The property itself was beautiful and we really loved using the pools. They were gorgeous. My only complaint was that the bathroom is so small and everything is squished together. The bidet basically touches your knees while you’re sitting on the toilet.

Working farm n equestrian center. The only thing I didn’t like was the second floor bedroom, up steep flight with no railing, just the walls. The outside was perfect….many walking trails and multiple farm animals that our granddaughter liked. Plus playground.

The most beautiful and magical place on earth. We video called every family member back home in Canada while at the hotel to show them the grounds. The hotel is nothing short of amazing. From the pools, to the gardens, doves, chicken, tennis courts, the walking paths and even an equestrian center. I am so sad that we did not have more time to spend there. 100+ recommend this property. My husband and I went for a before dinner drinks and the waiter brought us bread and oil and picked us fresh strawberries from the garden. Absolutely in love with this place and no hotel along our journey if Italy has compared.

Anlage und Umgebung sehr schön. Die Appartements aber leider ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, dunkel, und leider nicht sehr sauber. Die Pools und das Ambiente sind aber sehr schön.

Loved our stay at Fattoria degli Usignoli. It was clean, the pools were great. Perfect for a small holiday of relaxation in Tuscany. Of course, you need a car to get around. The only downside is not about the hotel itself, but more about the neighborhood around : there isn’t so much to do around. So you will need a car to go around Tuscany and need to drive minimum an hour and a half to visit the nicest villages of Tuscany. Other than that, everything was PERFECT!

Schön gelegene Anlage mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten, sogar Elektroladestation vorhanden. Zimmer groß und geräumig allerdings teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

La struttura in se è abbastanza datata e avrebbe bisogno a mio parere di una bella rinfrescata. Gli spazi esterni sono molto belli ma quando siamo stati noi erano inaccettabili : laghetto con acqua verde piena di batteri e sporca da far.... con i poveri pesci all'interno, lavori in corso con operai vari che impastavano cemento e facevano rumore. La ragazza alla reception non ci ha spiegato nulla nonostante fossero pubblicizzati varie escursioni all'esterno della vetrata. Colazione 9 euro a persona da dimenticare. La campagna circostante è bellissima e nel periodo di aprile cui siamo stati noi in piena primavera era incantevole.

Zeer mooie accommodatie en hele nacht service en bewaking aanwezig bij de receptie. Ook een heerlijk zwembad en in de avond is het restaurant open met groente uit eigen moestuin. Zeker een aanrader voor rust en vrijheid!

Cose positive: Camera spaziosa Box doccia nuovo e ampio Amenities ok Stanza di fronte alla piscina con piccolo patio esterno Piscina grande e acqua pulita Ambiente e aree comuni molto belli Aspetti negativi: Pulizia scarsa (trovati insetti morti in camera e polvere un po ovunque) Minibar vuoto e molto vecchio,però funzionante Mobilio vecchio, da cambiare Carta parati da cambiare,era in parte staccata dal muro Colazione servita in una sala molto calda,senza aria condizionata. Noi l'abbiamo fatta fuori,dove si stava molto bene,essendo la mattina presto. Ma c'erano molte vespe La sera alle 22 non abbiamo trovato nessuno in reception,pur essendo aperta e avendo provato a suonare Faretti a terra lungo i percorsi della struttura tutti non funzionanti Quasi tutti i vasi erano vuoti o con piante morte dentro Nel complesso posto magnifico ma senza quasi alcuna cura. (Solo la parte dedicata agli eventi sembrava sufficientemente curata) Nota positiva: il rapporto qualità prezzo rimane buono perche abbiamo speso poco per pernottamento e colazione.

Hotel tem uma excelente infraestrutura, muito espaço externo, vista maravilhosa, porém as acomodações, embora espaçosas, não são confortáveis e precisam de manutenção. Café da manhã básico porém a equipe de serviço não consegue repor os produtos nem arrumar as mesas em tempo para atender o movimento dos hóspedes. Ponto muito negativo para o HOTEL e também para HOTELS.COM, foi o fato de que, embora nas condições da reserva no site indique que inclui "serviço de arrumação de quarto" e "serviço de quarto", a gerência do hotel informou que quando a reserva é feita via HOTELS.COM a diária não inclui serviço de arrumação de quarto, e portanto cobram 30 EUR para fazer uma arrumação de quarto e 15 EUROS para uma troca de toalhas somente. ISSO É INACEITÁVEL!!!! HOTELS.COM (EXPEDIA) DEVOLVE O VALOR PAGO? VAMOS VER...

