We were notified that we needed to relocate to new rental. New house was amazing and good communication all around.

This rental was amazing. My daughter rents at least one home yearly for family vacation. This home was by far the best. Everything we needed was in the home. The kitchen appliances and cooking utensils were amaxing. Im a degree professional in food service. The kids loved the pool and mini golf course. Definately worth renting. Home was very roomy. Furniture was comfy and classy. Simply amazing for vacation.

This house could be very nice but it was filthy and run down. It needs maintenance. The walls need cleaning and/or painting. The cleaning crew did not clean before we arrived. I have pictures. A cabinet in the kitchen is literally falling off the wall. The outside has leaves, spider webs all over. It has not been maintained in awhile. The couches stink and were dirty. We did not even sit on them because of how filthy they are. The house smelled musty, moldy and had a urine smell when we walked in. Just pure nastiness. We did not feel the neighborhood was safe. We will not be back and I will not use your company again.

We had the worst vacation staying in this bug infested, stained covered, over grown house. Owners of GC Vacation Rentals refuse to refund the money even though all the mattresses were severely stained with brown and red huge stains. Mattresses had hundreds of dead bugs under the stained topper. Drains were fully clogged and unusable. Back yard was over grown, nasty, had trash and junk piled up, house smelt like an old nursing home, poop smears all over several walls. Yet, this company believes the $3000 we spent was well worth it in this rental. Pictures of this house is false and doesn’t look anything like them.

You can tell the home is being upgraded and they are making it look very nice. We tried to check in early. I called twice prior to arrival and never heard anything back. They had asvised they were doing a matainence repair and they would callback. I never heard back. Upon arrival at my sisters house, I called again. It took 3-4 hours for a reply/answer to if we could go to the home or not. BUT communication was a LOT smoother after we were in the home. There were no trashbags left in the home but some were brought to use the mornings after advising this. The pool is not heated - not any reason for review other than informational purposes. We had dirty sheets on main bed when we first checked in - but there were clean ones close by and was easy to change out. I slept like a baby on the bed. There are TVs in all rooms - but not all were logged into the channels available. Theres outdoor seating. The pool is beautiful. The whole layout of the house was nice. There is a washer and dryer but you have to run dryer 2 cycles. We had to buy our own detergent - again, for informational purposes. The back yard is fully fenced in. It was overall a nice place to stay. We had different people in the home as we had family nearby and switched on/off but we comfortable slept up to 7-8 people one night. I would stay here again. The location is quiet and nearby to beaches & shopping. Overall happy with our stay.
