Freundliches Personal , leider nur mässige Englischkenntnisse. Metro liegt 10 min vom Hotel. Genügend gratis Parkplätze rund ums Hotel verfügbar. Sauber, über den Stil der Einrichtung lässt sich streiten. Fürchterliches Morgenbuffet, lieber ohne Morgenessen buchen und Kaffee und Pinxtos an der Bar bestellen.

Ottima sistemazione per visitare Bilbao e dintorni , pulizia giornaliera completa , personale alla reception estremamente disponibile. Avevamo l’auto e fuori dall’hotel si trovano moltissimi parcheggi , ma la sera uscivamo in metro e la fermata è a 5 minuti . Rapporto qualità/prezzo 10 Torneremo 😊

Si on enlève les 3 étoiles, ça peut aller !!! Chambre tout à fait correct, spacieux, propre, calme. Accueil à la réception sans sourire et expéditif! Un espace cantine comme salle de déjeuner, très bruyant! Déjeuner décevant! Pas de beurre mais de la margarine, croissants flasques, fromage et jambon immangeables! A 9h30 plus de pain!!! Parking au sous-sol, sans lumière et pas d’accès direct à l’hôtel. La porte s’ouvre pour n’importe qui !!! Pas envie de revenir!

C'est super, pas loin du métro et aucun problème pour se garer gratuitement l'endroit est calme. A 20min du centre ville de Bilbao en métro et il y a une grande zone commerciale à 7min de voiture. c'est le lieu où se reposer.

The hotel feels like it’s in nomansland. Aircon doesn’t work. The room was a sauna all day and night. Beds are not comfy. Positives: close to metro who takes you to Bilbao city centre in 15 minutes. Large rooms. Clean.

Notre chambre était conforme au descriptif, propre et spacieuse. Le grand lit est top. Par contre l'absence de restauration et petit déjeuner est simplement indigne d'un 3 étoiles.

Tres bon sejour , chambre convenable , spacieuse et propre . Personnel au top . Seul bemol vue sur un chantier ou ils commencent à travailler à 7h et tres bruyant entre camion ,tractopelle etc ... mais nous n allons pas nous plaindre nous, nous etions en vacances 😃

En la habitación había una plaga de mosquitos, entre el baño y la habitación habrían una veintena de mosquitos volando y posados en el techo... cuando se limpia y arregla una habitación, eso se tiene que ver y solucionar.

This is a great hotel, with very pleasant staff. Bedroom and bathroom were excellent. It's not the hotel's fault that there's a massive building project going on beside it! We didn't go there for the view, but to be close to the Ferry terminal. It's perfectly understandable that the site workers had to start their mechanical equipment at 7am 😳

La estancia ha sido genial. Solo ibamos para dormir así que la habitación cumplía de sobra las expectativas. Lo único que puede no gustar es que la ubicación está "apartada" del centro con vistas a una fábrica. Pero se ve el horizonte y entra muy bien la luz 👍. Y el metro y la renfe estan a 10- 15min, así que sin problemas si vas ahacer turismo.

Si on enlève les 3 étoiles, ça peut aller !!! Chambre tout à fait correct, spacieux, propre, calme. Accueil à la réception sans sourire et expéditif! Un espace cantine comme salle de déjeuner, très bruyant! Déjeuner décevant! Pas de beurre mais de la margarine, croissants flasques, fromage et jambon immangeables! A 9h30 plus de pain!!! Parking au sous-sol, sans lumière et pas d’accès direct à l’hôtel. La porte s’ouvre pour n’importe qui !!! Pas envie de revenir!

Tres bon sejour , chambre convenable , spacieuse et propre . Personnel au top . Seul bemol vue sur un chantier ou ils commencent à travailler à 7h et tres bruyant entre camion ,tractopelle etc ... mais nous n allons pas nous plaindre nous, nous etions en vacances 😃

La región (zona) del hotel no es una zona bonita y tampoco hay cosas para hacer caminando, pero hay un metro cerca que va hasta Bilbao facilmente. Todo el staff muy amable.

This is a great hotel, with very pleasant staff. Bedroom and bathroom were excellent. It's not the hotel's fault that there's a massive building project going on beside it! We didn't go there for the view, but to be close to the Ferry terminal. It's perfectly understandable that the site workers had to start their mechanical equipment at 7am 😳

Esta un poco apartado,Tienes la linea de metro a 10 minutos andando pero la zona por la noche no hay luz y tienes que pasar por un descampado que no es muy agradable pasar por allí, estas totalmente apartado no nada cerca para ir comer o dar un paseo

Ottima sistemazione per visitare Bilbao e dintorni , pulizia giornaliera completa , personale alla reception estremamente disponibile. Avevamo l’auto e fuori dall’hotel si trovano moltissimi parcheggi , ma la sera uscivamo in metro e la fermata è a 5 minuti . Rapporto qualità/prezzo 10 Torneremo 😊

Hotel also advertised having wine and champagne available but were told at reception that only food and drink available was from a vending machine. As there were no bars or restaurants nearby in this industrial port area, we ended up with a packet sandwich from the vending machine! For info, it was a Friday night stay in June.

C'est super, pas loin du métro et aucun problème pour se garer gratuitement l'endroit est calme. A 20min du centre ville de Bilbao en métro et il y a une grande zone commerciale à 7min de voiture. c'est le lieu où se reposer.

Freundliches Personal , leider nur mässige Englischkenntnisse. Metro liegt 10 min vom Hotel. Genügend gratis Parkplätze rund ums Hotel verfügbar. Sauber, über den Stil der Einrichtung lässt sich streiten. Fürchterliches Morgenbuffet, lieber ohne Morgenessen buchen und Kaffee und Pinxtos an der Bar bestellen.

Notre chambre était conforme au descriptif, propre et spacieuse. Le grand lit est top. Par contre l'absence de restauration et petit déjeuner est simplement indigne d'un 3 étoiles.
