Really nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice pool deck with both a cool plunge pool and a hot tub. However, the air conditioning was not strong enough so the room was too hot to sleep comfortably

Mediana, esse hotel possui uma excelente localização, mas não deve ser considerado 4 estrelas nunca O quarto é bem grande, mas a cama é dura e os travesseiros não são bons como descritos Não vi a jacuzzi que aparece nas Fotos O café da manhã é servido no restaurante do lado do hotel e tem o básico O melhor mesmo são os cafés nas proximidades A localização é o ponto forte da acomodação, fica na quadra dos melhores restaurantes de Palermo ( Don Júlio, Lá Carniceria, El preferido )

Despite having an initial glitch trying to check-in as they hadn’t accepted payment yet from Orbitz, the team working here is fantastic and willing to help with anything!! Mybsafe was broken when I arrived and I asked them to fix it three times but finally just gave up. It’s an older building. The pool and “hot tub” area are very outdated and worn.The shower equipment. Was broken. The WiFi was excellent and I had a beautiful balcony with a view.breakfast is very simple and served in the basement in a workroom environment.The location is outstanding in Palermo and everything is safe and very walkable! Overall, I’d stay again for the value and team working there.

Comparado com a concorrência, os preços foram bastante justos para este hotel perfeitamente localizado em Palermo Soho. O quarto em que ficamos era muito espaçoso, com uma conveniente varanda e banheira (que fez a festa do meu filho), mas as camas eram relativamente pequenas. O café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de variedade e capricho, mas é satisfatório. Há uma área de piscina/jacuzzi pequena, mas suficiente, falta apenas um pouco de conservação. Aliás, o hotel poderia ser perfeito se estivesse totalmente conservado. Com um pouquinho mais de capricho se chegaria lá. Mas valeu a pena.

La verdad las fotos engañan mucho el hotel esta viejo feo descuidado y la limpieza es ineficiente, traigo niños y ya no pudimos irnos a un mejor hotel porque era muy noche pero estaba muy sucio con cabellos de otros huéspedes en general mala limpieza habia hasta basura de una bendita en el piso

Ótima opção para viajar em família, com crianças. Ficamos muito satisfeitos. Quarto amplo, limpo, bom estado de conservação, café da manhã bom. Todos no hotel foram muito atenciosos. Voltaremos quando retornarmos a Buenos Aires.

近隣は飲食店などが多く賑やかで治安も良いです。とても清潔で、ジェットバスもありリラックスできます。また、すぐ近くにランドリーもあり、9:00に出せば17:00には仕上がります。朝食は普通なのでブエノスアイレスらしい朝食を望むのであれば、近隣のカフェなどを利用すると良いと思います。

Location is great, at the heart of Palermo. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Hotel Staff was friendly. Rooms are OK, however they require updates, specially the bathroom (larger sink, bathroom cabinet). Breakfast area needs decoration and better environment and better coffee :)

Can't say enough about the location. It's in the heart of where you want to be for food, drinks, safety. Staff is super helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable and love the outside seating on the patio. Would stay there again next time in BA. Only two minor complaints (lawn chair on patio super uncomfortable to set on and mattress was a little firm). Not enough to give it anything but 5 starts though. Loved this place.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. El hotel es pequeño pero ll habitación estaba bien y el personal del hotel a cualquier hora ha sido muy amable, profesional y simpático. Además estaba situado muy buen, en Palermo, con gran número de cafés, restaurantes, etc, estupendos para ir tanto de día como de noche con tranquilidad. Muy recomendable a todos los viajeros a Buenos Aires

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. El hotel es pequeño pero ll habitación estaba bien y el personal del hotel a cualquier hora ha sido muy amable, profesional y simpático. Además estaba situado muy buen, en Palermo, con gran número de cafés, restaurantes, etc, estupendos para ir tanto de día como de noche con tranquilidad. Muy recomendable a todos los viajeros a Buenos Aires

Es un hotel agradable y cómodo en pleno barrio de Palermo, con gran cantidad de opciones para comer, cenar, cafés, tiendas, etc a pie. El staff del hotel es muy agradable y profesional. Sin duda repetiremos hotel en nuestra siguiente visita a Buenos Aires

Can't say enough about the location. It's in the heart of where you want to be for food, drinks, safety. Staff is super helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable and love the outside seating on the patio. Would stay there again next time in BA. Only two minor complaints (lawn chair on patio super uncomfortable to set on and mattress was a little firm). Not enough to give it anything but 5 starts though. Loved this place.