Ho soggiornato una notte per appoggio in un viaggio lungo. Dista circa 20/30 minuti dall'autostrada e si trova in una zona rurale con stradine strette. L'appartamento era grande e pulito. Abbiamo avuto però problemi con l'acqua calda perché dopo 2 docce la terza persona ha trovato l'acqua fredda perché il boiler non ne faceva più arrivare ed ha dovuto aspettare più di un'ora per acqua tiepida. Anche alla reception han solo detto di aspettare. Qualche rumorino di notte dagli altri appartamenti.

Bella la location, un po’ meno la stanza a noi riservata. Da migliorare la pulizia e l’arredo troppo datato.Un plauso al ristorante , cenato divinamente e personale tutto gentilissimo.

Unfortunately the property is a little bit game of luck. The apartament I’ve seen on pictures making my decision to book was not the one I have received. They were fully booked, so they weren’t able to move us - it only happened for the last night and that one was great. So, 2/3 we lived in claustrophobic cave, 1/3 - in beautiful apartment full of light. It’s clean, beautiful, staff is friendly, but the room is a game of luck, we were not lucky, hence disappointed.

The property itself was beautiful and we really loved using the pools. They were gorgeous. My only complaint was that the bathroom is so small and everything is squished together. The bidet basically touches your knees while you’re sitting on the toilet.

La struttura è ricavata da una vecchia azienda agricola e ha un carattere prevalentemente rustico, ristrutturato con gusto e rispettando i materiali originali. Unica nota negativa riguarda l'assoluta mancanza di insonorizzazione tra le camere. Fürchterlich für Familien. Die Zimmer sind uralt, es ist alles kaputt. Es ging nur eine Herdplatte, das Sofa zerrissen, Bett knackst, Kinderbett nur gegen Geld, es war stockdunkel. Wir haben das Zimmer zwei mal gewechselt und alle waren gleich schrecklich. Keine Ausstattung! Wir sind eine 4-köpfige Familie und haben ein Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Es gab 2 kleine Löffel für uns alle, keinerlei Utensilien, um sauber zu machen. Kein Zimmerservice, den Müll musste man ewig weit zum Parkplatz bringen, keinerlei Unterstützung. Das Frühstück war mit 9€ zwar günstig, aber es gab auch nur Getränke und Toast mit abgepackten Lebesmitteln (Honig, Marmelade, etc.). Ganz wichtig ist, dass dies fast ein reines Veranstaltungshotel ist, was nirgends vorher einsehbar war. Jeden Tag sind dort Partys, Firmenfeiern oder Hochzeiten, sodass es jede Nacht lange laut war. Wir konnten nie richtig schlafen, gerade mit Kindern war das eine Katastrophe. Wir haben mit dem Manager gesprochen, dieser hat uns arrogant abgewiesen und nur gesagt, es interessiere ihn nicht, wir können uns an Expedia wenden. Das einzig positive war der Pool. Der Spielplatz für Kinder ist auch in der prallen Sonne und nicht nutzbar im Sommer. Es ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen und wir würden nie wieder dort hin fahren.

Schön gelegene Anlage mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten, sogar Elektroladestation vorhanden. Zimmer groß und geräumig allerdings teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Beautiful outside, friendly staff but rooms need a major upgrade. Musty smell, dark, a/c doesn’t work and furniture very worn and dated. It’s out of the way so make it worth the drive.

La struttura bellissima, in un contesto incantevole, giardini curatissimi. Il nostro appartamento molto grande, aveva biaogno di qualche rinnovamento ma nulla da dire. Alla reception consigliamo di dare qualche indicazione in piu sui servizi della struttura. La piscina bella, mancavano un po di lettini. Le cameriere del ristorante giovani e un po impreparate sui piatti ma il mangiare buono. Nel complesso tutto bello, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato una notte per appoggio in un viaggio lungo. Dista circa 20/30 minuti dall'autostrada e si trova in una zona rurale con stradine strette. L'appartamento era grande e pulito. Abbiamo avuto però problemi con l'acqua calda perché dopo 2 docce la terza persona ha trovato l'acqua fredda perché il boiler non ne faceva più arrivare ed ha dovuto aspettare più di un'ora per acqua tiepida. Anche alla reception han solo detto di aspettare. Qualche rumorino di notte dagli altri appartamenti.

