Arrived late & only one night, unfortunately, but it was great. Quiet, roomy & with a full kitchen! There was a large step-in shower with a separate toilet & sink area for privacy. There was a good-sized seating area with an L-shaped couch & a couple ottomans. It was very quiet & the queen bed was very comfortable. We both slept very well. Check-in & out were both simple & easy. Cart available for loading up luggage. Breakfast had choices of hot & cold, including the best scrambled eggs I’ve had while traveling in hotels, good link sausage, biscuits & gravy, etc. There was cold cereal, yogurt, danish, fruit, toast, etc. There was juice & coffee, both good. They had a large lobby that folks could spread out to eat breakfast at small tables or couches with cocktail tables. I would definitely stay here again.

We only booked the room for one night. It was very hot outside, and I have individuals with special needs. They use CPAP machines at night. While air conditioning is not required, it helps with their breathing. The room was a suite, and the air conditioning only worked on one side of the room. The portable air unit on the other side was barely working and was not installed properly in the window, which had gaps letting the heat in and was covered with a trash bag. Then they offered us another room; the air worked in this room, but it smelled like wet dog. The smell was horrible. The last straw was the roaches! After that, we packed and left. We didn't even stay there and found a new hotel. We complained to the front desk and contacted Hotels.com, which we booked through, and they are both playing the back-and-forth game to refund our money. This was a horrible experience.
