The property is a remodeled palace or villa in an excellent location. The staff is just incredible, so helpful and friendly. We’d love to keep Cetina as our secret but we’ll go ahead and give it our highest recommendation. Superb.

We had an amazing time in Segovia staying at the Palacio Ayala Berganza. Our room was large and very comfortable. Everywhere in the room and hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room had both a Netspresso machine and kettle to make drinks with a good selection provided.The bathroom was well equipped with lovely toiletries, a hairdryer and straighteners. The breakfast was gorgeous with plenty of choices. Netspresso machines and hot water for drinks. There were a selection of milk options including plant based milks. The reception staff were excellent. The ladies who ran the breakfast service were lovely and very efficient. Veronica who managed the bar provided excellent customer service and gave us some restaurant recommendations. The welcome cocktail she made us was lovely. There was a lovely garden to sit outside with a coffee or a drink. We would definitely like to return for another visit

Very charming small Hotel, very closely located to the Highlights of Segovia. Nice People, large rooms and good breakfast and a Super nice, well Designer lobby hat invites for a break and read a book. Along with the charme of an old building come the typical small disadvantages, like soundproofing. But the Location is super quiet, although it is so central. All in all, I would choose this Hotel again, should I return to Segovia.

The location is super convenient to the main streets with food and within 5 minutes of the aqueduct and a viewpoint for sunset and sunrise. Parking can be expensive if you drove, 16E under the city, and the streets, I don’t think are worth it, as they were giving out tickets left and right. Maybe it is possible to park just outside or at the bus station, but very few spaces. The breakfast is HUGE. There were at least 7 different milk/creamer options for your coffee. Pastries, some veg and fruit, bread, and every fixin’ I didn’t even imagine how many there could be. 9 different kinds of cheese 🧀 it is a good way to start the day. Really loved this hotel!

Great location a couple of minutes walk to the Aquaduct then follow the pedestrian walkway up to the cathedral 10-12 minutes walk and continue to the Alcazar. Buffet breakfast available in the hotel or use one of the many cafes near the aqueduct. Parking on street available via topping up a parking app. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious. A traditional well run hotel.

A very nice hotel with very pleasant staff. The breakfast buffet was decent, but not great. The room was very spacious with a sofa, coffee table, small table & chair, but very dark with only one proportionally small window. The ceiling was very high and made of dark wooden beams lending to its overall dark mood. The way to the room wasn't direct which made it more difficult for my wife in a wheelchair. Overall a good hotel and room, just not our cup of tea for ambience. The ambience in the lobby was fine.

Habiacion pequeña no los siguiente, y en plena ola de calor con aire acondicionado roto, para poder soportar el calor tenían ventiladores en un hotel de 4 estrellas, esto es una vergüenza. Ningún tipo de compensación, encima grosería y chulería. Una vergüenza. Además las habitaciones, mobiliario y baños tienen más de 50 años.

Beautiful hotel and walkable: 20 mins away from the Alcazar and 10 minutes away from the Aqueduct. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious too. We had a spacious room for our family of 4 and the windows were beautiful.

Location was very convenient. It was located 5 min walking distance from aquaduct but in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone was very nice and professional. We didn't get to try the breakfast due to early departure time but it was only 10 euros per person which seemed very reasonable.

This is a really quiet, nice hotel, that is run by some very kind and helpful people. The breakfast was substantial. Also, this hotel is about a five minute walk to the Roman aqueduct and the center of the medieval town. it's a lovely place!

Great location a couple of minutes walk to the Aquaduct then follow the pedestrian walkway up to the cathedral 10-12 minutes walk and continue to the Alcazar. Buffet breakfast available in the hotel or use one of the many cafes near the aqueduct. Parking on street available via topping up a parking app. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious. A traditional well run hotel.

Fantastic breakfast. Great variety of food. Not the usual meat, cheese and bread only. Fruit and oatmeal too. The staff was excellent. Very service oriented. Any request was fulfilled.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air! So clean, so spacious and well apportioned. We were incredibly comfortable here. The room felt like a suite, with bathrobes and slippers (maybe we didn’t get the basic room?) we had windows too, not out to a beautiful view, but still nice to see neighborhoods. The location is super convenient to the main streets with food and within 5 minutes of the aqueduct and a viewpoint for sunset and sunrise. Parking can be expensive if you drove, 16E under the city, and the streets, I don’t think are worth it, as they were giving out tickets left and right. Maybe it is possible to park just outside or at the bus station, but very few spaces. The breakfast is HUGE. There were at least 7 different milk/creamer options for your coffee. Pastries, some veg and fruit, bread, and every fixin’ I didn’t even imagine how many there could be. 9 different kinds of cheese 🧀 it is a good way to start the day. Really loved this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cetina in Segovia. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with spacious, beautifully designed rooms and an amazing bed. We slept incredibly well! The hotel has a lovely courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a drink in the evening, and we really appreciated the stylish interiors and overall atmosphere. The location is excellent. It is very close to the Roman Aqueduct and within easy walking distance of the historic center and many of Segovia’s main sights. We were also pleasantly surprised by how easy parking was. We were always able to find a spot right in front of the hotel on the street, and the parking was inexpensive and very easy to pay for through the online system. There is also a nearby garage. Most of all, we loved the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They recommended excellent restaurants and even helped us find a swimming pool that was open on Sunday where my husband could practice laps, which was especially appreciated! Overall, Hotel Cetina was a wonderful choice for our stay in Segovia. Beautiful, comfortable, perfectly located, and with genuinely lovely staff. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The AC in our room wasn’t working on the first night, but the hotel moved us to a new room and properly compensated for the issue- they were very kind and helpful. Loved having access to the courtyard easily from our room. Would definitely stay here again!
