The property was fine but a little sketchy and we were unaware that there are people that live there full-time instead of the entire property being available to stay like a usual hotel, airbnb etc. Seemed like all the tenants smoked which was very inconvenient since the smoking area is the same area where the grills are located so if you wanted that as an option for cooking your own meal be prepared to smell the 2nd hand smoke. The tenants were very nice though but still a little awkward. Our room was cute and clean except when we looked under the beds. There was about a years worth of dust balls and clumps residing under there to which my husband took the broom and dust pan and cleared it out. Which got me thinking, if that was never taken care of for god knows how long, what else was left undone or only taken care of with minimal effort?! Not to mention the beds were futons and not actual beds. The front desk person is nice but everything is taken care of online so there is no point for a person in the lobby. When we asked her questions she was unable to assist and just referred to our booking. For an extra fee which was not worth the amount they are requesting, you can check in early which is a rip off if you ask me so plan on getting there right at 4pm as your door code will not work otherwise. We will never be staying here again as there were just too many things for us to say "well it wasn't that bad".

There is no one to sign you in it’s all done on your phone. You have to give a $35.00 non refundable dep or $100.00 refundable dep to get an access code. Rooms are nice, clean, bed average. Parking lot is small. Elevator to 2nd floor no stairs seen.

I was given a dirty room. Dishes in the sink, bed used, towels all used and actually one with feces wipes all over. The leasing office is closed all weekend so just had to stay in that disgusting room. I couldn't use the shower as no clean towels. I couldn't even sleep on the bed. I slept on the couch.

Clean! Looked new! Room had sink, stove, frig, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, flatware, pots/pans. GREAT MATRESS-firm. Only problem i experienced , the tv modem would stop working for about 3 to 5 minutes intermittently. There’s no phone or way to call anyone to take care/fix it. But for the room, security, and room price i thought this was an AWESOME hotel. Thanjs for being there. They do a goid job providing an excellent 4 star room and at a 1star price by automation checkin and little staff. As a former Six Sigma Blackbelt fir DoD, WELL DONE!

The property was old, which is okay, but cleanliness and lack of main trash can in the room were an issue. The couch was gross, bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, and I didn’t trust the comforter.

The place was nice and comfortable except the front room was nice and cool and it was so hot in the bedroom. No air in the bedroom whatsoever aside from the ceiling fan. Also when i pulled out the couch sofa for my daughter it was full of food crumbs and a sock. Not cool. I immediately changed the sheets

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the suite. It included a full size fridge, microwave stove top and dishwasher. Beds were okay and clean. TV in each room. Many of the apartments house full time residents. While it was mostly quiet, we could hear the neighbors (and I'm sure they heard us too).

The place was okay. The other visitors were not concerned with how they interfere with other's stay. Screaming kids at odd hours distracted from the stay. Then the fridge started to make loud noises.

Front desk help is nonexistent. My security deposit hasn’t been returned and no idea why they might withhold $100. The area seemed a little sketchy at first glance but was overall just fine. Their check-in system after 5pm is horrible. I spent nearly 3 hours trying to get into the room because the front desk people couldn’t get their stuff together enough to send a simple code. The room was fine, super dated furniture, but at least the ac worked and the housekeeper did a great job of making it look nice and clean.

This is not a hotel; it's an extended stay residence. No one is on the premises to help in the event of problems. Check-in process is terrible, especially on android, where some of the fields you have to fill in are illegible. You must upload a driver's license or passport in order to check in. The text asking me to check in had no identifying information and appeared as if spam/phishing. The tech the corporation uses was horrible and not intuitive. The person I ended up talking to on the phone was kind, and the room itself was clean. But I would expect a clear breakdown of what the check in process is BEFORE I book, and before I'm on a highway driving to the place. Very hard time getting into the buliding.Make sure you do everything before you arrive.If not you would be locked out of the buliding.I had to get a room elsewhere for that night.Still waiting on my refund for that one day. My room was nice.The coffee maker and the toaster wasn't working,Told the worker and was told they would correct the issue. That wasn't done .

It was nice to have a whole apartment for the price of a motel room. Most things were working although the ceiling fan and light could only be operated together and the bathroom vent was noisy. The first thing we did upon arrival was to sweep the floors because it was necessary. And for some reason there were dishes but no silverware. But there was NO service. I tried to extend our stay for another night and had to do another booking, including the cleaning fee. But what really annoyed me was the STRICT 10 am checkout time. At 10 am your access code stops working, and if you made the mistake to take some but not all stuff to your car YOU ARE LOCKED OUT. Fortunately, my husband was still in the apartment and somebody opened the exterior door for me, otherwise it would have beeen a lot of time and money to retrieve my suitcase.

