I have used this motel every time I come to Phoenix for many years. It is clean, comfortable, has a nice pool, and the breakfast room is appreciated. The office management is friendly and helpful.

Though I was just there to sleep from midnight to 7am, the room was great! The bed was fabulous as were the pillows and I got to park my car right in front of room. And…the hotel room price is very modest

It’s in the process of renovation, but the interior has small things that aren’t quite finished… no towel rack, door latch is unsecured, and the shower valve mixer is quirky Other than that, price was good, clean place and great staff

We had a reservation for a king, non-smoking room. When we arrived we were told we were getting a room with two beds. When I explained that we reserved a single king, we were told that they were sold out, that the double queen was a nice room, on the ground floor, and he "would give us a discount next time". Resigned to our fate we drug our belongings to the room, opened the door, and saw two unmade queen size beds. I went back to the office and explained that the room had not been cleaned yet. After consulting with another person we were told it would be a 10 minute wait while the room was cleaned. We returned to the car to wait and someone else came out and gave us keys to a different, double queen room. The room was nice and very clean. The faucet for the sink did not have a way to adjust the temperature, and the water in the shower never got warm enough to be comfortable. Their ice machine was broken. Nice area, easy access to the freeway.

We asked for one thing. A room on the first floor. My wife has a bad knee. She needs a full knee replacement and we’re waiting for the surgery. On arrival the manager Bob said they had no 1st floor rooms available. Bob complained that people using Hotels.com are getting a discount but he’s not making as much money. He doesn’t want people using it. So the room we were given was upstairs ( no elevator) and as far from the stairs as possible. The room had an overwhelming smell of an Airwick freshener that gave me a headache. So strong you could taste it. It happened to be raining. There was no tv remote so it was quiet. We could hear a dripping in the ceiling and could see a patch. Bob’s wife told us to put a bucket under it. I asked for a new room. Still said no 1st floor available. Second room had same smell. I looked late at night and at 5:00 am, there were at least 15 vacant rooms on the first floor. Don’t book this place through Hotels.com. Bob and his wife will treat you like Shxt and smile in your face while doing so. They have a strong bias against anyone using this website to book with them. I will never go back to this place.

Check-in was extremely quick. The room was large and comfortable and well kept. I had a good night’s stay. My only complaint is that I found long black hairs on the bathroom vanity and bathroom floor which means they weren’t cleaned very well. Would have been five Star if not for that.

Safety latch was broken on the door. They had a glade plug in that was on high. We unplugged it and put it outside. The smell was so strong it permeated the bedding. Left bathroom fan on all night to try and suck out the over powering chemical smell.

When I arrived, I noticed the property includes an RV park with long-term residents. Most people were outside smoking and talking, which isn’t necessarily bad, but it didn’t feel like the motel experience I expected. The room had a plug-in air freshener that smelled nice, but it was clearly masking a strong urine and smoke odor. The shower was broken and couldn’t be adjusted for warm or cold water, and the bathroom itself was dirty. Overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable with people hanging around outside. I’m not sure who is writing the positive reviews, but I would not recommend staying here.

Needed a room for urgent family mater. No hot water, dirty floors, bed stains, smelly room. There was a lot of activity around property. Bowls outside room used for ashtray. No toiletries. Just a bad experience. It had good ratings, I don’t Understand who they came from.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and air quality in the room was good. There was a lot of work put into making it a very lovely and hospitable room, with very lovely flooring, furniture and textiles. It was also very affordable on a Friday night, which I am extremely grateful for. It was also very quiet. The staff (owners, I think) were very friendly. It would be a solid 10/10 except for the shower head was frozen on a setting like a power-washer, and the shower curtain plastic was partially melted. Between the two, I had to mop the bathroom when I was done and was rather grumpy. I highly recommend replacing the shower head and curtain.

Check in was friendly, quick, and easy. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The small refrigerator had an excellent large freezer on top, which was particularly nice. Everything in the room was functional, and the air conditioning was easy to use and just right. Bathroom amenities were good and coffee was available in the unit. I will definitely stay here again on any future trips. Highly recommended. They had a complementary breakfast and the price was very reasonable.

