Værelse var lidt slidt. Tv kanaler stod ikke klart. Sengen var noget hård. Ingen varmt vand til bad og nedslidt badeværelse. Personalet var flinke og rare.

Bland food - weird staff - Owner acted weird while in the pool! While we were there for some days i can only i am somewhat butthurt that I actually expected someone more but got served a very boring experience. Beds hard as concrete not comfy what so ever Pool was dirty and had most likely not been cleaned for a while We tried to book some tour with the hotel - they have pickup time shown on a card a the desk, which did not correspond to the actual time, which ment we nearly missed at trip we pre paid Mistakes happen and we broke a glass - had to pay 500 pesos for it to be replaced. This is seriously so petty. We paid a pretty penny for this place and will never be back Cleaners were the only great thing about this place and that’s the only thing I would give more than a one star

Really friendly and helpful staff. Just opposite the SM Mall, so very convenient. Also close to everything else you need. The main avenue, the bay front. Couldn't be happier with my stay.

Super hard mattress, no water pressure, no hot water and directly in the flight path of landing planes. The staff was friendly and it is conveniently across the street from SM Mall.

Driver did not come for picking up at airport even we provided the flight number. We received no response for asking them where the driver goes. We need to go to this hotel by tricycle. Breakfast started at 6am. But we waited until 6:30am to get 2 bread, some fruit, and egg, which should only cost me 2mins to make it. Only soap available, no shower gel provided. Only thing is good, there is no mosquito found in the room and very close to sm mall (just 20 meters away). By the way, the welcome drink is too sweet...