The place is ok. The area is a safe area. The building is not old, but the rooms have not received the required maintenance. The bathrooms are old-looking and stained. The rooms are of a nice size. The people are customer service oriented. The really helped when I needed the help.

Fiquei apenas um dia com minha família porque estava terminando a viagem e voltando para o Brasil. Ótima localização próximo a bares e restaurantes e atendimento dos funcionários. Precisei deixar minha mala alguns dias no hotel enquanto estava em viagem para Bariloche e o pedido foi bem atendido pelo staff do hotel.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. El hotel es pequeño pero ll habitación estaba bien y el personal del hotel a cualquier hora ha sido muy amable, profesional y simpático. Además estaba situado muy buen, en Palermo, con gran número de cafés, restaurantes, etc, estupendos para ir tanto de día como de noche con tranquilidad. Muy recomendable a todos los viajeros a Buenos Aires

A good option if you want to stay in Palermo Soho. Clean hotel, and I mean, clean. The staff is really friendly. The area is safe, great to walk for dinner or just to have a coffee or a good icecream. The breakfast is just ok, don´t expect too much or you´ll be disappointed. If you are traveling for work you should know that the internet is weak and slow.

Location is great, at the heart of Palermo. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Hotel Staff was friendly. Rooms are OK, however they require updates, specially the bathroom (larger sink, bathroom cabinet). Breakfast area needs decoration and better environment and better coffee :)

O quarto em que ficamos era muito espaçoso, com uma conveniente varanda e banheira (que fez a festa do meu filho), mas as camas eram relativamente pequenas. O café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de variedade e capricho, mas é satisfatório. Há uma área de piscina/jacuzzi pequena, mas suficiente, falta apenas um pouco de conservação. Aliás, o hotel poderia ser perfeito se estivesse totalmente conservado. Com um pouquinho mais de capricho se chegaria lá. Mas valeu a pena.

近隣は飲食店などが多く賑やかで治安も良いです。とても清潔で、ジェットバスもありリラックスできます。また、すぐ近くにランドリーもあり、9:00に出せば17:00には仕上がります。朝食は普通なのでブエノスアイレスらしい朝食を望むのであれば、近隣のカフェなどを利用すると良いと思います。

Breakfast selection weak. Coffee very poor, black tea bags had to be requested. If arriving shortly after opening time things are not laid out, no dishes, or cutlery, tables being cleaned, etc.

Hubo dos detalles que no me gustaron de la habitación, primero la caja de seguridad era muy antigua, no tenía instrucciones de cómo usarla, segundo de mal gusto un letrero que tenía los precios por hacer mal uso de sábanas , almohadas , etc, qué clase de visitante hospedan que puedan causar daños ?

Excellent experience during my stay in Buenos Aires. The hotel is very conveniently located, the facilities are comfortable and well maintained, and everything was always clean and well organized. I would especially like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed to relax after a day in the city. It was definitely a great choice, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

Great hotel! Great location! Loved the breakfast options in the morning. Staff was super helpful and kind. Beds were nice, heating was hard to figure out but once it worked it was great! The toilet in our room would continue running even after flushing which was annoying. Helpful signs in the bathroom about the shower. Appreciated the couches and chairs to relax on instead of the bed. Master light switch was very confusing as we had no idea it existed and it turned off any electric item even the outlets so that was annoying and would have been nice to know. Lots of different switches all over the room which was super confusing. Clean area all throughout the hotel. Annoying that the outside light for our balcony was on all throughout the night and no way to turn it off and curtains didn't necessarily keep the light out. Quiet area, quiet hotel. Also, nice that they had different types of outlets, even one American outlet!
