Pesimo servicio desde que llegamos tuvimos que esperar un largo rato porque viniera alguien al front desk para hacer el check in y despues no tenian toallas limpias en la piscina para secarse y para acabar de rematar el toilet de nuestra habitacion estaba tupido y llamamos para que lo arreglaran y la solucion que nos dieron fue que lo destupieramos nosotros mismos

Room was clean but the sofa bed mattress was badly stained but no biggie. Breakfast was excellent and the pool was a big hit with the kids

Great staff, close to everything.

I checked out a day early. The pool has holes in the wall and the rooms were dirty

This was our first stay and we were very happy with everything. The staff were very nice. The bed was very comfortable...not at all hard. The room was a nice size with plenty of hot water, and the sofa and table were good in the bonus area. I loved that the mini frig was actually cold, (unlike other hotels we have stayed at). The bathroom was also more spacious. Our hotel was close to restaurants, (several within a block), and we had multiple choices. Within close proximity was I-64 and the Slugger museum and Mega Cavern were both under 20 minutes away. The hot breakfast was well stocked with eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, juice, coffee, cereals with milk, toast with jellies, and waffles...everything but donuts. On Saturday they even had hot ham slices. We wish we had brought our bathing suits for the indoor pool and spa (hot tub). I wish their exercise room was larger and included a bike, but you can still get a good workout. We would like to stay again when we go back to Louisville...we even were able to eat at the last Frisches Big Boy in Louisville, on the back from the Slugger museum and that was a real treat for us, because they closed most of them in Northern Kentucky where we are from. :(
