The condo was perfect and in excellent condition. We come to Keystone each year and plan to return. More large buildings are being built and the number of guests will certainly increase and has increased. The property grounds need maintained and you may consider making improvements to the pool - making in a larger amenity and easier to access for all buildings

This was a great lakeside Condo, great views, really enjoyed are stay , one thing why we couldn’t give five stars was the pool and spa facility, the pool even though indoor was unbearably cold the hot tub also was what the pool should of been but then itself should have been 15 degrees warmer we chose this facility because of the indoor pool for my children so it was a little disappointing, but overall was a great place to stay

Amazing space ! Clean, cozy, great views and lots of light. The pool and hot tub area was perfect after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay again!

Not enough outdoor hot tubs. People bringing their glass bottles around hot tub. Perhaps an adults only area. The condo we had was perfect for us. Unfortunately the room above us was rented by elephants, stomping loudly all the time.

Although there were some nice things about this property, there were also some really odd and inconvenient things. Some of which maybe aren’t solvable, but some could have very easy solutions. Everything was very clean and nice, but the entire property is very hard to find your way around And navigate. We were told we were on the second floor, but the elevator doesn’t give floor numbers. It just gives garage and parking choices so that took a while to figure out. There’s no air conditioning which would have been fine if there was a ceiling fan and if the windows opened. But you are stuck in a very hot little condo with closed windows and we had to search to find a fan to just make it bearable. This could have easily been solved with a ceiling fan or windows that opened or both! The television is also very small and , you can only watch television from the couch area. No television to watch when you’re in bed and since it was like a 38 inch television, you couldn’t really see it Very well even from The viewing area. Cute little convenience kitchenette but no ice was made in the freezer and no ice available anywhere nearby. Again very solvable. It was also very unclear where the pool and hot tub were and how to get in. There was a chain around the gate and nobody around anywhere to help. I’m sure this property is great to stay at in the winter time If you are skiing, but summertime vacationing not so much. Next time I’ll stay in Breckenridge at a nicer resortfor the same price.

Room needed quite a bit of updating. Curtains were broke on two windows, heat was turned off, despite 40 degree nights during our stay. Had to go to the electrical panel to turn the heat on. Bedroom tv/cable had issues, going off & on every few minutes. Shower had low pressure with most of the water still coming out of the faucet, despite the shower part being pulled up for the shower. Last person to stay there started a fire on the grass where the patio & grass met. You would think the cleaning crew would have picked up the burnt logs, nope. Patio was full of trash, broken blue sled & two broken plastic chairs to sit on. Save your time & money, do not stay at this unit. Only good thing about this unit was the view it offered, everything else was subpar, broke, or outdated. Try any other building other than the Willows

The instructions for finding the condo were terrible, the elevator was broken. No maps of the resort of amenities for the resort were provided. Room itself was clean and well stocked, only needed to be aired out a while it smelled like pets.

Good location, we stayed at Willow, walking distance to pizza and pool/hot tub otherwise you need to drive to Ski lifts or other food places. It has wood burning fireplace that we never used as place was already bit smoky. Otherwise we had a great stay.

I liked everything about it the only thing I didn't like was that the fireplace didn't really work and I think more details need to be added when people purchase or get a room there I literally spent an hour going around in circles trying to find the office so I can get registered I think those details need to be added. But overall it was great. I am definitely planning on coming back. Thank you

The music on the village is loud and does not get turn off until 10pm. Also, there is no blackout curtains so it feels like is morning the entire night. Nice views but option for dark curtains should be available. Front desk don't answers to complains.

The room we got was not the room pictured on the website. The second bed was a very old & worn out pull out lounge bed. The picture description showed two queen beds, one in the bedroom & one in the lounge room. Very uncomfortable & frankly, false advertising. The inside of room 1548 at Lakeshore A was nice & roomy but quite old, the dishwasher sounded like a truck, extremely noisy. The shower head was very weak stream of water. The microwave was very loud & noisy. The toaster was cheap & nasty, tipped over when you pushed the lever down & you have to tip the toast out. The supplied kitchen ware was very good & lots of it. The windows are in poor condition to open & close, with one of them coming off its track while open. Luckily it went back in after I jiggled it around for 5 minutes, but we were worried it would have to stay open all night. The shower curtain rail is just balancing on the edges of the tiles, not fastened, so it fell a number of times when pulling the curtain back. Overall, a rating of 4 out of 10. We expected a lot more.