Unfortunately the property is a little bit game of luck. The apartament I’ve seen on pictures making my decision to book was not the one I have received. They were fully booked, so they weren’t able to move us - it only happened for the last night and that one was great. So, 2/3 we lived in claustrophobic cave, 1/3 - in beautiful apartment full of light. It’s clean, beautiful, staff is friendly, but the room is a game of luck, we were not lucky, hence disappointed.

Our stay was amazing apart from a rude waiter at dinner who also had an altercation with another couple. The room was very cute and the pool was amazing. The food was also really amazing and you should try the house wine. Worth the drive.

This place has so much potential as it has a beautiful view and the surroundings with the gardens are beautiful but that's also the only positive experience. The service is terrible and the people working there are rude. There is breakfast but no options for lunch at the hotel which is somewhat irritating as there are no restaurants close by. The rooms where extremely outdated and smell terribly of mold. It stuck on my clothes despite washing for some time after.The dinner was probably the worst I've ever had through all the times I've been to Italy. One of the dishes was not even edible and the rest underwhelming at best. The main reason we chose this hotel was the horse farm and the possibility to go horse riding. When we arrived it was not possible to book any horse riding for any of the days we were there despite it literally being one of the activities listed for the hotel. When we talked to the receptionist the girl working there was literally rude about it as if it was our fault that we had not looked it up in advance to know that the horse farm is actually seperately run and not by the hotel. Information that should have gotten when we booked. I would not go back as there are plenty of beautiful places in Tuscany so having only a nice view is not cutting it.

It was a perfect out of the way location with AMAZING views!! We weren’t told that breakfast was extra ( it wasn’t even a great breakfast) until we were checking out. The road is very curvy getting there but worth it for a relaxing time away from crowds. Some of the people were extremely helpful and others didn’t want to be bothered. We stayed away from the restaurant for dinner, filled with tourist buses

Additionally the booking site states the base rate was for 4 guests. Upon check-out I was shocked my an enormous upcharge that was not disclosed at check-in. In the future I will not book here or recommend this location to my clients. Also of significance, this is not a user friendly drive after dusk.

Les routes pour accéder à cet hébergement sont très étroites et dangereuses. Pas de micro-ondes, cuisinière trop ancienne, besoins de ré-équiper. Les lits ne sont pas confortables. Par contre le paysage est beau.

Loved our stay at Fattoria degli Usignoli. It was clean, the pools were great. Perfect for a small holiday of relaxation in Tuscany. Of course, you need a car to get around. The only downside is not about the hotel itself, but more about the neighborhood around : there isn’t so much to do around. So you will need a car to go around Tuscany and need to drive minimum an hour and a half to visit the nicest villages of Tuscany. Other than that, everything was PERFECT!

One of the dishes was not even edible and the rest underwhelming at best. The main reason we chose this hotel was the horse farm and the possibility to go horse riding. When we arrived it was not possible to book any horse riding for any of the days we were there despite it literally being one of the activities listed for the hotel. When we talked to the receptionist the girl working there was literally rude about it as if it was our fault that we had not looked it up in advance to know that the horse farm is actually seperately run and not by the hotel. Information that should have gotten when we booked. I would not go back as there are plenty of beautiful places in Tuscany so having only a nice view is not cutting it.

The service is terrible and the people working there are rude. There is breakfast but no options for lunch at the hotel which is somewhat irritating as there are no restaurants close by. The rooms where extremely outdated and smell terribly of mold. La fattoria è bella ,difficile la manutenzione ,la camera larga ma un con qualche ragnatela ,ma per carità reception buona anche se non c'erano i cuscini in più chiesti o meglio solo 2 di 4 e quindi il sonno ne ha risentito visto che era piattismo il mio solo unico cuscino ,ma la vera delusione è stato il ristorante ,ho mangiato malissimo i 2 primi erano veramenti brutti e salati ,sembravano gli scarti della comitiva tedesca che forse è quello che ha mandato in difficoltà la sala ,la colazione anche essa davvero da 2 stelle non 4 e siccome si è isolati questa lacuna diventa findamentale per me . Visto buone altre recensioni ,forse solo sfortuna .

