Zimmer A301 - Das Zimmer war okay, aber im Bad herrschte ein starker, unangenehmer Geruch. Dieser kam aus einem Rohr unter dem Waschbecken. Es tropfte auch aus dem Rohr. Es war wirklich kaum auszuhalten. Wir haben bescheid gegeben und es wurde danach nur das Zimmer sauber gamacht. Das Problem blieb bestehen. Es hat einfach nur gestunken. Die Leute aus der Rezeption sollten mal 15 Minuten in diesem Bad bleiben.

Établissement avec un emplacement plutôt correct, à 5min à pied de l'entrée du centre historique. Le seul bémol qu'on peut dire c'est que nous n'avons pas reçu de message concernant les instructions du parking en avance ce qui nous a obligé à faire le check in avant et devoir nous mettre en double file ainsi que de faire un détour de 10min pour rejoindre le parking qui était à 2min.

We stayed at Hotel YIT Casablanca as a family and overall had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean and the beds wer comfortable. We were on the top floor and had a lovely terrace with a table, which was definitely a highlight. Granada was very warm during our stay, so we'd have really appreciated having a fridge in the room. The bathroom was divided into separate shower and toilet areas. The shower was very spacious, but there was mini shelf for toiletries. The toilet area also had no shelves and the sink was extremely small — almost Barbie-sized! A few simple shelves would make the bathroom much more practical. Our first interaction with reception was unfortunately not very welcoming. We arrived before check-in time but had been told we could still use the parking. When we went to ask about it, the morning receptionist seemed annoyed and repeatedly told us, in a rather authoritative tone, “Check-in is at 2pm.” We understood this, of course, but the attitude felt unnecessarily rude and ill mannered. Thankfully, the afternoon receptionist completely changed our experience. She was professional, kind and extremely helpful, and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. A special thank you to her! The night receptionist was also polite and always greeted us warmly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. With a few improvements to the facilities and a different approach, it could be better.

O hotel está próximo a alguns pontos turísticos mas não é suuuuper central, precisa dar uma caminhada ate os principais pontos de ônibus ou atrações ao redor, nao chegou a ser um problema para nós. Para chegar de carro é preciso informar o hotel, para não tomar multa! as ruas ao redor são restritas e estreitas, infelizmente o google maps me deu um caminho que passei por cima de uma calçadão para chegar até o hotel, espero não ter tomado multa por isso :( O estacionamento do hotel é praticamente do lado dele, mas para chegar na entrada, é preciso fazer uma volta, a recepcionista me explicou num mapa impresso o caminho que deveria fazer, pois se colocasse no google maps ela disse que ele daria um caminho muito maior, foi um pouco confuso mas deu certo, o estacionamento nao é muito bem sinalizado mas consegui encontrar! Acho que o hotel poderia melhorar a comunicação sobre como chegar até ele (em relação as ruas restritas) e sinalizar melhor o estacionamento. O quarto estava organizado e limpo. O chuveiro era bom mas o vidro do box era pequeno, de forma que molhava bastante o piso do banheiro, mas foi so estender uma toalha que ficou tranquilo. O ar condicionado não era muito potente. Foi uma estadia boa, sem grandes problemas, só aconselho que se estiver de carro, talvez um hotel fora da área restrita seja melhor :)
