someone complained of a smell and left. We checked out the bottom floor room, no smell. Seemed fine to us, she was able to get our family next to each other and was very apologetic for the mistake that wasn’t even hers, she fixed it. The pool was great even at 2am! The bed was super soft and amazing!! I forgot my body wash and they have body wash in the shower idk what they were but smelled amazing and clean! The room was pretty decent, no bugs, not dirty, ac was ice cold and actually went to 60* great!!!! We had a great stay, nice n quiet in the middle of no where for rock the county! Very nice and very affordable! Thank you…. And for the room service lady who didn’t wanna give me a second towel for my 4 foot long hair… you should do better, and take your smoking away from the guest… red hair lady was pretty rude but she did give me my towel after I said fine I’ll go to the office and get a towel pretty sad since ur in my room tho… she needs some customer service skills. But all in all. Good stay. Very affordable n convenient!!

It was one of the nicer "cheap hotels" I've stayed in. If you're looking for a decent place to stay overnight & are on a tight budget, this is the place for you. It's certainly nothing fancy, but it'll do.
