From the beginning @ the front desk to the lobby customer service was fast friendly and efficient. The property itself from the room to the pool ,gym and gazebo areas were up to date and well Maintained .Very pleasurable stay also amazing mints @ the front desk .

This hotel is very nice. The only problem I had was the elevator went out the first day we were there, and was out the whole trike we were there. That was terrible and we were on the 3rd and 4th floors. I felt like our rooms should have been discounted for the inconvenience. We were not offered anything!!!!

Perfect location close to downtown, the airport and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Very clean suite, excellent staff who were very friendly and attentive. Liked the social hours with free food and beer. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It was in a neighborhood that was in a nice part of the city. My room was spacious with a complete kitchenette, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator. The bathroom was clean with a walk-in shower. The workout room had several machines for cardio and weights. Free laundry room next to the workout room. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels in which I have stayed. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Attentive front desk staff. Wonderful breakfast with hot protein options. Large clean pool with tables and chairs. Separate area with grills , tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Even a gas fireplace with comfortable seating for cool evenings. Perfection.

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. The room smelled strongly of mold and cat urine, and there was visible mildew in the corners. The air conditioning barely worked, making it hard to sleep in the heat. To make matters worse, the towels were stained and looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned. I expect basic cleanliness and comfort from any hotel—this place failed on both. Also bought a fan but the outlet on the wall near the bed was also non functional…

Second stay at this hotel. Clean, good breakfast and amenities, however I booked this time specifically because Expedia stated there is free WiFi and Free WIRED INTERNET in every room. There is no wired internet. False advertisement. I needed wired internet for my job and had to scramble to account for only WiFi.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Bathroom was a little cramped and could use more hooks to hang things like a robe and change of clothes. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, etc - awesome for an extended stay. Buffet breakfast was typical of most hotels - could use more fresh/healthier options. Heating/cooling system was quieter than most hotels which is a plus.

The room is OK but the air conditioner was extremely loud and kept shedding off and even though I had to set to go well lower than the room temperature. Not well insulated as from the living we could actually hear others talking from their living area across the hall!

We absolutely loved our Suite! Had everything a person could want. 1 bedROOM, living room, And Kitchen! Oh, and the free full breakfast!. We were only there for the night but this would be a great place to stay much longer. Beautiful lobby with a pool to boot. And the price! Very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place. If we ever get back that way, we are staying at the Staybridge Suites.

We absolutely loved our Suite! Had everything a person could want. 1 bedROOM, living room, And Kitchen! Oh, and the free full breakfast!. We were only there for the night but this would be a great place to stay much longer. Beautiful lobby with a pool to boot. And the price! Very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place. If we ever get back that way, we are staying at the Staybridge Suites.

The only issue I had was at check in. I was charged three times instead of just two rooms. Still waiting for the charges to clear. Otherwise the rooms were spacious and clean, great location close to Nashville but not all of the congestion.

The General Manager was rude and unprofessional. Threaten me about my prior rating on orbitz and throw me out Of the establishment (I was told when I came down not aware of eviction)I had to rent a hotel my 84 year old mother hospitalized after asking for a disable room or equimpment for 3 days she held in her waste because it was difficult to go to the toilet we rented a hoyer life because she is an amputee.He has no class or common sense never investigated heard one side which was his employee and defended that person.I rented 2 rooms and had to leave with my 3 year old twin grand babies .I will be reaching out to corporate office in the UK and take this matter based on principle.If that establishment General Manager handles business like that you need to evaluate his customer service and give him a course ,Chic fila A have excellent service take a page from there play book

Great location. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Close to shopping and restaurants. Check-in took a long time (waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk). Front desk was not readily available for part of our stay. Coffee and hot water were not refilled regularly despite that being a feature, but when asked to be refilled, staff were pleasant and accommodating. Overall a very nice stay with minor hiccups.

Perfect location close to downtown, the airport and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Very clean suite, excellent staff who were very friendly and attentive. Liked the social hours with free food and beer. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at the Staybridge because check in was easy, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for us. It was easy to get to Nashville and back. The area was quiet and modern.

I stayed here for a business trip in Nashville. This hotel has numerous great restaurants and stores around it and is very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and I 100% plan to use this hotel moving forward. It's 20 minutes from downtown Nashville.

Really good breakfast. They provide an happy hour appetizers with unlimited soda fountain and beer. The appetizers ended up being a meal for our family that’s how good it was and the amount they provided We stayed for a whole week and it felt like home away from home. Location was awesome not too far from attractions. Staff was very nice.

This hotel was very comfortable and inviting. The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast, but convenient. They have a complimentary happy hour Monday-Wednesday which was a nice bonus.

Close to many dining options which was needed since their oven was done reducing breakfast and happy hour selections to nill. Killed a roach in the morning before checking out, though that could've been brought by any guest.,.. Still was disappointed by it

We truly enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites Mt. Juliet! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast and evening appetizers! Tough we did not use the pool, the outside are was lovely. I highly recommend this hotel...it is convenient to area attractions and there are plenty of food and shopping nearby!

Stayed here on several occasions while visiting family nearby. This particular time the breakfast area needed some attention. Under stocked food, plates and utensils, which could be attributed to the guests. Room was either too cold or too humid, which could be attributed to the heat. Exterior painting began early in the morning with plastic covering the windows and a lift positioned outside of the windows. This is typically our GO TO spot in Mt. Joy, if our next experience isn't better it might be time to consider alternatives.

Great location. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Close to shopping and restaurants. Check-in took a long time (waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk). Front desk was not readily available for part of our stay. Coffee and hot water were not refilled regularly despite that being a feature, but when asked to be refilled, staff were pleasant and accommodating. Overall a very nice stay with minor hiccups.

Very first class everything was very clean everything you needed there to be comfortable very nice staff everything’s modern New. I was very surprised everything you would ever need is in the neighborhood as far as Walmart target gas stations so I’d highly recommend staying here. Very good breakfast buffet every morning and coffee. Food was delicious. Lots of selections.

We reserved our room 8 months in advance. I reserved a king suite. When we arrived we were put into a queen suite. No one ever called to tell us our room would be different. They were booked so we were not able to be moved. When we asked about it the front desk person told us the regional manager changed us with no reason why. They promised me a call but I haven’t heard anything. They said they could not refund me because I used a third party to reserve the room. The area was wonderful. There is a lot of shopping and places to eat close by. We were going to an event in Nashville, it was about 20 minutes away. It was a perfect spot for us. The only thing that bothered us was the dishonest way they did us with our room.
