The staff had bad customer service. I asked for a manager and the guy at front desk with glasses, very young lied and said he was manager. The room wasnt clean and had to ask for toiletries.

Area okay and short walk to sea. Pleanty of places to eat but can be expensive. Migros is about 10 min walk if you are a light eater, like me

The room looked good but heating was time controlled, so one hour after entering the room the heat was turned off. The staff tried to turn the heating on when I called, but it turned off again. In the evening the water was not warm enough to take a shower. Also, the lights were only turned on and off at the entrance door of the room. I used the flaslight of my phone to walk between the room and washroom at night. Also, the toilet looked liked used and not flushed before me. I wonder if guests stayed in my room for a short time before I arrived that day. I cleaned the toilet seat with my disinfecting wipe before I sat.

I understand the hotel is three stars, but the hotel needs some upgrades.
