Absolutely amazing hotel. Was completely shocked when I arrived with my sister I did not expect the hotel to be as nice. Loved the chilled out atmosphere as soon as we arrived. The staff on reception were lovely and nothing was too much they were very helpful. The room was stunning and I will definitely be returning in the future. The only thing that wasn’t great for us was the food, the breakfast was okay but we went down for dinner one night and there was not a lot of options on the menu so we went somewhere else. The pool looked lovely but again we didn’t use as it was overcrowded a lot of the time. For me and my sister this wasn’t a problem as we were out most of the time anyway.

Magnifique hôtel ! Tout était parfait ! La vue incroyable, le personnel compétent et sympathique, le restaurant super. L'appartement parfait, très spacieux. Piscine grande et chauffée. Hôtel très propre. Je recommande cet établissement.

I really like this hotel which is located in a small and quiet village in south Tenerife. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea so has great uninterrupted views out to La Gomera. The rooms are clean, tidy and pretty modern with each having a little kitchen area with a little hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The rooms are cleaned daily but it’s mainly mopping the floors, replacing bedding and towels periodically. If you happen to leave a cup in the sink, it will still be there after they have cleaned which wasn’t an issue for us. A few gripes for me are: Would be good to get some aircon in the rooms, they are super hot in the summer;I know we don’t go on holiday to watch TV but when we tried it was nearly impossible as it regularly loses the signal, this is the same issue that has existed for years for the UK channels; Most hotels I visit nowadays have free electronic safes in the room, here they still have a key and I believe they charge a fee to use it;While we always managed to get a sunbed I watched many people heading down early to secure the best bed and then it was left unused for hours. This really should be managed better with towels removed if no one uses them in a hour in my personal opinion. Overall though I would not hesitate to visit this hotel again.

Quality and service are not 4 star worth. We had mixed feeling about this hotel and would not come back nor would we recommend it to others. Positive: Location close to the beach and ocean views are strengths of the hotel, also tasty and fresh food in the restaurant Negative: all inclusive is not worth it, very poor choice of drinks, cocktails, coffee, beer and wine come from machines and taste awful. Bed mattresses are old and very uncomfortable. Hotel does not offer any night entertainment except guitar music at dinner 3 times a week. Staff is not polite and seem not to care for their job or customers. Pool towels have to be rented and paid for, which is unacceptable for 4 star hotel. Hotel did not consider that we had honeymoon and my wife had a birthday, but they just didn’t care. Snack bar for all inclusive is very poor choice. Overall, bad experience.

Un séjour dans cet hôtel qui propose des conditions exceptionnelles pour agrémenter les vacances tranquilles en couple. Appartement avec balcon et vue mer. La solution all in vraiment intéressante si vous ne pensez pas cuisiner dans la kitchenette. Buffet varié et de très bonne facture. Belle piscine et à côté de la plage. Parking (car il vaut mieux la voiture pour profiter de Ténérife). Personnel sympa, serviable et efficace. Bon wifi partout et qualité du lit irréprochable dans appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. Ne pas hésiter à choisir cet hôtel bien managé.

It was a really nice hotel and the people very friendly. They did have an issue with large cockroaches in lobby and on our deck. Some Actually did get in the room. They had dealt with it the day before and most of them were dying.

We had mixed feelings about our stay. It was okay for all inclusive, the hotel has nice territory with great rocky views, but it's located far from sandy beaches. Daily cleaning is a plus, food was average - the choice is limited for 10 days, we didn't finish our food a few times (meat not fresh/cakes still frozen, too much salt, etc.) Cleanliness is not perfect. Some staff were extremely friendly and helpful, others were the opposite. We loved a stay at a different place last year, therefore, will not recommend this one.

Our family room was horribly dirty upon arrival (first hotel we visited where black curly hair was visibly on display on the sink top, not only in the shower, but also there- arghhh, si disgusting), the bathroom - old, obsolete and dirty - but also the bed sheets (feces stains and again black hair - none of us has dark hair). Just incredible. This is NOT a 4 stars!!! Even in a 3 stars you have more decent conditions. We were allocated (booking done long in advance) a “family” room (where the age of our toddler was mentioned) facing the restaurants and bars, with noise and parties going on day and night. We spoke with hotel manager explaining it was impossible to stay there with a small child who needs rest and offered to pay even double for a room change - room facing the other side, the ocean. The hotel manager got irritated, telling us we booked a “cheap” room and talked to us in a very disrespectful and rude way. We left the hotel the next day (even if paid in advance for full week) as it was unbearable, just disgusting. This is not a hotel for families (size of pool for “children” doesn’t even fit 4 or 5 kids). There are many wonderful hotels in that area, we went to H10 Atlantic Sunset which was magnificent and wonderful services, kids friendly.

