Agora Swiss Night by Fassbind

Loved the location being a short walk from the train station and a 15 minute walk to the beach.. Comfy bed, great AC, and wonderful roof top breakfast room. The staff was friendly and polite.. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will definitely be back again!!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was excellent with fab views across the lake. Handy for the train station and metro, so easy to get around.

Et fint opphold sentralt i Lausanne. Midt mellom Genevesjøen og gamlebyen. Moderne hotell med alt du trenger.

Tolle Lage gleich am Hauptbahnhof und neben einer U-bahn Station. Angenehmes Ambiente mit Schweizer Motiven. Im Sommer optimal, da Klimaanlage. Sonst auch gut ausgestattet, mit safe, Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen und -brett, Wasserkocher. Leider gibt es als Tee im Zimmer wie in den meisten Hotels schwarzen, weshalb ich meinen eigenen mitbringe. Waschbecken sind im Schlafzimmer integriert und Toilette/Dusche durch Milchglas getrennt. Ich finde es gut; Reise aber meist alleine. Das Waschbecken ist etwas unglücklich, da es flach ist und somit das Wasser schlecht abläuft. Sonst alles sauber und Personal wie in allen Fassbind sehr nett.

I got the worst possible room 101 at Level -2, which was extremely loud due to a very noisy AC or whatever mashine it was outside next to the only window, which could be opened. The room had a terrible smell. There were small black bugs in the bed, on the walls, in the bathroom. I have asked immediately after checking in to have the room changed, but I was told that I haven’t paid for a better room (if you consider a price of CHF 248 what I was paying per night as a low price, where colleagues of mine who stayed at the same hotel paid less but had nice rooms on 8th floor with a view, fresh air, etc.) few photos of the bugs on the bedsheets and on the walls are attached.