In the cutlery, a hunting knife was part of the knife set and there was only one fork. We could not get back into our room, as the keypad was flashing green and red. Finally got hold of someone who didn’t seem to understand “it won’t take our code” and kept saying try this code. Finally got a service person who couldn’t fix it. He called a second one who came from another town, and he couldn’t fix it. Finally, they called a locksmith who opened it within minutes. We waited 3 hours to get back into the room, with minimal apology from the management.

We never received the email that provides access to the entry code, so we had to spend an hour on the premises parking lot before we could get in. The website did not offer the $100 refundable option we wanted, only the $35 non-refundable for the security. The shower did not work because the diverter was missing, the bathtub was useless because no stopper was found. We were told that a mechanic was on their way to fix the shower, but that was a lie. Overall terrible experience.

The shower did not work because the diverter was missing, the bathtub was useless because no stopper was found. We were told that a mechanic was on their way to fix the shower, but that was a lie. Overall terrible experience.

Was never able to check in because check was virtual. Kept calling becUse my ID would not download. After 45 mins was fi ally able to send my ID. I was then informed I had to pay an additional $100 deposit which would be refunded once we checked out. I devlined to stay here and am asking for a full refund. We will see how customer service handles the refund. Terrible customer service. Would not give this place a second thought.

This property is hard to beat. If you are spending a few days I highly recommend the Vistas. Very safe, Uber clean, well stocked for a few day or extended stay. Restaurants a less than a mile away. Highly recommended.

The property was fine but a little sketchy and we were unaware that there are people that live there full-time instead of the entire property being available to stay like a usual hotel, airbnb etc. Seemed like all the tenants smoked which was very inconvenient since the smoking area is the same area where the grills are located so if you wanted that as an option for cooking your own meal be prepared to smell the 2nd hand smoke. The tenants were very nice though but still a little awkward. Our room was cute and clean except when we looked under the beds. There was about a years worth of dust balls and clumps residing under there to which my husband took the broom and dust pan and cleared it out. Which got me thinking, if that was never taken care of for god knows how long, what else was left undone or only taken care of with minimal effort?! Not to mention the beds were futons and not actual beds. The front desk person is nice but everything is taken care of online so there is no point for a person in the lobby. When we asked her questions she was unable to assist and just referred to our booking. For an extra fee which was not worth the amount they are requesting, you can check in early which is a rip off if you ask me so plan on getting there right at 4pm as your door code will not work otherwise. We will never be staying here again as there were just too many things for us to say "well it wasn't that bad".

felt safe, over all nice for the price,didn't like the fact that "Vistas" limited the amount of hands on service needed for manager to handle easy questions and concerns, had to call main company to get verified with deposit, etc. Manager handled her hands being tied best she could. Thank you!

I’ve stayed here at least 3 times prior to this most recent visit and was so disappointed this time. During my 1 week stay, the fire alarm went off not one time but two times requiring us to leave the building for about an hour and a half each time. The second time was at 12:45 AM. Not a single explanation, courtesy or apology was given by the staff. Only later did I find out it was from the laundry room both times. The guests at the Vistas are sketchy , the area around is dirty and the decor/cleanliness of the room itself was questionable. 2 times I saw bugs in the linens.

Extremely hard to check-in. Front desk closes at 5 then you have to call a number and wait and hope someone will call you back with a room number and door code. Extremely frustrating! Floors where sticky and grimy, turned socks black. Pillows were flat, beds are super hard. Couch and chair had old food in the crevasses. Door between beds did not close. Second floor stunk of dog food. Pros: microwave, coffee pot, fridge. Over all quiet. Easy to get to.

I was tired and really wanted a shower, since I work in construction. The app listed the rate at $60 a night, plus a $35 non-refundable deposit, which was fine by me. There is no on-site service at the hotel; everything is handled via text messages or phone calls with the property. It took two hours for them to give me the access codes for the main entrance and my room. Honestly, the hotel itself is very nice, but the customer service is terrible. I didn't get into my room until 11:10 PM.

While my room was okay, getting into the place was a nightmare. Poorly written software and a glitchy remote access system had me struggling. All told, I probably spent a half hour calling and texting their customer service representatives, trying to get into the place.
