This was a lovely place to stay. A bit difficult to find off the street. Nice gym. Odd that the stairs end outside so always had to take the elevator up 1 floor. Staff was super accommodating.

None of the light switches turned a light on. Room layout was not practical. Bed was in a space where the a/c could not cool. Very hot in bed with a/c on 68 degrees. TV mounted on a side wall next to the bed. No ice machines except the lobby and no ice bucket in the room. Breakfast sausage looked awful. Pale gray in color.

The description was false, it showed we would have a full size stove and suite, 2 beds and a small room off of bedroom.. that was not the case. It was a cramped room and only a small kitchenet. The table in the room was not cleaned there was syrup in several areas that then made our stuff very sticky. The pool area was freezing as though the heat was turned off in there and there were never any towels down there. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable.

First off i just want to say the employees were amazing!!! The room was exactly what we wanted and fit our needs perfectly. The reason i gave it 3 stars is because when we were looking at the room when we 1st got there i opened the dishwasher and it was smelly and there was a cockroach running in it, we saw several big and small ones during our stay. Staff was super sympathetic, but unfortunately it was during louder than life so they couldnt switch our rooms or anything. They did have a maid come up and clean. I bought a can of raid and just sprayed down the counters sink and dishwasher. Unfortunately we didnt really feel comfortable using the kitchen for our 5 day stay.

I didn.t like the non refundable pet charge. I stayed at your Owensboro property for six weeks with no pet charge, The internet was tough to get to.Glasses in the room were dirty. The handles on night stand were sticky.

Great price for a great hotel! Quiet and safe location, room was clean and spacious, ac worked great. $75 per fee was a little high for our yorkie for one night but still a great value since the room was priced so low. Only real complaint was water pressure is very low in shower.

Only Marriott hotel we stayed at that featured a full fridge and kitchenette which was great. Hotel was very busy with activity when we arrived but we didn’t mind; seems to be a family friendly and cozy hotel.

We had our dog with us. The room we were assigned was very cleaning, offering both recycling and trash baskets. The room was spacious as was the bathroom and kitchen areas. The room even smelled clean.

When we arrived we were told that they did not have the room type that we booked ( we had prepaid). They overbooked the hotel. We were offered a room with a King bed and pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was the size of a love seat. Our reservation was for 4 people. We were not the only family that this happened to. There was not a manager on site to handle the situation.

Booked this hotel by accident - wanted to stay near the airport. Realized the error on the arrival date and reached out to hotel to change reservation. TownePlace stated that I needed to reach out to Expedia to change reservation.Reached out to Expedia, they said I needed to contact hotel - total runaround. After 40 minutes on hold Expedia told me that hotel refused to make the change. So...ended up spending an extra $200 on Uber to get to where I was going. Hotel itself is OK...but communication/customer service is AWFUL!

On day of check-in the property called us to ask if we were still coming. We had just arrived in town after driving 9 hours, so yes we were in fact coming. At this point it was about 6pm, they then informed us they did not have a room for us for the first night of our stay. We booked this hotel well in advance as it was just a few minutes from family we were visiting. They offered to attempt to find us another hotel, after waiting nearly an hour they called back with an offer to stay in a near by hotel that was very poorly rated. The agent I spoke with told me they were not sure it would be a nice place. So I asked they find somewhere else, the hotel they ended up putting us in was gross. Not to mention it was far away from our original hotel which added a daily commute each day of our trip. The saving grace was they said they would cancel our sty without penalty or fees so we would be staying at the new hotel for free as they would cover it due to the error. When we arrived to check in at the new hotel the card they provided was declined. Basically the entire hotel experience was awful on every level and we still have not been refunded or seen a refund processing through Expedia. 10/10 do not recommend.

None of the light switches turned a light on. Room layout was not practical. Bed was in a space where the a/c could not cool. Very hot in bed with a/c on 68 degrees. TV mounted on a side wall next to the bed. No ice machines except the lobby and no ice bucket in the room. Breakfast sausage looked awful. Pale gray in color.

This hotel was amazing. Front desk staff were amazing. Hotel was in safe area. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again!!

Check in/out was fast. Beds very comfy. Was out of orange and regular coffee very early of service, i even went back after 30 minutes still out of orange juice. But otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

Only issues we had with our stay was the AC going out on the third day and the inconvenience of moving to another room and then the room cards not functioning the fifth day we were there. Otherwise the stay was enjoyful. The location is great next to stores and restaurants.

On the second morning we found a bed bug on the pillow my kid had been sleeping on. Pulled up the sheets tucked around the mattress & found more! Reported it to the front desk. He offered to move us & leave a note for the manager. We agreed, asked for a large bag to put our stuff in to quarantine them. While packing for the new room I found roaches crawling out of a garbage bin The new room was on the same floor so I went to check it. They gave us a room with only 1 bed. We booked a room with 2 beds so, no Back to front desk. He said it was early & no other rooms are available yet. I asked what options we had. He said we could take our things with us & he would leave a note for nightshift to get us in a different room but he wasn't sure if a 2 bed room would be available. Nope, that won't work for us. We're in town to vend an event, will need to pack it up that night & it'll be hard to fit a large bag our things were in & 2 beds are a must. He said the only option was to check out a night early & not be charged for that night. I agreed to that & told him room was prepaid through Hotels.com. He said that refunding us for the unused night wasn't a problem because of the reasons we were checking out Called hotels.com Tuesday to see if the refund had been started. It hadn't so cust. service would reach out to them Received a response that they tried to contact the property a few times, but couldn't get approval for a refund Oh, and the dishwasher in our room (314) didn't work
