The moment I walked into the hotel, there was a smell in the lobby. As if someone just had an upset stomach. It carried on to the 2nd floor and then into our room. By the afternoon of the second day (we stayed three nights), I was nauseous and called down to the desk. They told me no one else was complaining of a smell but they would come up and spray our room. I asked if we could switch rooms to the 3rd floor and they agreed. There was hardly anyone in the hotel the first two nights but they tried to tell me they had no availability. By the third and last night, the smell wasn't in our room anymore, but it was everywhere else, the moment you stepped into the hallway. My whole family smelled it. It was awful and I'm not convinced there isn't a dead body somewhere that's decaying. Honestly. My eyes were watering. If they hadn't moved us to the 3rd floor where it was at least tolerable in the room, we were prepared to move to another hotel altogether. They would not give us any discount or break at all. Awful! On the other hand, my kid loved the pool and hot tub. I was told breakfast offered was pretty decent, too.

The shower curtain rod was on the floor and the shower curtain was folded up on a stool in the bathroom. When I let staff know about this, it was fixed by the time we returned to our room later that day. While bedding is not changed out daily (unless requested), I was disappointed that our beds were not made daily. Breakfast had a nice variety of options.

Clean, very quiet. Comfy bed! We will happily stay here again when visiting our grandson at college. Only one suggestion: grab bars and non-slip footing in the tub/shower. We're both pretty mobile, but at our age we take the risk of a fall seriously. It was uncomfortable stepping into the shower with nothing to grab but the curtain.

Everyone was very nice. It was mainly the room. There was something all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Black marks, Two of lamps were falling off the wall. Same with the TV in our room. There was a stain on the carpet near the door coming in.

Pre-paid for 2 rooms. We arrived and desk clerk said she had given our rooms we already had paid for to another guest and they were booked and wouldn’t even let us in the hotel. Desk clerk said didn’t know how to find Expedia on her computer to see about a refund. Expedia was contacted and the end result is that the hotel manager isn’t going to refund even after all he/she needed was for us to give him/her the front desk clerks name and even though we got her name Manager isn’t going to issue a refund. We have never experienced this before such horrible customer service with Sleep Inn and Expedia. They have charged my credit card for rooms we prepaid for and they would not let us in to stay in our rooms we paid for ahead of time! Shame on you Sleep Inn and Shame on you Expedia for stealing from your fellow human off of their hard earned monies!

I have never stayed at a Sleep Inn. I was pleasantly surprised. It is fairly new and clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. Close to Starbucks and restaurants. In room fridge. Fresh fruit with continental breakfast. Would stay here again.

Very quiet and clean. Nice pool area which I used and had to myself. Check in was fast. Good selection at breakfast and room was very comfortable. The air conditioner working great, which was nice since it was 100 degrees!

Staff was friendly, lobby and other common areas were nice. Our room felt a bit outdated and the bathroom, though clean, had an unpleasant sewer-smell. The shower curtain rod was on the floor and the shower curtain was folded up on a stool in the bathroom. When I let staff know about this, it was fixed by the time we returned to our room later that day. While bedding is not changed out daily (unless requested), I was disappointed that our beds were not made daily. Breakfast had a nice variety of options.

I didn't spend much time at the hotel, but I was able to use to use the hot tub, which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked how the curtains didn't let in any light so I was able to sleep in a bit. They must use more sound deadening at Sleep Inn's because I've found them to be quieter than most hotels. This one was no exception. Breakfast was excellent, with good options. Very limited interaction with staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was in town for a wedding. The pool was small, but clean and comfortable. Hot tub felt great! Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Everything was clean. Breakfast was great. I will stay here again.
