We had an excellent experience The uniqueness of the hotel, the MAGNIFICENT staff service, the souranding area. Everything!! Highly recommend to stay here when you visit beautiful Toledo. The food was amazing and the underground cave at the restaurant was a great addition to our dinnig experience Thank you Pedro for making that possible. Will Definitely recommend everyone I know to stay here.

Decent property, friendly staff. A bit harder to locate and drive to, though they sent a YouTube video in advance of arrival that helped. One other point, their suggested parking lot is down the hill but has an elevator that cuts most of the walk away if you’re lugging bags. Great shower.

Very nice place to stay in Toledo! Sightseeing, restaurants and shops were walkable. We parked our car at the near by parking garage during our stay and we had she hotel stamp it to get discounted rate. Staff were kind, helpful and friendly. Assisted buffet breakfast was ok.

Wonderful welcome, Fabulous old Hotel just off the main plaza. Room brilliant, spotless and excellent beds and bedding, lovely modern bathroom. Restaurant and bar too. We didn’t have breakfast but we did have dinner there and the food was excellent too. Would definitely stay there again. We had trouble finding the hotel so i took a taxi and my husband followed in the car. The cost of that from outside the city was €4.20. Worth every céntimos. The receptionist gave us a map and marked where the hotel was plus a couple of routes to follow as this old place is a maze of streets. Thank you so much for a fabulous 2 night stay.

hotel itself is good but it's a bit hard to find and it's hard to find parking，anyway overall it's hard to find parking inside old city. Staffs are nice and kind，gave us discount on parking ticket and a small cute gift when checking out.

This hotel is in a fantastic location just two minutes from the cathedral. The room is spacious and the breakfast was excellent. One thing to note: driving to the hotel to drop off luggage requires navigating winding, narrow streets with poor signage, so we opted to drop our car off at their recommended parking garage and then walk to the hotel. Unfortunately, several of the elevators in the parking garage are permanently disabled and the walk to the hotel was mostly uphill.

Good location. Room was clean and bed comfortable. No AC so room was quite hot. The fan helped, but opening the windows meant a lot of early morning street noise. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were not very extensive and service was a little chaotic.

Our room no. Was 335. It was the most awkward room we ever had. There was a partition before we enter our room and our room door was glass with a curtain. The toilet bar below the sink was all rusty and the towel holder were held on with double-sided tape.

We've had a great stay at Hospedium Posada de la Silleria. Great room, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Our only wish would be to have a kettle and a coffeemaker in the room. Thank you!

Equipe da recepção muito gentil. Quarto confortável, com um pequeno armário, uma mesa, um aparador, sofá e duas mesas de cabeceira. O quarto é compacto, mas é o esperado visto que o hotel está em um prédio histórico no centro da cidade. Considerando o tamanho do quadro o banheiro me surpreendeu. O hotel está muito bem localizado. Fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia.

Great place and an excellent location. My only issue was that the AC is controlled by the front desk and our room was warm all night. So, if you’re paying for a room with AC, I should be able to control the temperature in my room.

We had a large beautiful room (#14) but the only problem is it is situated over the atrium where people dine, so their voices can be quite noisy during the day and evening. They have a very nice restaurant with caves to dine in. Our server Eva was wonderful-so helpful and friendly. The reception staff was excellent - Javier was extremely helpful and very hands-on with every detail of the hotel. The air conditioning in our room was lacking - it isn’t individually controlled. So the room was always a little warm for our taste. For a nice rooftop bar experience visit Azotea at the Carlos Hotel. It is non-smoking except in a special area which is so rare in Europe. We really appreciated being able to sit on a rooftop terrace without breathing smoke! For the coldest beer in town, visit the Santa Fe Restaurant next to the military museum.

Lovely hotel, situated a short walk from Plaza de Zocodover, with lots of restaurants & main shopping street nearby. Easy to walk anywhere in the old city. Clean room & nice bathroom. Staff are very friendly & knowledgeable about Toledo.

Las únicas pegas son que entraron a la habitación a realizar la limpieza aún cuando dejamos el cartel de que no molestaran y que el transporte es muy limitado. Really nice staff, super friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 11 which met all our needs. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows super comfortable. The location was excellent and close to one of the two escalator systems to bring you up and down from the top of the town. I didn’t research ahead of time but walked from the train station with bags through the beautiful bridge and gate. That was a good workout so recommend the escalator. Taxi’s inexpensive and multiple busses bring you very close to the room for 2 euros. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant that consisted of a three course meal with a beverage for 22 euro's and was tasty. We would stay again as the property was well managed. The AC never seemed to get very cold but seems typical of other stays in Spain. If you’re a quiet sleeper maybe get an inner room. Staying in a vibrant city in the midst of all the sights you will always have typical noise. We understand and expect that.

This is a delightful hotel. It is in a great location in the old town. It's close to attractions, but tucked far enough back from the main square that it's quiet at night. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. We'll definitely stay there if we are ever in Toledo again.

Great location and walkable to everything. There is a small grocery store across the street and lots of restaurants in the area. The mini fridge and great air conditioning were appreciated. We did not have the breakfast since we found a great little spot (Jerusalem) nearby for coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

This is a delightful hotel. It is in a great location in the old town. It's close to attractions, but tucked far enough back from the main square that it's quiet at night.
