Ha sido una elección perfecta para nuestro plan en Toledo. Recomiendo este hotel especialmente en verano, tener la piscina con vistas a la ciudad para refrescarte en las horas de calor es una maravilla. El inconveniente es que necesitas coche o taxi para ver el centro. El hotel está cuidado y es muy bonito. Unas vistas preciosas también desde las habitaciones. Estaba limpio y el baño también perfecto, no se veía nada viejo. Probamos el desayuno y también nos gustó. La única pena es que el carrito de la limpieza pasa pegado a las habitaciones desde temprano y al no haber moqueta en el pasillo hace muchísimo ruido. No se como se podría mejorar, pero es curioso cuanto menos que esto ocurra.

Tenho opiniões conflitantes em relação à este hotel. Acho ele mais bonito do que bom, funcional e estratégico. A limpeza foi a melhor coisa que encontrei, além da belíssima piscina e da vista deslumbrante. Do resto, achei bem "sem sal". O café da manhã, foi a maior decepção! O que era para estar quente, estava frio, a máquina de café é de péssima qualidade, o que era para estar fresco estava insosso, típico de falta de capricho. Ainda bem que só ficamos por uma estadia. Mudamos de hotel.

L’hotel a un gros problème d’humidité au Rez de chaussée (étage 0) les murs de la chambre étaient très marqués par cette humidité, le sol également, je suppose que les étages supérieurs n’avaient pas ce problème (attention pendant vos réservations) A contrario le restaurant est très bien (plutôt rare en Espagne)

L’hotel a un gros problème d’humidité au Rez de chaussée (étage 0) les murs de la chambre étaient très marqués par cette humidité, le sol également, je suppose que les étages supérieurs n’avaient pas ce problème (attention pendant vos réservations) A contrario le restaurant est très bien (plutôt rare en Espagne)

It is inexpensive and has great views of the old town of Toledo. But there could be so much more that can be done to improve the experience. The rooms have no kettles. There are no mats near the bed and the floors are cold tiles. Small things could improve this property a lot; and the cost could certainly be made up by increasing the rates

The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. My husband had been unwell and was discharged from hospital. It was the perfect place to stay as everyone were so accommodating at a very stressful time. I highly recommend this as a place to stay. Thank you for making our stay a beautiful one. We won’t forget your kindness.

Myself and my son stayed overnight as we were travelling south to Andalucía. We had our dogs with us and the staff couldn’t have been better. We were given a room away from other guests and it was so quiet and perfect for us travelling with dogs. I will definitely stay again. A beautiful place.

We arrived and there was no hot water, we were told we should have tried earlier, it had so been used up! The food in the restaurant was very poor and overpriced. I sent my fish back, it was almost raw and definitely past its best. We've stayed here regularly each year over the past few years, but we will not be returning.

L’hotel a un gros problème d’humidité au Rez de chaussée (étage 0) les murs de la chambre étaient très marqués par cette humidité, le sol également, je suppose que les étages supérieurs n’avaient pas ce problème (attention pendant vos réservations) A contrario le restaurant est très bien (plutôt rare en Espagne)

Tenho opiniões conflitantes em relação à este hotel. Acho ele mais bonito do que bom, funcional e estratégico. A limpeza foi a melhor coisa que encontrei, além da belíssima piscina e da vista deslumbrante. Do resto, achei bem "sem sal". O café da manhã, foi a maior decepção! O que era para estar quente, estava frio, a máquina de café é de péssima qualidade, o que era para estar fresco estava insosso, típico de falta de capricho. Ainda bem que só ficamos por uma estadia. Mudamos de hotel.

Hotel bonito con vistas bonitas. Todo muy correcto excepto que se escuchaba demasiado las habitaciones de al lado y en cuanto al desayuno está bien pero es pequeño el buffet pero la comida de calidad, eso si todos los días lo mismo.

Myself and my son stayed overnight as we were travelling south to Andalucía. We had our dogs with us and the staff couldn’t have been better. We were given a room away from other guests and it was so quiet and perfect for us travelling with dogs. I will definitely stay again. A beautiful place.
