We booked the hotel because of the pool and spa at a quite expensive price compared to similar hotels in the region. It was stated on hotels.com that is is included. Also on their website it clearly says that hotel guests have free access to the pool and spa. When we wanted to use the facilities we were asked to pay a significant additional fee. We showed our confirmation and the statements on their own website, but still were not granted access. We felt ripped off! Also the last entry to the pool and spa is 7:15 pm which is way to soon if you want to do activities during the day. We cannot recommend the hotel.

Der Wellnessbereich gehört nicht zum Hotel und muß gesondert bezahlt werden. Das war in der Werbung nicht ganz klar weil das in vielen Hotels selbstverständlich dabei ist. Eine Werbung mit Wellnessbereich ist daher irreführend. Das Essen ist reichhaltig aber auf sehr geringem Niveau. Gulaschsuppe ist Bolognese, Fisch ist trocken, Brötchen sind pappig, Rührei aus dem Tertrapak. Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr nett und die Lage ist perfekt.