Bellissimo posto immerso nel verde, colazione abbondante MA cappuccini e caffé sono a pagamento una cosa non piacevole dato che quello delle macchinette non é buono come quello fatto normalmente alla Cimbali per esempio

It was a perfect out of the way location with AMAZING views!! We weren’t told that breakfast was extra ( it wasn’t even a great breakfast) until we were checking out. The road is very curvy getting there but worth it for a relaxing time away from crowds. Some of the people were extremely helpful and others didn’t want to be bothered. We stayed away from the restaurant for dinner, filled with tourist buses

Zeer mooie accommodatie en hele nacht service en bewaking aanwezig bij de receptie. Ook een heerlijk zwembad en in de avond is het restaurant open met groente uit eigen moestuin. Zeker een aanrader voor rust en vrijheid!

Hotel tem uma excelente infraestrutura, muito espaço externo, vista maravilhosa, porém as acomodações, embora espaçosas, não são confortáveis e precisam de manutenção. Café da manhã básico porém a equipe de serviço não consegue repor os produtos nem arrumar as mesas em tempo para atender o movimento dos hóspedes. Ponto muito negativo para o HOTEL e também para HOTELS.COM, foi o fato de que, embora nas condições da reserva no site indique que inclui "serviço de arrumação de quarto" e "serviço de quarto", a gerência do hotel informou que quando a reserva é feita via HOTELS.COM a diária não inclui serviço de arrumação de quarto, e portanto cobram 30 EUR para fazer uma arrumação de quarto e 15 EUROS para uma troca de toalhas somente. ISSO É INACEITÁVEL!!!! HOTELS.COM (EXPEDIA) DEVOLVE O VALOR PAGO? VAMOS VER...

De accommodatie is prachtig, het personeel supervriendelijk. Het appartement zou niet als appartement verhuurd mogen worden. De zit- slaapbank stond in de gang. Het keukentje was niet onderhouden. Het keukenblad zat los. Het servies was een bijeengeraapt rommeltje Het restaurant voor lunch en avond was heel goed. Het ontbijt was niet wat ik had bedacht bij agriturismo.

Location and pool area was 10/10 But, the rest was 4/10 We lived in an apartment where the neighbors normal talk, sounded like it came from our own room. And the neighbors was snorring, so Not much sleep that night. Then we got a new apartment, where the bed was very noisy, so evertime you moved around or turned it made a loud noise. So not much sleep those nights either. The food area was very nice and looked good, but the dinner was very boring and some of the worst we got in Italy in that pricerange. We ask 3 different waiters for water before we got it, and waited 20 minutes before we could order our food. They didn’t seem so trained or experienced. The breakfast was 10 euro per person, and was really bad and limited options and not the best quality.

Struttura molto bella, elegante e di fascino. Ci siamo trovati particolarmente bene nella nostra sistemazione che era proprio in fronte alle zone verdi del maneggio. La mattina era un piacere prendere il caffè guardando i cavalli a poche decine di metri. Piscine grandi e ben mantenute. Ristoranti con buona cucina e cantina fornita. Se posso dare un suggerimento, starei un po più attento ai piccoli dettagli che, per una struttura con quel potenziale, possono fare ancora di più la differenza.
Struttura molto bella, elegante e di fascino. Ci siamo trovati particolarmente bene nella nostra sistemazione che era proprio in fronte alle zone verdi del maneggio. La mattina era un piacere prendere il caffè guardando i cavalli a poche decine di metri. Piscine grandi e ben mantenute. Ristoranti con buona cucina e cantina fornita. Gorgeous place, amazing views. They overbooked dinner and we had a wait of 2 hours for our food to come out. Pool was amazing and there was two to choose from, one looked quieter. Main part of the building is 15th century, which was beautiful. Easy to find with google maps NOT Apple Maps. Plenty of parking.
