Room curtains didn’t close , had to use 2 hangers to close so to minimize daylight, 2 lamps had burnt out bulbs. No towels in pool area. Pool liner is floating so as you walk in the pool the liners moves around. Water level in hot tub low so water isn’t coming out without spurting. Asked for towels and was told to go back to my room rather than him offering some from housekeeping

Beds were horrible, I’m sure the mattresses were from the last century, carpets were dirty, pool area wasn’t great. Pool liner coming off, brown ring around the inside of the hot tub. No elevator for accessibility.

Clean. Friendly staff. Pool was needing an upgrade. Hot tub was good. Older hotel, but clean and relaxing. Restaurant had very good food. A bit pricey. The bar had no tvs, so only place to watch the oilers game was in your room. For an older, inexpensive hotel the Quality Inn was a nice stay.

The pool was out of order and we had purchased a room at this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Also the hot tub was too hot. We couldn't stand to be in it for more than a couple of minutes.

I was in town for business and booked here. This hotel was so clean! I was so surprised at how clean my room was and all of the spaces around the hotel were. Very impressed with that. The rate as also great. It's an outdated space but I didn't mind because like I said before, it was so, so clean! Give your maid staff a huge raise, seriously! Whoever runs that department is amazing. The area is rougher than I remember with quite a few transient folks hanging around. It did not feel very safe and I wouldn't come back with my young children. The woman at the counter was helpful and kind. The man working later in the evening was not as pleasant or welcoming.

Sorry to have to report….the heater in the room isn’t working properly and blows cold air. There were many dark black long hairs found in the bed when first opening the covers. As well as your front desk agent although very kind was very sick with a cold and blowing his nose and sneezing and then handling all my items.

The moment I entered the lobby I knew it was a wonderful place to stay. It was spotless and has a lovely area to enjoy a cuppa. Clean clean clean was this place. I had a lovely newly renovated room which I really enjoyed for two nights. Friendly staff and owners of this place who are really proud of what they offer. The restaurant next door has an excellent chef. I ate there three times. Cleaned the plates. I'd stay here again and might just to get away from the city.

Honestly I had to call that evening as I was trying to sleep and the people above my room were up until 4 am. I called staff went and spoke to them and they still did not be quiet. It would be nice to receive a refund of some Sort

I liked the garden between the buildings. The hot tub is great good location away from pool. Staff very friendly, resturant was very good, the slot bar was a young girl working was so nice . She went above and beyond so did the resturant staff. Only issue was window didnt open and there was no way to adjust heat or air conditioner. S9 no air movement. Otherwise was good. Older building but nice still very clean.

It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. You can hear other people opening and closing doors. Breakfast is not included, they just give you a $5 coupon for a place next door that is very expensive by the way. Pay $150 for two people without breakfast included.

I paid my reservation but then I lost my wallet to include my ID’s and all my credit cards. The hotel was not considerate enough to accept my cash deposit at check in. They require a physical credit card although i have more than enough cash plus passport to secure the deposit and also Apple Pay that has all my credit cards in electronic form. I was made to find another placenin the middle of the night. I wish the could have made special exceptions to situations like this. NEver will patronize this joyel chain again.

I enjoyed my stay and the front desk man I forget his name but whoever was working October 1 evening shift was a top notch guy and super welcoming. He called me a cab as well as I didn’t know the area well. Room was clean and tidy but overall it was a great stay and the guy working front desk that evening went above and beyond for me ! Thank you

The staff that run this business I can’t say enough about them. It’s a very busy hotel and I can understand why. The house keepers are very thorough. We stayed in red deer for 12 days visiting family so we were in and out a lot. Not once were we not greeted by staff. It may not be a new fancy building, but the staff and their kindness over rides all of that for me. I will book there again in the near future. Thank you quality staff!

Very dated. Noisy at night. No firehose on second floor opposite R234. Empty and not replaced. No hand soap in bathroom. No stopper in bath. No water in room. I could go on. Staff were unbelievably rude and incompetent. They tried to double charge me even though it was prepaid and threatened to remove me. I spoke with the Manager on the phone who was worse again than the receptionist. He threatened to call the police and have me removed.Worst place I have ever stayed in terms of customer service! It's dirty and rundown which isn't great. The staff that I spoke with are incompetent, unreasonable, stupid and useless. Fawlty Towers was a palace compared to this place. Quality should be removed from the name.

The check in was horrible there was only one person at front desk and guy in front of me honestly took over half hour I had time to check in my phone then I was still waiting , I wish the guy at the front desk would have at least gave me $20 off for the extra waiting , he was polite but I feel when there there should be at least 2 people on the front desk from 4 pm to 9 pm so you don’t have to wait 40 min to check in even after I did everything on line so people if you come be prepared to wait for ever to check in

When I checked into the hotel The desk person asked me all these question on why I’m staying at the hotel They then proceeded to tell me that they don’t allow local people to stay at the hotel Complete crap, I want a refund

I was in town for business and booked here. This hotel was so clean! I was so surprised at how clean my room was and all of the spaces around the hotel were. Very impressed with that. The rate as also great. It's an outdated space but I didn't mind because like I said before, it was so, so clean! Give your maid staff a huge raise, seriously! Whoever runs that department is amazing. The area is rougher than I remember with quite a few transient folks hanging around. It did not feel very safe and I wouldn't come back with my young children. The woman at the counter was helpful and kind. The man working later in the evening was not as pleasant or welcoming.

Room was clean, but noisy being attached to a bar. Crazy amount of homeless around the area drove up to park and there was a dude standing in between two trucks peeing and facing me, so drugged out it didn’t even phase him. I could totally see feeling uneasy staying there if I was a single female. Will I stay there again no, not because of the hotel but the characters outside I went to bed worrying about my vehicle parked in the lot. Will stick to staying on gasoline alley or staying in Innisfail or Blackfalds and make the drive into red deer next time I’m working there.

This is a nice hotel, it is attached to a quite popular bar that gets busy, as such going out for a smoke in thr evening you will see all sorts of riffraff.... would be nice if tgere was a more private area to go for hotel guests

The amenities that were listed on the site were inaccurate. There is no breakfast with the rooms however they give you a $5 coupon for an overpriced second rate restaurant attached to the hotel. I will never stay another night at a Quality Inn

The moment I entered the lobby I knew it was a wonderful place to stay. It was spotless and has a lovely area to enjoy a cuppa. Clean clean clean was this place. I had a lovely newly renovated room which I really enjoyed for two nights. Friendly staff and owners of this place who are really proud of what they offer. The restaurant next door has an excellent chef. I ate there three times. Cleaned the plates. I'd stay here again and might just to get away from the city.

It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. You can hear other people opening and closing doors. Breakfast is not included, they just give you a $5 coupon for a place next door that is very expensive by the way. Pay $150 for two people without breakfast included.

I asked for a room on main floor because my knees are bad, but after I got there I found out none were available. Clerk was nice and moved me a different type of room and to a floor that the elevator would reach . They have coupons for the attached cafe but that cafes menu has no dairy free food so the coupons were of no value.

The hotel is bit dated but well clean & kept. The front desk was very helpful. Just stayed for one night and everything in the room was working and clean. Will definitely stay if we have to visit here again.

All was good... great restaurant. Only complaint was the very noisy cooling system, and the sounds coming from room above. That being said, it didn't keep me from having a good nights rest!!