The bedroom was great and had everything we needed! But the service was a little incomplete. We didn't get the wifi code, and we were disappointed when we came back to the room after a night out, our room key did not work, we had to call the hotel emergency. it took 15-20min for someone to come to open the bedroom.

We were called 5min prior to the 4pm check time and told that our room was ready. Once we unloaded the car and made it to the door, it was still being cleaned. We waited in the hall for another 5+min and were able to enter. The room was nicely decorated and appears to habe been renovared within the past 5yrs. I wiuld highly suggest that the mattress on the murphy bed be replaced as well as the entire sleeper sofa. The bed frame forbthe sleeper sofa was ar such an angle, my child's feet were much higher than their head. Great location and the mtn shuttle waa very convenient.

I wiuld highly suggest that the mattress on the murphy bed be replaced as well as the entire sleeper sofa. The bed frame forbthe sleeper sofa was ar such an angle, my child's feet were much higher than their head. Great location and the mtn shuttle waa very convenient.

I went to this condo as part of a conference. I did not have a car because I was supposed to have free shuttle service. There is no way to accept deliveries ( groceries, food) as there is no address and the attached hotel will not let you have deliveries sent there. There was one over priced restaurant with questionable service. The last night we used the shuttle service (which was iffy at best) and went to a nearby restaurant. When I called to be picked up I was told I did not have access to the shuttle. (there is no UBER) After an argument - they agreed to come get me. Never again !!! There are muchbetter choices

The music on the village is loud and does not get turn off until 10pm. Also, there is no blackout curtains so it feels like is morning the entire night. Nice views but option for dark curtains should be available. Front desk don't answers to complains.

Property was very nice and a great location. Very clean and everything works well. We were a little disappointed that everything is closed in Keystone on Tuesday and Wednesday since we stayed in Keystone for many years and it was never like this before.

Good location, we stayed at Willow, walking distance to pizza and pool/hot tub otherwise you need to drive to Ski lifts or other food places. It has wood burning fireplace that we never used as place was already bit smoky. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The late check in and early check out time is crazy. The condo was nice and clean. It would be nice to have more amenities like shops and food areas. Also would be nice to have indoor walk ways between builds. Over all it is a good place to stay.

Our condo was in a quiet, familu-friendly atea. It was clean and spacious and had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. It was within walking distance to the main resort, including ice skating and dining.

The view of the lake was great, limited places to eat, tv remote battery was out, smoke detector was beeping and when we called to have it fixed they came but didn’t fix it right the first time so had to come back and didn’t get back until 9pm, and the stick to turn the fireplace was no where to be found.

The large blind in the front window was broken so we could not open it to have a view of the lake. The TV in the bedroom was broken. They did respond immediately with a maintenance man, but he could not fix it so we did not have a TV there. the property was clean.

The property was very quiet and clean. The check-in process was not so good. No directions were given on how to find my condo building other than take a left before the bridge. No info on the parking garage. I had to go back to reception and talk to another person who was able to give me very good directions.

This condo is rated 4 stars but it should be a 2 star at best. Very beat up inside. When we opened the freezer the ice maker fell out, vents are hanging by one screw from the ceiling. Walls are scraped and dented, every surface is chipped and it’s painted a weird color. We will choose a different place to stay next time.

Booking can be a bit misleading. They show pictures of a nice room with lakeside view for the first 10 slides, but also include 90 pictures of the several other rooms you may receive. However, what's most confusing is you are asked to select a room and bed size. Please make it more clear when booking on what room you will receive or not. Other than that, I was able to bring this up to reception at Keystone and they promptly set me up with another room with amazing views and exactly what I was looking for. I would come again! Customer Service at the resort was great.
