They have nice picture of pool, and booked mainly for the hot tub. BOTH pool and hot tub closed not both days there. Coffee first day was very bad tasting and weak. The second morning the coffee was a light yellow out of machine. Went to McDonalds next door for coffee both days.

The reason I chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool. The hotel is undergoing heavy renovations and the pool has been closed for some time. This is a failure of the hotel AND Expedia.

The hot tob and pool area were filthy. The hot tub had ants crawling all over around the outide and inside the tub, in an indoor pool/hot tub area. The water was lukewarm and dirty. Our room smelled so strongly of cigarettes when we checked in that we went to the store and bought air fresheners.

The front of the building was cordoned off with yellow tape and we had to enter the lobby from the back. We were told that a truck had hit the overhang and they were waiting for insurance decisions regarding coverage. The back door barely looked serviceable. The bed did not lay flat (the foot was higher than the rest of the bed) making it uncomfortable to sleep in. There was a rather unpleasant odor in the hotel - mostly in the lobby. The breakfast was quite good.

When I checked in the lady that helped was very pleasant, informative and was ready to answer any questions I had. Housekeep was also very good, even changed my garbage throughout my stay was a good touch and a refill of soap bars. Breakfast staff was very nice in the morning and even offered to make the waffles for me which was sweet and kept the area super clean

The entire stay was horrible! The room was very outdated, the hot tub was under maintenance, bedding was dirty, telephone didn’t work and we pretty much had to beg for towels and a clean blanket! This stay was a total waste of my time and money as we traveled solely for the hot tub! Staff had attitudes. I will NEVER stay at this establishment again and will advise others to steer clear.

We had a bug in our bed not sure if it was a bed bug or a roach either way I couldn’t sleep in my bed I sat on couch all night afraid to go sleep I went out for a bit when I came back my room key would not work I had to go downstairs 3 times and they kept telling me nothing was wrong with my room key finally they came up and it didn’t work he then said it must need batteries so it still didn’t work and I couldn’t leave the room because I would be locked out I normally never complain about anything but I hate that I wasted my money on this hotel because me and my daughter did not get any sleep and it was her Birthday trip and it was so unpleasant I would not recommend anyone staying here I was kind of surprises hotels.com would promote such a nasty hotel

Check in was effortless and i did get the desired floor that i asked for. After checking in, i turn on tv and it the remote isnt working properly to view any channel. Front desk came with a master remote to correct the problem. That was solved quickly. The curtains were dangling where a few hooks were not secured which meant it would NOT close entirely to give me privacy because there was a gap that wouldnt close so that others might see in. I took a hair clip to hold them to keep them shut. I did not like having to do this especially when i JUST had a tv issue. Thirdly, why are there no soap holders in the shower area? That is the absolute most inconvenience ever. I literally had to toss the soap to the sink and pray i didnt need the soap any longer. I travel frequently and i was disappointed because i do like Comfort Suites as much as i do the more expensive hotels. This place needs attention. Each room should be verified to ensure all things are working properly and window treatments are in good working order. Guests should not have to get to the level that i did nor should we have to ask for anything to be guest ready. This area needs to be refined as it pertains to the guest experience.

A/C unit was super loud, couldn't watch TV without volume all the way up. Office chair was dangerous due to stability lever that came loose and caused chair to lurch forward. Multiple trip hazards in entryway due to soft spots under the carpet. Toilets would not flush everything the first time and requited holding down the handle for 10 seconds. Pillows were not firm enough. Breakfast was minimal and seating area was poorly designed.

The hotel itself is very nice! Very clean affordable rates! Nice pool! And a great breakfast! However we stayed in room 225! It’s right next to the guest washer and dryers ! And a stairwell! The door to the stairs the hydraulic stopper on the back was broken so all night long every 20 minutes when somebody would come in and out that door, you would hear a humongous bang in our room! So you can’t sleep at all! Walls paper thin! You can hear guests coming in and out of their room! Or shutting the doors to their bathrooms! Overall the hotel was nice for the price! Just ask for a room in the middle of the hotel! And never on the ends!

We really liked room 114. It was roomy and cold (101° outside-yuck) and very comfortable. Even took a nice hot bath at 4am to ease my pain. The hot tub was great. Had it been open at 4am i would have been down there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Room was very clean, bed was comfy, all in all a great stay. There's a mini fridge in the room for leftovers, which I realized I had accidentally left behind after I checked out. I called the front desk to check it they were there, and Amita went to our room and double checked, and then I was able to come back and retrieve them. Ms. Amita was very kind and friendly, and I definitely enjoyed my stay!

My boyfriend and I adored the front desk lady. She was so helpful and very sweet! The room was very clean and nice smelling. We had a great time using the pool and hot tub as well!

When I arrived at the desk clerk was sitting on the couch with some lady and they looked really cozy. Then there was a kid hanging around there screaming. This is 10 o’clock at night by the way then the kid grabs the luggage cart and start skateboarding with it in the parking lot screaming to the top of his lungs. I told the desk clerk and he did nothing. He just looked over at the kid and said haha he’s having fun. 10 minutes after that, a family with several small kids came in and their kids were screaming. Running up and down the hallway. He almost knocked my friend over. I don’t know why these people at these kids run around screaming like crazy. I don’t like to be around feral kids and I don’t think other customers do either. Good luck.

Front desk was very rude and told me to leave because I purchased and room and didn’t get what I selected and refused to give me what I picked. Online the room showed details that made the price higher and what they tried to give me was less for a higher price after I was upset set I was told to leave and missed my check in which charged me more money

Stayed 3 nights. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The super small square pillows on the king bed was not ideal. There is construction going on in the front of the hotel so you enter through the back, this was not a big deal at all. We had plenty of parking to choose from. Did not use the pool but we did look at it and it looked nice and clean. The area was nice with several restraunts and shopping near by.

The front of the building was cordoned off with yellow tape and we had to enter the lobby from the back. We were told that a truck had hit the overhang and they were waiting for insurance decisions regarding coverage. The back door barely looked serviceable. The bed did not lay flat (the foot was higher than the rest of the bed) making it uncomfortable to sleep in. There was a rather unpleasant odor in the hotel - mostly in the lobby. The breakfast was quite good.

They have nice picture of pool, and booked mainly for the hot tub. BOTH pool and hot tub closed not both days there. Coffee first day was very bad tasting and weak. The second morning the coffee was a light yellow out of machine. Went to McDonalds next door for coffee both days.

The front door was under renovation at the time of our stay. If you do not mind staying at hotel that not up to date. The breakfast danishes were stale, otherwise the breakfast was decent. You can not beat the beat the cost.

A/C unit was super loud, couldn't watch TV without volume all the way up. Office chair was dangerous due to stability lever that came loose and caused chair to lurch forward. Multiple trip hazards in entryway due to soft spots under the carpet. Toilets would not flush everything the first time and requited holding down the handle for 10 seconds. Pillows were not firm enough. Breakfast was minimal and seating area was poorly designed.

Loud in the main are Lights buzzing so loudly. Room smelled like a wet cat and bedding felt moist. Breakfast was fine. Mediocre at best. It was fine for a one night stay but You get what you pay for.

It is an older building, so expect some worn carpets, water spots on the ceilings, and the elevator is old and a little scary but I'd stay again. My bed was comfortable, my room was clean, the ac worked well, breakfast was good with a nice variety (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle machine, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, and yogurt). The hot tub was nice and hot, the button to turn it on is on the opposite side of the room, and the towels are really tiny! Pool looked good but I didn't get in, both are indoors.