Appartement (#37) très, très bien, aéré et éclairé, avec vues magnifiques (mer d'un côté à 50 mètres, piscine de lautre côté). Jamais passé autant de temps sur un balcon, tellement c'était beau et plaisant! Personnel très aimable - une mention spéciale pour le sourire d'Esther à la réception. Elle et ses collègues ont répondu à nos nombreuses questions; les petits problèmes ont été vite réglés (Wifi instable - réglé, couteau émoussé - affilé!). Petit déjeuner buffet excellent et très varié (laissez faire la saucisse à déjeuner toutefois). Pour le prix, c'est une aubaine. Parce qu'il y a toujours matière à amélioration... La seule chose qui manque est un petit guide avec tout ce que l'hôtel a à offrir. Bref, un hotel qui mérite bien les belles étoiles. Conseil: sortez, allez marcher, prenez le bus pour découvrir la côte!

Die Zimmer waren ziemlich alt und abgewohnt aber sauber. Entgegen der Bilder des Hotels hatte man (zumindest in unserem Zimmer) keinen Meerblick vom Bett aus, da das Bett hinter einen halbhohen Mauer war. Die Zimmertüren waren aus dünnem Holz und ohne jegliche Dichtung - dementsprechend war auch die Schallisolierung. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Das war ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Entgegen der Bilder des Hotels hatte man (zumindest in unserem Zimmer) keinen Meerblick vom Bett aus, da das Bett hinter einen halbhohen Mauer war. Gorgeous gorgeous hotel with amazing ocean views. Large clean rooms - very modern and the comfiest beds (which actually made me oversleep a few times). Staff have customer service at heart and have a warm demeanour. We had the half board which was very affordable £480 for 5 nights for two people. Breakfast was yummy, lunch selection was a bit meh (had once - there’s room for improvement) and dinner was yummy also. This hotel is perfect for a nice break from the busyness of life. So happy with the stay. 4.5/5 ❤️🌊

I really like this hotel which is located in a small and quiet village in south Tenerife. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea so has great uninterrupted views out to La Gomera. The rooms are clean, tidy and pretty modern with each having a little kitchen area with a little hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The rooms are cleaned daily but it’s mainly mopping the floors, replacing bedding and towels periodically. If you happen to leave a cup in the sink, it will still be there after they have cleaned which wasn’t an issue for us. A few gripes for me are: Would be good to get some aircon in the rooms, they are super hot in the summer;I know we don’t go on holiday to watch TV but when we tried it was nearly impossible as it regularly loses the signal, this is the same issue that has existed for years for the UK channels; Most hotels I visit nowadays have free electronic safes in the room, here they still have a key and I believe they charge a fee to use it;While we always managed to get a sunbed I watched many people heading down early to secure the best bed and then it was left unused for hours. This really should be managed better with towels removed if no one uses them in a hour in my personal opinion. Overall though I would not hesitate to visit this hotel again.

Lovely ocean view from our balcony. We stayed room only basis and the room itself was very clean and modern with a small kitchen area. Well equipped but lacked a microwave whick would have been handy. Staff were lovely and catered to our every need. Always pleasant and helpful. The area itself is quiet and peaceful so if your looking fir nightlife and entertainment this is not the place for you unless your willing to pay €15-€20 each way into town

We had mixed feelings about our stay. It was okay for all inclusive, the hotel has nice territory with great rocky views, but it's located far from sandy beaches. Daily cleaning is a plus, food was average - the choice is limited for 10 days, we didn't finish our food a few times (meat not fresh/cakes still frozen, too much salt, etc.) Cleanliness is not perfect. Some staff were extremely friendly and helpful, others were the opposite. We loved a stay at a different place last year, therefore, will not recommend this one.

Quality and service are not 4 star worth. We had mixed feeling about this hotel and would not come back nor would we recommend it to others. Positive: Location close to the beach and ocean views are strengths of the hotel, also tasty and fresh food in the restaurant Negative: all inclusive is not worth it, very poor choice of drinks, cocktails, coffee, beer and wine come from machines and taste awful. Bed mattresses are old and very uncomfortable. Hotel does not offer any night entertainment except guitar music at dinner 3 times a week. Staff is not polite and seem not to care for their job or customers. Pool towels have to be rented and paid for, which is unacceptable for 4 star hotel. Hotel did not consider that we had honeymoon and my wife had a birthday, but they just didn’t care. Snack bar for all inclusive is very poor choice. Overall, bad experience.

