Red Roof Inn Osage Beach - Lake of the Ozarks

Booked the hot tub room and the hot tub didn’t have hot water, sink was clogged so bad we couldn’t brush our teeth or wash hands, bed is past the point of needing replaced, and air conditioning just didn’t seem to get cold enough. Was moved to another room by a wonderful lady who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The next room was great but had to track down a blow dryer. Was told we would be refunded for the first night since we couldn’t use the amenities that we purchased but have never heard or seen anything refunded on my card. The staff is super nice and hard to be frustrated with but wish we could have had the hot tub our first night due to such a long travel in the car to get there.

The room was clean.Breakfast had several selection. Staff was helpful. Plenty of parking spaces.

They didn't have juice the hot tub broken pool not heated breakfast was days old. The owner was rude and disrespectful very bad decision and worse red roof ive ever stayed inn and then wanted us to leave because we used pool towels to dry off. Go anywhere else but there.

Had no hot water then the next morning NO water at all. Pretty much everything was out of order (juice machine for breakfast, all vending machines except one), no TV in the morning, huge crack down the wall, very musty smell, parking lot not even safe to drive on in places. Honestly very confused how it had the rating it did. Staff was nice but really didn’t even know if everyone would get reimburse for their rooms.

This room was awful nothing like they show online holes everywhere in walls. Wifi only worked for 5 min after connecting will not stay ever again!!!
