Hotel Carvoeiro Plaza

Tout était parfait. Le personnel était remarquable de gentillesse et très disponible. La chambre était parfaite. Le petit déjeuner était très élaboré et délicieux. La aussi excellent service. Merci pour tout.

Il m’est difficile de donner une note élevée ayant dû tuer à notre 1re soirée une coquerelle énorme! Il m’a été impossible d’apprécier mon séjour car je redoutais qu’il y en ait d’autres (bien évidemment). J’ai informé la réception qui m’ont dit être désolés mais sans plus. Le décor est très ordinaire et vieux (il y a peut être des chambres rénovées mais pas la nôtre et je m’attendais a vraiment mieux!) La pomme de douche ne tenait pas en place sur le support et le plancher de la salle de bain n’était pas si propre (usé et vieux donc taché). Lit très dur mais propre. Point : emplacement idéal à 30 secondes de la plage et du centre. Personnel très aimable et poli. Piscine et bon choix pour le déjeuner qui est offert sur Longue période (7:30@11:00). L’hôtel offre un stationnement privé sécurisé. Malheureusement je ne retournerais pas à cet hôtel!!

Hotel was spotless. Cleaning staff were amazing. Front desk staff could have been a bit more welcoming on arrival. Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Great buffet breakfast every morning. Enjoyed the pool. Definitely want to return. The bars across the street are loud but usually shut the noise down at 11 pm

Location of the hotel is perfect, right on the main square and steps from the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent, with a lot of choice and always fresh. Our room was on the ground floor and faced onto the street with several bars opposite and as such we did get a fair amount of noise (can imagine this to be even worse during the peak months). Whilst the room was spacious it was definitely dated and the extras and little touches left abit to be desired, tea and coffee facilities, great, but plastic cups and a wooden stirer?? Not so great. There was a safe in the room which was handy but it wasn’t attached to anything and could just be lifted out and removed! Rooms were spotless & cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. We used the pool area and also the sky bar which was a lovely spot (shame there was no local lager on tap though). All in all we had a good stay & would stay again, which I always think is the most important part of any review.