Our family room was horribly dirty upon arrival (first hotel we visited where black curly hair was visibly on display on the sink top, not only in the shower, but also there- arghhh, si disgusting), the bathroom - old, obsolete and dirty - but also the bed sheets (feces stains and again black hair - none of us has dark hair). Just incredible. This is NOT a 4 stars!!! Even in a 3 stars you have more decent conditions. We were allocated (booking done long in advance) a “family” room (where the age of our toddler was mentioned) facing the restaurants and bars, with noise and parties going on day and night. We spoke with hotel manager explaining it was impossible to stay there with a small child who needs rest and offered to pay even double for a room change - room facing the other side, the ocean. The hotel manager got irritated, telling us we booked a “cheap” room and talked to us in a very disrespectful and rude way. We left the hotel the next day (even if paid in advance for full week) as it was unbearable, just disgusting. This is not a hotel for families (size of pool for “children” doesn’t even fit 4 or 5 kids). There are many wonderful hotels in that area, we went to H10 Atlantic Sunset which was magnificent and wonderful services, kids friendly.

La solution all in vraiment intéressante si vous ne pensez pas cuisiner dans la kitchenette. Buffet varié et de très bonne facture. Belle piscine et à côté de la plage. Parking (car il vaut mieux la voiture pour profiter de Ténérife). Personnel sympa, serviable et efficace. Bon wifi partout et qualité du lit irréprochable dans appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. Ne pas hésiter à choisir cet hôtel bien managé.

Struttura che dà direttamente sull’oceano tenuta molto bene, cosa negativa all inclusive a pranzo pochissima scelta e sempre lo stesso menu facendo 12 giorni dopo tre giorni ti stufi a mangiare le stesse cose anche a pranzo e cena non tantissima scelta , per quanto riguarda i bere anche lì 5 cocktail molto scadenti e sembravano privi di alcol li facevano tramite un distributore

Gorgeous gorgeous hotel with amazing ocean views. Large clean rooms - very modern and the comfiest beds (which actually made me oversleep a few times). Staff have customer service at heart and have a warm demeanour. We had the half board which was very affordable £480 for 5 nights for two people. Breakfast was yummy, lunch selection was a bit meh (had once - there’s room for improvement) and dinner was yummy also. This hotel is perfect for a nice break from the busyness of life. So happy with the stay. 4.5/5 ❤️🌊

Absolutely amazing hotel. Was completely shocked when I arrived with my sister I did not expect the hotel to be as nice. Loved the chilled out atmosphere as soon as we arrived. The staff on reception were lovely and nothing was too much they were very helpful. The room was stunning and I will definitely be returning in the future. The only thing that wasn’t great for us was the food, the breakfast was okay but we went down for dinner one night and there was not a lot of options on the menu so we went somewhere else. The pool looked lovely but again we didn’t use as it was overcrowded a lot of the time. For me and my sister this wasn’t a problem as we were out most of the time anyway.

Quality and service are not 4 star worth. We had mixed feeling about this hotel and would not come back nor would we recommend it to others. Positive: Location close to the beach and ocean views are strengths of the hotel, also tasty and fresh food in the restaurant Negative: all inclusive is not worth it, very poor choice of drinks, cocktails, coffee, beer and wine come from machines and taste awful. Bed mattresses are old and very uncomfortable. Hotel does not offer any night entertainment except guitar music at dinner 3 times a week. Staff is not polite and seem not to care for their job or customers. Pool towels have to be rented and paid for, which is unacceptable for 4 star hotel. Hotel did not consider that we had honeymoon and my wife had a birthday, but they just didn’t care. Snack bar for all inclusive is very poor choice. Overall, bad experience.

Un séjour dans cet hôtel qui propose des conditions exceptionnelles pour agrémenter les vacances tranquilles en couple. Appartement avec balcon et vue mer. La solution all in vraiment intéressante si vous ne pensez pas cuisiner dans la kitchenette. Buffet varié et de très bonne facture. Belle piscine et à côté de la plage. Parking (car il vaut mieux la voiture pour profiter de Ténérife). Personnel sympa, serviable et efficace. Bon wifi partout et qualité du lit irréprochable dans appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. Ne pas hésiter à choisir cet hôtel bien managé.

I really like this hotel which is located in a small and quiet village in south Tenerife. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea so has great uninterrupted views out to La Gomera. The rooms are clean, tidy and pretty modern with each having a little kitchen area with a little hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The rooms are cleaned daily but it’s mainly mopping the floors, replacing bedding and towels periodically. If you happen to leave a cup in the sink, it will still be there after they have cleaned which wasn’t an issue for us. A few gripes for me are: Would be good to get some aircon in the rooms, they are super hot in the summer;I know we don’t go on holiday to watch TV but when we tried it was nearly impossible as it regularly loses the signal, this is the same issue that has existed for years for the UK channels; Most hotels I visit nowadays have free electronic safes in the room, here they still have a key and I believe they charge a fee to use it;While we always managed to get a sunbed I watched many people heading down early to secure the best bed and then it was left unused for hours. This really should be managed better with towels removed if no one uses them in a hour in my personal opinion. Overall though I would not hesitate to visit this hotel again.
