When I arrived, I saw some lowly looking people smoking in the parking lot and looked like the couple across the way were living there because these rooms all have full kitchens So, my guess is a number of people live there with some kind of government assistance. Breakfast was meager and coffee ran out. Area was safe, but I just got bad vibes from some of the people at the hotel. At least they didn't ask questions about me having a dog.

Very relaxed hotel, feels more like an apartment building, staff give you your privacy and are always working most of the time to keep the place clean and stay on top of guests requests! Love the key card access around the building as well, feels really safe.

What I don't like no ice, nowhere to sit after 11pm to socialize, no pool. I suggest that you put some chairs outside to sit so we can enjoy the view.

The hotel it self is nice and rooms meet expectations. We arrived for checking around 4pm and there was nobody at the desk. We had to call a 500 number from the lobby, no answer and there another number on a note to call, which I did, no answer. We left and came back several hours later and were able to check in. Once checked in, we were told elevator was not working, so we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs every time. In the morning, barely lukewarm water for a shower, came out shivering. Then looked for a hair dryer, none in the room. Down the stairs again and up, they handed me a brand new one in an original box. The. Going downstairs coffee machine is broken, had a note on it. There was also supposed to be breakfast, nope. Mentioned the water thing to staff, but they can’t do anything about it and did not want to say more as it’s Christmas morning and they are here working. This is really for management to buck up and get this facility in shape. And while you are at it, maybe store those 5 new microwaves in a box somewhere other than the main lobby of the hotel.

I had to change roomes because the bathroom, fllors and room.was not clean. There was hair from shaving all over the bathroom counter, toothpaste and toothpaste spit all over the ckunter and sink. The toilet had hair and was not clean. The floors were filthy and hadn't been cleaned at all. When I changed rooms the TV screen was broken and couldn't be used. The floors were also dirty. Beer bottles and cigarette butts all over the premises and stair wells. There was no noise ordinance as the people above us jumped around and moved thier bed, furniture and music until 2 am. The only positive was the front office staff. Even though we had A LOT of issues the staff was patient and at least tried to the best they could with the limited staff and resources they had. Even so, I will never stay at this hotel or another Extended Stay Hotel again.

The room while the countertop was clean, the rest of the room had not been cleaned in awhile. Refrigerator was dirty, crust on walls, shower curtain was mildewed and had mold on it, layers of dust on furniture and fans. The whole hotel had a foul odor and the bathroom smelled like someone just smoked pot. The staff was fine, but the man working a night seemed extremely overwhelmed and was at a loss on how to solve another customer’s issue. I would not stay here again and would avoid the entire chain of hotels.

The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and cordial. She should get a raise. The room we had first smelled terribly like cooking grease. We tolerated it the first night because we arrived late, but it hit you in the face everytime you re-entered the room. We requested a change and were switched to a different room that still had a faint odor, but was much better.

Came back for a repeat visit and room was infested with roaches at check in. Told management and staff, they did nothing to help, no refund, no room change. Drexel, April, Very Unprofessional treatment. Especially all the surveys they ask us to make for them so they can look good. Do right by people. Very simple. Would not recommend this place just simply from their infestation and still selling rooms knowing they are dirty and poorly cleaned. Tami, Greg, Kim, Very Respectful!!! Thank you

Bed was shot on one side. Had a hard time adjusting the shower since it was a little off. I could have got a better breakfast at a gas station- no fruit, yogurt or anything much but a few small muffins and nasty coffee. I was not impressed and my spouse did not like feeling like he was going to fall out of bed all night due to the bed being broke and worn down where people sat on it.

This was an overnight stay; although the hotel advertises non-smoking and available breakfast, the room smelled of cigarettes and breakfast was granola bars. It is close to a major highway and the noise level was a bit high; I kept the fan on to mask the noise.

I stayed on the first floor of the property. When I checked in, the clerk told me that I could expect it to get "really cold" in my room. In actuality, the room was so humid, the only way to not allow the floor to become slick with condensation (able to be seendue to the lack of carpet in the room), was to keep the AC on and turned down to a colder setting. What\'s interesting is that it wasn\'t even humid outside, but inside made you feel sticky almost instantly. I live in Louisiana so I am more than familiar with humidity. I have never had to go to bed shaking from the cold in order to not feel suffocated by humidity though. Also, the chair in the room was torn in multiple places. As in the actual surface of the chair was torn in multiple places. I was stunned that they had actual left it in a room they were charging full price. The paint on the walls looked poorly done, with uncovered spackled patches visible from across the room. There was no good rest to be had in the bed, either. The sheets were stiff and scratchy and the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. This Extended Stay offers an in room kitchenette but absolutely no items (cookware, utensils, etc ) are actually in the room. Every item had to be requested from the desk. The phone in the room also had a sign stating that the guest would be charged for every outgoing phone call, local or long distance. Further added that even "non-answered" phone calls would be charged to the guest as well.

My room was super clean, bed was very comfy and it was quite ! Location was great not to far from Charlotte and only 8 minute drive from shops and restaurants plus many little fast foods / buffets near by. I really loved that the room had a full kitchen with a full fridge plus how clean the bathroom and room was. Will definitely be staying here again.

