Good location for an overnight stay. Unlike what Expedia says there is plenty of FREE PARKING on the property. The TV in our room did not work. They offered a change of room but it was one night so we declined. Very good breakfast in the morning. Would stay there again on our way to Custer State park.

The pool was plenty big in the hot tub was plenty hot. It was a fantastic stay. Good room, great breakfast!

Good parking for trailers. Good locatiom near interstate, walmart, and the DWU campus isnt too far.

The rooms ( we stayed in 2 different rooms, 2 separate days) were large but in tired condition. Also, the lighting in the pool area was very dim when we used it at night.

In order to open our door to the room you would have to hit it hard, using your hip, took several attempts to finally open, happened every time we came back to our room. Breakfast was not very appealing, coffee was good. Pool area was dark, looked closed, jets in hot tub barely worked. No ice, all ice machines were broken, they did provide bottled water, not cold, sat on counter. Will not stay here ever again. Waste of money.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness center could be cleaned and better arranged, and the tv didn’t work. Breakfast was decent.

Ice machine were down (not working) on the first & second floor. But on third floor it was!

Our stay was really good i was disappointed that the hottub wasnt working and the lighting in the pool is very dim. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was better then expected. I loved the decor on the windows and the outdoors vibe in the lobby. My complaint was that the windows are very hard to open!

I don’t think I’d stay here again, tired property with tired staff. Didn’t seem like management was focused on the guest experience: All 3 ice machines broken. No signs so I asked the desk clerk. Since she said she sometimes has ice behind the desk but not tonight, it sounded like no ice for quite awhile. Unclear when it would be back All 1st floor stair doors propped open permanently, though clearly marked “Fire door, keep closed” Exercise room had one bike and it was completely useless. One pedal was broken. Airdyne normally has adjustable seat - I totally get where the adjustment part could be messed up by guests, but the solution was to permanently bolt it at 10-year old height. Stepper and treadmill worked ok but I can’t use those due to bad joints - I picked this place for the bike in the pic online So two listed amenities not available The breakfast was not good. Old hard scrambled eggs among the usual low end Continental fare. Comfort Inn much better just by offering fruit and hard boiled eggs. Plus old school white styrofoam cups, yummy to know that peer reviewed work shows we ingest 2-3% of that styrofoam when we put a hot drink in it. Rooms provided more typical coffee cups (but no lids in rooms) At check in, we had two rooms. But after getting first room set and signing second room docs, the clerk took a call, answered Qs, and made a reservation. Just 7-8 minutes interruption but we only had 20 sec more to finish check in

Hot tub was broken and pool was freezing cold and murky.

The room was very clean and staff was courteous. Nice place to stop for the night on our road trip!

We found bugs in the room in the morning.

Our room was old and musty. We had to clean the shower before we used it and the shower curtain had mold on it. The carpet outside of the room in the hallway was coming up.

Room 227 is in poor condition, with broken fixture and dirty trim and grout in bathroom; very strong unpleasant odor in room (and, clothes closet); large black flies on window & walls (and, gnats). Mini-fridge, nightstand clock not working (outlets(?); ice-makers throughout hotel not working with no expectation 'to repair for 3 mo.' Hotel smells like mold, has really gone downhill. Front desk persons, and dining personnel were pleasant and polite. Free water bottles were appreciated.

The room was quite dirty and there was mold growing all over the bathroom wall and closet ceiling. The sheets had a blood stain and hair all over them. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the carpeting was damp. The towels in the bathroom were also stained. Front desk staff was friendly.

Looks like housekeeping cleaned half the room, found a dirty towel under the coffee table, it did look like it was vacuumed.and the shower curtain need to be replaced.

Stained gross pillows, stained towels, stained furniture, frayed carpet, stained and cracked tub surround and the room smelled awful! Must not ever get cleaned by the ice machine by the looks of all the garbage between it and the wall and it didn’t work anyway.

Easy check in and out, fine breakfast but the rooms were not very clean. The pillows are mini, half the size of a normal pillow, so we had 2 adults sleep in separate beds. The toilet had mold in it around the rim, the tub was dirty to the point we didn’t want to take a shower. Everything else was fine and it will do for an overnight but I would’ve loved a cleaner room.

We arrived very late to our hotel room. When we arrived it was about 12:30 at night and as we went to open the back door my son was able to just open the door without a key so anyone was able to get in the hotel. We get in our room and it was completely run down. 2 queen beds and a tiny hide away couch that had absolutely no sheets, no blankets, and 1 pillow… thank god we had our own blankets. There were crumbs and dirt all over the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. The window had been left open which was kind of weird. And the best part of all….. was when we woke up and I noticed what looked like mouse dropping under the blankets that my children and I just laid under all night. SMH… completely disgusted… would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Staff were welcoming. Our room was fine and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was atrocious. Dirty grout and broken tile. I couldn't use the shower it was so dirty.

Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Everything inside the hotel was convenient. We liked that we had an outside door and an inside door, which made unloading our bags easy.

Kelly Inn claims to be smoke free, but our room smelled of stale smoke. The wi-fi didn't work, and the desk clerk had no clue how to fix it. The bathtub was slippery and there was no safety bar. I had to hang onto the soap dish to make sure I didn't fall. I reserved a room online by about 10 a.m. that day for $142, but my receipt charged only $119. That makes me wonder if we didn't get the room we reserved and got what was left when we checked in about 6:30 p.m.

Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and parking right by the room with both indoor and outdoor entrances was a bonus! Loved it!

The room was spotless, the bed comfortable. I really liked the entry from parking outside my room and into the hall to the front desk for the best breakfast I’ve had crossing the Countrycou drive cross country.

Older motel, needs some updating. Comfortable beds.

Kelly Inn & Suites was very conveniently located off the interstate. Check-in went ok. However, when we went to our room, the refrigerator wasn't working. Also, the ice machine on the floor wasn't working. Went back down to the desk to inform and that was useless. We were told yeah there have been problems with the ice machine. Asked where the closest place to buy ice and was told any convenient store should have ice. We are not from the area. As far as the refrigerator not working, we were told she was new. Asked if there was a manager we could speak with and was told no the manager wasn't there. The staff member then walked away from us to help the other person waiting. So, we were left standing there. Very poor customer service skills.

Little run down. Noisy people upstairs. Great front desk staff.

We arrived at 10 PM and had a long wait to get checked in. No one was at the desk. When we got to our room it was hot and stuffy. Tried to turn down the air and it didn't work. Asked to be moved to another room and front desk was really rude and didn't care at all.

I would definitely stay here again Debbie was fantastic I even heard she was working long hours but you wouldn't know that she was so pleasant such a clean property

Very dissatisfied with all over service! We were referred to book here by family because we had a family member playing for DWU football this weekend , we were told by family who referred us to let them know we are family of DWU football and will get a discounted rate, I call 3 times directly to the hotel to book, no one who answered the phone knew anything about this discount and said to call back when manager was in, second time I called manager was not in and to call back, 3rd time I called, manager had just left and the person on the phone said “oh you called a few days ago, I talked to the manager and she said discount was $145.00 a night.” I told the person on the phone the rate I was told other family member was given was $122.00. He said no manager said 145.00. I then declined rate went on Expedia and booked for rate of $122.00 through Expedia! When we checked in on 9/7 I asked for late checkout, I said I may not need both rooms for late checkout front desk worker said just come in the morning and let us know. I left thinking we had a late checkout, when I went down to advise I would only need one room, I was told we were not on the list, front desk called manager and manager said we could not get a late checkout, I asked again because we traveled out of state for a college football game and it was not until 3 in the afternoon. Manager did not grant late checkout. Manager is not consistent, she gave family $122.00 rate after I booked. Very poor service by manager

Hotel property is decorated with carved bears and outdoor motif. Our room is a little dated, but spacious and clean. Strong chlorine smell from onsite indoor pool. Check in was easy and there are dining options nearby.

It was quiet . The carpet in the entry to our room was unraveling . Breakfast should have been hot. . .but was cold. Cold gravy, cold bisquits, cold sausage. I am not sure if the gal didn't know that she should heat the prepared food up before she brought it out to the warming dishes. . .

The property needs a total and deep renovation,but keeping the original theme: rustic inn.It's like you travel back in time, in the '80's. Its a pitty cause the Inn is beautiful from outside. Crowded breakfast area(they need more space) for the products.The scrambled eggs were big pieces and of course inside they were cold and watery. The GM was extremely nice and pleasant.

Somewhat quiet, great location! Evening clerk was very nice, however morning clerk was a bit rude. Never even said thank you, have a good day or anything when turned keys in. Breakfast was not great at all. They were out of almost everything.

Hotel was understaffed. Had to wait over 30 minutes to check in. Then the key did not work, she had to leave the desk to help me and tried to tell me is was me that was the problem with the key, when it was the key itself. The cleanliness was just fair. The room was run down. The whole building needs some updating. It is apparent that this was an upscale property at onetime, but nothing has been done to is since. The bathroom needed maintenance And the bulbs of the lights by the bed needed to be replaced. However, the air conditioning and TV did work. Breakfast was okay, but fruit or rolls should be available. Getting breakfast was crowded, it seemed to be poorly arranged.

Always a convenient place to stay on our annual road trip from MD to MT. Very good breakfast choices. The Devore is fun.

I’ve always loved staying at Kelly Inn. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is always so good !

Inn was lovely and the staff as well. This was more than we normally pay for a place but the lady at the desk said it was because of hunting season. They weren’t full though so we didn’t understand. The located was great, staff excellent and the room was fine - one bed which we prefer. Thank you for a good night sleep!
