Motel is older but well maintained and smoke free rooms are really smoke free. Beds are comfortable and a/c works well. Ice machines have not worked our last 2 visits but there is a gas station across the road where we bought a bag for our cooler. For the price it's a great deal on a clean quiet room with a comfortable bed.

Got to our room, lights didn’t work, wire hanging out of ceiling where the smoke detector use to be(no smoke detector) mold all over toilet seat/dirty toilet bowl, stained pillow cover, security latch missing off of door, room smelled, room looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a long while. they refused to refund my room and were forced to stay there, all other hotels booked up for new years

The hotel is almost unfit for habitability. Of note, I spent my entire night sleeping in my car and in the lobby because my room key did not work. Apparently the lock on the door was defective. Despite it all I maintained my composure and vowed to never stay there again. There was 1 worker at front desk that lived in the hotel and works “around” the clock.

Gaps in everything hanging from ceiling feels as if you’re being watched the whole time by some creeper. Air conditioning didn’t work and no fridge, microwave or anything period extremely basic and would be what I would imagine sleeping in a storage unit would be like. Window was also opened with the curtains closed when almost 100 outside and a cat woke me up when I was on the second floor. NEver again even if it was free I’d rather sleep in my car.

When I arrived at the hotel I was told I couldn’t check in til 10pm. It smelled like a dog. Finally I got a room only for it not to have a cough in it and it was a balled up sheet and spread on the floor in the closet. Some of the lights didn’t work The floor needed vacuum the tv keep blinking on and off

Terrible place. Never even got booked in and was charged a fee due their negligence. I will never recommend hotels.com or this hotel. Worst customer experience of my life. They are thieves. They will never get any of my business again and I will do all I can to tell ppl about hotels.com and how they will not help you in anyway if there are issues.
