What is there not to say about this beautiful boutique hotel. The front desk staff to the cleaning and kitchen staff were all very nice and accommodating for our needs and made communication very easy. The breakfast included is to die for and the next time we come to Antigua, we will definitely be staying here! It’s far enough away from the Central Park that you get enough peace and quiet in the evenings. All the guests were respectful and kept the noise levels to an appropriate level. They offer a laundry service for free depending on how many days you stay and also have resources for great guides should you need them. The eucalyptus placed in the room is very fresh and from the tree located in the center courtyard. (place a couple pieces in your shower for maximum enjoyment). Once again thank you to all the staff and anyone else that made our stay as comfortable as it was. Forever grateful.

El personal es muy amable y servicial. Tomar en cuenta que el parqueo está retirado del hotel y en la noche no estaba disponible el carrito para transportarlo a uno, hacia o desde el parqueo

It's a quaint and very nice facility - an easy walk to downtown. The staff was very courteous. There was one person in particular, Nelly, who went above and beyond. She offered to do our laundry, made breakfast and coffee in the morning, cleaned our room daily. She was wonderful. I would stay there again.

Overall the hotel grounds are very nice…lots of charm. They offer massages and laundry services which was a big plus. They only offer breakfast and that breakfast is basic. I would only eat here if there is an emergency. Staff was very kind and polite - room was decent but it was dark. Definitely need better lighting in the rooms because our room was very dark. Almost weird considering Antigua is lo lively. Location wa great and only about 2 blocks from the main streets that take you everywhere

La propiedad es Preciosa, lejos del bullicio del centro de Antigua, pero de fácil acceso a otras áreas de la ciudad. Me encanto el jardín y la tranquilidad que se respira. La única observación que tengo es que la habitación de luxe del segundo nivel es obscura ya que no tiene ventana, pero si piden habitación con ventana al jardín será mucho mejor. Hay que tener un poco de paciencia con el agua caliente ya que el agua tarda en calentar, pero por lo demás un hotel precioso. El personal muy amable. Me volvería a hospedar acá sin duda.

The hotel was fine for the purpose of our trip, but the air conditioner was not working and they said it was under repair, no one came to check it for 4 days. I think the staff of this hotel saves our experience, they are good people who just follow the rules of their bosses but the hotel management has to solve things and problems at their level that affect their customers. They offer a good breakfast.

Terrible experience due to constant noise. The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway all night long. There was also loud traffic noise that made it impossible to get any rest. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, avoid this hotel. Definitely not worth the price.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my experience. While I was getting ready in my room, the front desk guy opened my door without confirming if I was inside—super unsettling. The next morning, I was sleeping and they opened my door AGAIN! This has never happened to me before, and I travel often, so I was pretty shocked. I asked to speak with the manager, but no one assisted me with that. On top of that, the noise was unbearable—dogs barking non-stop, construction work (chapiando), and people passing by constantly. If you’re trying to sleep in or relax, this is not the place for you. The dog started barking at 6 am every day, making it impossible to get a peaceful rest. Sadly, I won’t be returning

Would def recommend this property if you prefer to be away from the center at night to have peace.

The hotel was nice and in a good location if you want peace and quiet. The staff were very nice and hospitable. There were a few adjustments needed on the first night but nonetheless it was still a good stay overall. Would def recommend this property if you prefer to be away from the center at night to have peace.

property is close to downtown Antigua but far enough away not to have a lot of noise. Best using an uber or tuc tuc to get to downtown, just 4/5 minutes to the park.

Nice quiet hotel, just far enough off the main strip to be quiet but just close enough to easily walk. Very nice courtyard area also.

El lugar es muy agradable y el jardín es hermoso, ideal para una estancia relajada. Está un poco alejada del centro (15 minutos caminando) lo cual proporciona tranquilidad. El desayuno sencillo pero delicioso. Muy recomendable lugar para pasar unas noches en La Antigua

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is walking distance to downtown and many other places. Our room was clean and comfortable for a 4 members family. People in sevice were friendly and polite.

Loved the location as it is walkable to all the major attractions but at the same time is not in the middle of the madness. Super friendly staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing! The whole experience was incredible nothing but compliments about this place!

Cute little hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff. Nice inclusive breakfast during our stay. Quiet and relaxing. Quick and easy walk to the center of Antigua. Would recommend to any couple looking to stay for a few nights.

Overall the hotel grounds are very nice…lots of charm. They offer massages and laundry services which was a big plus. They only offer breakfast and that breakfast is basic. I would only eat here if there is an emergency. Staff was very kind and polite - room was decent but it was dark. Definitely need better lighting in the rooms because our room was very dark. Almost weird considering Antigua is lo lively. Location wa great and only about 2 blocks from the main streets that take you everywhere

This hotel has a lot of potential. The outside portion of the hotel is beautiful but the inside of the rooms need work. The employees are so sweet and accommodating but the rooms need serious updating. The first room they offered me smelled badly of mold and they were able to change the room thankfully. Everything is outdated and the rooms have a spooky feel to them. The shower pressure in my room was so hard that it would hurt my face. There’s no long mirrors in the room. The little mirror decor pieces hanging on the walls were broken. It was hard to sleep due to the constant creaking noises in the room. And after a certain time at night most of the lights on the hotel grounds turn off so when you open your doors it’s pitch black outside. Breakfast was good it’s made fresh by the plate even though there’s limited options the employees really tried their best to give us a good breakfast. The hotel grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting outside. The rooms felt clean overall and we appreciated the hospitality. Just the rooms and amenities that was disappointing.

Friendly staff. I had room 110 at the end of the hall and it was next to a generator so it made a lot of noise through out the day. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.
