We had an amazing stay other than when we arrived our top sheet had a visible stain but the housekeepers were in the hallway so I asked for another one and the one they gave me was dirty as well..but we didnt need it anyways so we just tossed it in the corner and enjoyed our weekend. Everything else was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

We were in town this past weekend for a family get together. When checking in we requested a late checkout, prepared to pay the fee that was mentioned online where it said late checkouts were available. The front desk clerk rudely said that a late checkout was not available due to full occupancy the following night (Sunday). We were in town until later Sunday night and so went by around 9:30 PM to see if he had been honest with us, only to find a half empty parking lot. Cleanliness was the other thing that we were disappointed in. Especially the common areas, but even the room was not as clean as we expected for a hotel like this. Aside from the front desk clerk who checked us in Saturday night (8/8/26, ~11 PM), the rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will look for another place to stay the next time we are in town.

The woman at the desk was far from friendly upon arrival and greeting us. However, the hotel itself and the room or beyond my expectations. Also, the pool could have used some attention. The bottom of it felt Sandy and there was a several pieces of hair floating around.