The room is huge and is very well thought out and furnished. The bed was quite comfortable, the tv was good size, the refrigerator was great and there was tons of surface space including a nice size table. There was even a closet. Everything appeared to be quite new. The only downside was alot of unwelcoming signs with rules at the welcome window. I'm sure those were based on experiences the staff have had.

The room was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked but was kind of noisy. Unfortunately, the breakfast room was closed for remodeling. I did not use the pool which is outside. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi service was slow. Forget about streaming anything.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in took 10 minutes even though I was the only one there, and the internet is very slow...otherwise a nice fairly modern property. My GPS also found this property a little difficult to find...guess I need it updated.

First thing you need to know is that it is right beside I-5. You can watch the trucks roll by from your room. That said, it was clean and comfortable, and well priced. I slept fine without earplugs. Hubby chose to wear his earplugs. If you have neuropathy or balance issues an want to shower request one with bars to prevent slipping.

We had a reservation for a king, non-smoking room. When we arrived we were told we were getting a room with two beds. When I explained that we reserved a single king, we were told that they were sold out, that the double queen was a nice room, on the ground floor, and he "would give us a discount next time". Resigned to our fate we drug our belongings to the room, opened the door, and saw two unmade queen size beds. I went back to the office and explained that the room had not been cleaned yet. After consulting with another person we were told it would be a 10 minute wait while the room was cleaned. We returned to the car to wait and someone else came out and gave us keys to a different, double queen room. The room was nice and very clean. I called ahead and asked for a downstairs room because I was having surgery at the local hospital. The woman that answered the phone said no problem and even asked if I needed a handicap bathroom. The gentleman that was at the desk when we got there said we had an upstairs room and he wouldn't change it. So I had surgery and then had to climb the stairs. The outlets in the room did not work. The bathroom was so small you can't even turn around. It probably would have been all right if I only had to spend one night there. But since I had to spend two nights there it was uncomfortable.

When I arrived, I noticed the property includes an RV park with long-term residents. Most people were outside smoking and talking, which isn’t necessarily bad, but it didn’t feel like the motel experience I expected. The room had a plug-in air freshener that smelled nice, but it was clearly masking a strong urine and smoke odor. First thing you need to know is that it is right beside I-5. You can watch the trucks roll by from your room. That said, it was clean and comfortable, and well priced. I slept fine without earplugs. Hubby chose to wear his earplugs. If you have neuropathy or balance issues an want to shower request one with bars to prevent slipping.

Check in was friendly, quick, and easy. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The small refrigerator had an excellent large freezer on top, which was particularly nice. Everything in the room was functional, and the air conditioning was easy to use and just right. Bathroom amenities were good and coffee was available in the unit. I will definitely stay here again on any future trips. Highly recommended. They had a complementary breakfast and the price was very reasonable.

I have used this motel every time I come to Phoenix for many years. It is clean, comfortable, has a nice pool, and the breakfast room is appreciated. The office management is friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked but was kind of noisy. Unfortunately, the breakfast room was closed for remodeling. I did not use the pool which is outside. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi service was slow. Forget about streaming anything.

Very clean and quiet. Surprisingly reasonable rates; I have paid much more for less. Only a few miles outside of Medford and much better than Medford motels. Decent restaurant across the street (2 minute safe walk) Will stay again.

The room was very clean. The tub/shower plug was broken but that was the only issue with the room. It took ten minutes for someone to come in the lobby to check us in. There was no information on when the breakfast would be available. The first morning the room was locked, the second morning there was one donut on a napkin, a burnt piece of toast and froot loops. That is not a "deluxe " continental breakfast. It looked like someones leftovers. If the staff isn't going to set it up than it shouldn't be listed as a offering of the hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. During the day there was freeway noise, but by the time most people are ready for bed it subsides and isn’t a big issue (we were on freeway side of building). The only problem we had was the refrigerator in our room. I didn’t realize it was not cooling properly on the second night of our stay. By that time, the food I bring for my special diet needs didn’t seem cold enough for me to eat and I had to throw it away. When we checked out on the 3rd morning the office person was not there, so I left a note to check the refrigerator in our room. Hope that it was repaired or replaced.

Run of the mill average hotel. Can hear the I-5 traffic, room had an over the top air freshener plugged in that we had to unplug, and the light from the smoke detector was really bright and had to put something over it to darken the room. Friendly staff and room was presentable!
