Pool was nice but overcrowded on the day we stayed. Hot tub was not very hot. Waterslide was nice but due to overcrowded the landing was congested. Not the hotel's fault for amount of guests swimming at once. I assumed from photos and location that parking would be plentiful. However it was not. We had a vehicle pulling a trailer but we managed to find an end spot to back into. Sound from people walking above and doors slamming carries. Overall a great place to stay as a quick stop on our travels.

There was only parking in the back in a dark area. No sidewalk from the back to the front enterance to get in. Had to walk with luggage and bags through uneven grass field. My 7 year old hurt his foot because of poor lighting.

It was a great stay. Super accomodating for a family with young children! The TV was older so we had to use our own devices to watch the shows of our choosing, but that was literally the only downfall. The breakfast was amazing, so delicious, lots of selection and variety, we really enjoyed it. The pool, water slide, & Hot tub were so much fun for the kids. Great experience overall.

La habitación amplia y limpia lo único malo el sofá cama que era incómodo con el colchón tipo colchoneta. Lo mejor la señora que repone el desayuno no para de reponer ordenar y limpiar, el desayuno estupendo. Mi hija utilizó el gym y también muy bien y muy limpio y la piscina aunque no la utilizamos estaba súper bien, fácil aparcamiento lo único negativo es que no está tan cerca del aeropuerto como esperaba

Truthfully, I debated raising the score, but I just couldn't, due to a lack of problem solving. There were two teams staying in the hotel, we were not a part of either. As a full paying guest, these teams over run the hotel and I feel that as a hotel there should be plans in place. Circle the pool and make sure things are not out of control(they were and made it dangerous to be in the pool), circle the hallways and make sure things are not out of control(they were) etc. A suggestion would be to have a Team Manager be in contact with the Manager on Duty and have a central person they can contact when things are out of hand. On two occasions, I personally had to ask the kids to stop misbehaving as they were making the pool dangerous place for my young children to swim. In fact my youngest refused to go in the pool the next day because of how uncomfortable these kids made him. The kids were throwing hotel equipment into the pool, going down the slide with it, it was ridiculous. Occasionally a parent would check in, but for the most part they were unsupervised, or "supervised" by one parent for 8-10 kids at a time.When brought to the managers attention, she was kind and empathetic to us, but her response of there's not much we can do and to come during the week when it is quiet are absurd. I have weekends off and wanted to take my kids on an adventure away. Why should I have to take days off work to avoid kids being disrespectful and a hotel not doing anything about it.

My family stayed here for a "staycation" and everything was great - the staff is incredible and works hard to make your stay the best one possible. They're so friendly and offered solutions when something did not go quite as we had hoped. The pool ended up staining my son and husbands swim trunks a white colour. Once I told them, they offered solutions immediately and I was very happy with the result. (And I believe the pool situation was fixed right away and this was a one off!) The room was incredibly clean. The breakfast was great! The location is quiet- we also didn’t hear other guests at all from inside our room. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at a great place - and quite honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Special thanks to Ruby and Sam and the general manager (I did not catch his name, unfortunately). Definitely book your stay here :)

Checked in at 10:20 pm. Had to wait for someone to get to the front desk for about 10 mins. Told about the pool and hot tub, asked about hours only to be told it was clised, which made me wonder why they pointed it out lol... Once in the room, called front desk for food recommendations at that hour not being from the area was told there were pamphlets at the front desk, there were none; also told of a local pizza place, googled it was closed at 10. Lady at front desk was not helpful at all. Finally had to find a fast food place still open, no thanks to the lady at the front desk, to get to it was a bit of a drive..hotel location not convenient at all!!!. The breakfast wasn't worth eating, so skipped it. Hotel is located in a stupid location and everything one wants to get to is difficult to get find or get to... will definitely never stay there again.

The staff at the front desk were so friendly and very helpful. Had some issues with the tv but they corrected in a Tim,y matter. Loved the pool, water slide. Hot ub. Would definitely stay there again.

As a recent widow, I have found myself without a credit card in my name the staff chose to be smug and condescending rather than kind in the face of that inconvenience, lecturing me on the importance of having a credit card. Really humiliating and unnecessarily cruel.

The hotel was quiet and relaxing, making for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the nearby dining and shopping options, it’s conveniently located close to a shopping mall and just off the highway, which made it easy to drive into Calgary from Airdrie. Great location for both convenience and comfort.

Breakfast was the best. We enjoyed every bite. The noise from passing vehicles from Alberta 2 highway passing was deafening and made it hard to sleep.

Friendly staff, nice and quiet when we stayed there, breakfast was not good - rubbery tasting eggs, rock hard bread, stale pastries. Very small rooms for the price, but property was clean and maintained.

Loved the hot buffet breakfast both days we stayed there. Great variety and very popular, but always had a spot to eat. Room was great! Front desk in check in was quick with friendly service.

It was a great stay. Super accomodating for a family with young children! The TV was older so we had to use our own devices to watch the shows of our choosing, but that was literally the only downfall. The breakfast was amazing, so delicious, lots of selection and variety, we really enjoyed it. The pool, water slide, & Hot tub were so much fun for the kids. Great experience overall.

Our experience at this Holiday Inn was just ok. We were only here for one night passing through. Took a few minutes for the front desk staff to come out from the back when we were checking in. Then the keypad wouldn’t work on the back door where the EV car charging was so had to walk back around to the front to get back in. We used the pool which was fine. And ate the breakfast which is the typical hot hotel food. At least the hot food was actually hot! All in all not a bad experience. Just ok.

Everything was amazing, the only thing that we found was that one of the extra pillows that were in the closet for the pullout couch had a stain on one of the pillows when we took them out of the closet to use them. Other than that, the experience was perfect!

Our experience right from the Check in to check out ,it was nice . Breakfast was never out of supply and we stayed there for 7 days and it was very nice stay

The hotel itself was great, but they put us in room 106 - right beside the elevators and the breakfast area. This room should only be offered with an incredible discount!! People hanging out in the breakfast area past midnight, we could hear the mechanics of the elevator EVERY time it was used and even had to ask the front desk attendant to turn off his music. If you want to sleep make sure you are not in room 106.
