Staff are excellent

Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location, great facilities. Loved this place.

Room was large, but sparsely and dated outfitted. The owner of the hotel appears to be very controlling - front desk controlled your room temperature, breakfast was spooned out by staff, wifi codes were given out individually. Very old limited wifi setup in lobby only made it totally unusable in your room. Bed was extremely firm for me so I did not sleep well. We have been travelling in Italy for a month now and this was by far the worst breakfast we have had - assortment was limited, everything was cold, the worst coffee in all of Italy. Could not leave this property fast enough.