The Wi-Fi connection is really bad. The site offers dish network with Netflix and you can’t get Netflix to come up and if you do it stops often and won’t restart the person upstairs has constantly bounced and sounds like they’re hammering something constantly for the past three days.

The stay was fine but be warned there is a $150 "hold" which was not stated on the expedia site or in the confirmation letter emailed after i booked it. It has still not been returned 3 days after we checked out and my bank has started a dispute since the hotel allowed the hold to process. Never had a hotel do this and I won't use this hotel.again.

The hotel it self is nice and rooms meet expectations. We arrived for checking around 4pm and there was nobody at the desk. We had to call a 500 number from the lobby, no answer and there another number on a note to call, which I did, no answer. We left and came back several hours later and were able to check in. Once checked in, we were told elevator was not working, so we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs every time. In the morning, barely lukewarm water for a shower, came out shivering. Then looked for a hair dryer, none in the room. Down the stairs again and up, they handed me a brand new one in an original box. The. Going downstairs coffee machine is broken, had a note on it. There was also supposed to be breakfast, nope. Mentioned the water thing to staff, but they can’t do anything about it and did not want to say more as it’s Christmas morning and they are here working. This is really for management to buck up and get this facility in shape. And while you are at it, maybe store those 5 new microwaves in a box somewhere other than the main lobby of the hotel.

I had a reservation and we had car trouble on the way. I called to let them know we would be late. The lady asked, did you already pay I said yes she said that’s fine. Well it wasn’t the late night staff stated I didn’t have a reservation anymore and if she gave me a reservation she would be fired. Made no sense to me. I would not/will not recommend this hotel ever.

This was an overnight stay; although the hotel advertises non-smoking and available breakfast, the room smelled of cigarettes and breakfast was granola bars. It is close to a major highway and the noise level was a bit high; I kept the fan on to mask the noise.

I never got to check in. I did not stay there. The front entrance of the hotel was completely blocked off by caution tape and when I went around to the rear entrance, there was a note on the door with a phone number. I called and got no answer. It was dark and very scary and there was a guy hanging around outside there and I did not feel safe, so I did not stay.

My room was super clean, bed was very comfy and it was quite ! Location was great not to far from Charlotte and only 8 minute drive from shops and restaurants plus many little fast foods / buffets near by. I really loved that the room had a full kitchen with a full fridge plus how clean the bathroom and room was. Will definitely be staying here again.

I booked this property because it advertised Free Hot Breakfast. If by "hot" it means microwaveable oatmeal packets and grab and go pastries, then I suppose it\'s lost in translation. Not a great area either.

When I arrived, I saw some lowly looking people smoking in the parking lot and looked like the couple across the way were living there because these rooms all have full kitchens So, my guess is a number of people live there with some kind of government assistance. Breakfast was meager and coffee ran out. Area was safe, but I just got bad vibes from some of the people at the hotel. At least they didn't ask questions about me having a dog.

Bed was shot on one side. Had a hard time adjusting the shower since it was a little off. I could have got a better breakfast at a gas station- no fruit, yogurt or anything much but a few small muffins and nasty coffee. I was not impressed and my spouse did not like feeling like he was going to fall out of bed all night due to the bed being broke and worn down where people sat on it.

I was surprised by the upcharge for pets as not included on Expedia booking. Also had to request plates, cups and coffee maker from front desk as opposed to being available in room. Front desk in morning was super friendly but breakfast was granolas bars and instant oatmeal.

Soap is very friendly. Lots of people were hanging out in the parking lot until very late so it was loud outside our room. We had our dog with us so we chose this place. Accommodations were very basic. Clean enough.

Maybe my expectations were too high or rather had never stayed in an extended living hotel...there was so much upkeep that needed to be done to our room. Paint chipped off the walls everywhere, towels were so thin, the two chairs in the room looked like a cat went crazy on them and the "leather" was ripped to shreds. The blinds were your basic wood blinds-no curtain-definitely not black out so the room was completely lit up in the morning. Probably my biggest complaint was the A/C. The air was working however there was so much moisture in the air that our clothes felt wet. I brought a fan so that helped-but it was cool and humid in our room. I knew I wasn't staying in a 5 star hotel but didn't realize the basic necessities for a hotel room would not be there. I will say the bed and the bedsheets were clean and comfortable. When we first got in the room I put my cooler on the floor and it dripped water. I grabbed the one kitchen towel that was provided to wipe up the water and the towel turned black-that was my first impression of the room-and went down from there.

The room was smaller compared to their other property in Rock Hill. Also didn't have ice maker, a bigger leather chair and a rotating desk chair like the Rock Hill SC property. I like that it was very clean, the AC was great and the staff was very attentive and nice. Yes, I'll recommend it.

Our bathroom was not clean to my expectations. I have worked many years in the hotel industry including extended stay. While the staff was great your bathrooms had pubic hairs in them and that was disgustingly unacceptable. I informed the front desk and they cleaned it, but not satisfactorily.
